I love the staff here. I wish I can remember both of the girls name that was always so nice to us and know already what we want. I would normally order the Egg Florentine but turn that into California Egg Benedict and although it's not on the menu they always make it for me. I love that they do that and not give me a hard time. Also the food is good! Order the triple berry pancakes they have and also the raspberry coffee specialty drink! It's sooo good! We were in town for the Foo Fighters concert and needed a place to go for breakfast. We were at a FireRock Steakhouse the night before and they said go to Eggington's. When we arrived we had to wait about twenty minutes for a table due to the rush of concert goers and locals. The wait was well worth it! It was one of the best breakfast's I've had. The portions were plenty and we both left full. We would definitely stop in again if we are back in Casper in the near future. read more

Okay, we came to Casper, Wyoming along with 50k other people for the total solar eclipse. We Yelped round and found this restaurant. Sounded good. Came early for breakfast and here are my observations: The food was pretty darn good, served promptly and the waitresses were exceptionally terrific, courteous, quick, interested and friendly. Now the host/hostess staff. Uncaring, borderline rude, totally uninterested in their clients, gossiping and laughing among themselves and surreptitiously checking their cell phones. My synopsis: Good to very good food, outstanding wait staff, and retrain the hosts/hostesses. They have to realize that we, the customers, are the ones that pay their wages. I hate to be harsh, but if not trainable, l'm sure quite a few other folks in Casper would love the job. Fix the hosts/hostesses, then this is easily a 5-star review. read more

We are huge Eggington's fans--probably come in once or twice a week regularly. The staff here are all incredibly wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. We've loved becoming regulars here, we're treated like family. Almost all the food is spectacular. And they offer a FULL coffee/espresso selection, which is great. No need for drip diner coffee when you can get a cappuccino made to order. Just don't get the waffle with pork belly in it. We've tried every single thing on the menu and this was the only item we didn't like. AND, one of the few places in town where you aren't bombarded with TVs when you sit down. A great place to relax in the morning, or for lunch, and have an actual conversation. Be sure to call ahead on Saturday and Sunday! Love Eggington's! read more

Yelp has been 2 for 2 so far in my visit to Casper! I ventured downtown after a solid workout looking for a good filling breakfast on a Tuesday mid morning. Eggington's seemed like the ticket, and it absolutely was! This place is an awesome little local gem that really knows its breakfast. I couldn't believe how packed it was on a Tuesday at like 10:15am, but I was seated right away. The waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service and food were very fast. I was being a little picky trying to keep things healthy, and they accommodated for me and then some. Everything on the menu really sounded great. I went with an omlette.. boring I know but it was dang good. Even the salsa on the side seemed homemade. I went ahead and sprung for a whole wheat pancake as well, and they even put banana IN the pancake! Can you say YUM? Bro, this place whips all kinds of ass. Like, a multitude of asses- of every size and shape, every culture and creed. A veritable pantheon of asses. Don't let the scary carpet fool you, they make French toast out of motherfucking CINNAMON ROLLS... When you get a plate of that, you know they're not here to play games. Honestly, I've never had anything bad. It's also cheaper than eating at IHOP. When you see the size of the triple berry pancakes, you'll feel like your soul is getting fist bumped by Samuel L. Jackson. The breakfast Tamales will also kick your ass, but in like... a satisfying way. Just eat here. Super down to earth and solid food, that isn't going to cost an arm and a leg; which is something very commendable indeed. read more

The busiest place in Caspar and with good reason: good food, friendly service, and an atmosphere charged up with the enthusiasm of diners enjoying themselves. Breakfasts are an especially strong suit with Eggington's. They specialize in eggs as the name would suggest. I had eggs Benedict on a Wolferman's muffin with fantastic sausage gravy. The only disappointment was the cappuccino which was anemic. But we felt strongly enough about the place that we returned for lunch and liked it every bit as much as we did for breakfast. Come early because it fills up very quickly. Closing time on Sundays is 2PM but we got there at about 1:15 and 2:00 came and went and nobody was asked to leave. The folks at Eggington's are just too nice for that. My lunch was the very best Cobb salad I have eaten since I had on at the birthplace of the Cobb Salad, the late and much lamented Marshall Firled store in Chicago. Wow! Food and service were both excellent. Out waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu- it was our first time here. I had the Chili Rellenos and my wife had the Smothered Burrito. Both were breakfast dishes and had the homemade green chili as per of the dish. I highly recommend it. read more

This is a cool brunch place right downtown. I had the pancakes stuffed with granola along with bacon and eggs. The eggs were a bit underdone and I'm not sure how healthy those pancakes were but they tasted great! The coffee is served with the "leave behind pot" on the table. I ordered the fresh squeezed orange juice, but the party of two next to us ordered a couple of Bloody Marys (celery and olives as garnish) here on a Monday. Retirement must be awesome! In addition, there's an impressive selection of breakfast skillets as well as French toast (dipped in custard), and pancakes stuffed with pork belly (yep, pork belly). If it's too late in the morning, there are burgers on the menu for a lunch time meal. I must say the service was very good and efficient. On the way out, I noticed you could purchase blueberry muffins or even extremely LARGE cinnamon rolls to go! Would I come back to Eggingtons? Yes, most definitely! read more

Delicious! And great service! On a trip this morning, I split the Bacado omelette (served with Red skin potatoes and grilled toast?! That's right: AMAZING organic multigrain with butter melting between so it seeped into every perfect bite) and Triple Berry Pancakes with a friend. They were very generous with both the crispy bacon inside and the avocado on top of the omelette. There was some nice spicy salsa and sour cream to go with that added even more flavour and texture. And the red skin potatoes were fabulous; a little crispy, salty, and addictive. YUM! The pancakes were fluffy and a perfect canvas for the excellent triple berry compote. Whipped cream elevated the dish to cloudy bliss, and adding apricot syrup (they provide you with apricot, blueberry, and maple varieties) brought us to food-induced ecstasy. My friends and I are actually planning on going again while we're still here, it was that good! One note: I tried a few bites of a friend's cheesy hashbrowns. I read some other reviews where people pointed out that they're not crispy on both sides, as is typical of really good hashbrowns. However, they were crispy on top and creamy inside (from the cheese, I assume), so I think if you think of them as a hashbrown/scalloped potatoes hybrid you won't be displeased or surprised. Also, they were many, many notches better than hashbrowns from Country Kitchen or Perkins, so I'm not going to be too picky. Eggington's isn't trying to be Norma's. :P read more

Great food. Busy on weekends but worth the wait. It's right in Downtown Casper. Those of you travelling, it's about 4 blocks off I-25. Way better than McDonalds, or anything else you will get quick if you have about 30 minutes on a week day. Weekends, there will be a wait. My wife is a Jewish, gluten free AND vegetarian. So yes, I live in food hell, and it is hard to find places where she can get more than a salad. Eggington's is one of those places. Best breakfast we have found in the year we have lived in Casper. The variations of Eggs Benedict, and the Cowboy Skillet are amongst my favorites. Chicken Salad Sandwich also is awesome, they put Cilantro in it, and I LOVE Cilantro. French Onion Soup is also very good, but a tad salty. read more

Ah Eggingtons. If this were San Francisco, I would give just 4 stars. But we're not talking about San Francisco are we? We're talking Casper Wyoming. As Far as I am concerned, the place inside has the feel like I'm in a big city for example; like Chicago, or New York. It's the quality of service you get in a big city because of competition. Now here in Casper, there is no competition for this kind of restaurant. It serves breakfast and lunch. Open from 6am until 2pm, Mon-Sat. Sun 7am until 2pm. Here is why I'm definitely going back: Very reasonable wait for a table. Food is excellent. We're talkin variety as well. Selection for taste is wide open. I like the eggs Benedict especially. Service outstanding. Coffee is really Great! I never left wanting more somewhere else... Bathroom is always, comfortable. ( I mean always) You leave really happy... Need I say more? But really I should. The serving staff has undoubtedly shown true customer support for all matters... Untimely Service - Meal was Free. Wrong order brought to me - Meal was Free. Now I could choose to go on about the visits when things went wrong. However, the attention the staff took to make things right and make it free, far outweigh its faults. Not to mention the 15 times I visited and everything was perfect. The atmosphere is so ambient and friendly, and the food is ever so good, I expect to return soon enough... and again... and again... Definitely one of the better meals to have in Casper. Brunch is the norm, nothing is especially good, but nothing is especially bad. Service and ambience remind me of a boutique diner. Food doesn't disappoint, but it doesn't impress... Last time I was here, they were pushing freshly squeezed juices, I hope they've kept this up. I'll be back... Here's the problem I have with Eggington's. I'm allergic to wheat and they have too many items that aren't usually made with wheat (tamales, salsa, etc....) They did cooperate in trying to find me things I could eat, and I got a dish that was quite good. But somehow I still managed to eat some wheat with the food - I suspect it was a seasoning they used on the red potatoes. If the rest of the food is as tasty as what I had you probably wouldn't be disappointed here - unless you're allergic to something.... or unless you're really hungry - the portion was rather small. Fortunately after eating a buffet the day before I wasn't immensely hungry. read more

The most excellent brekky known to man right here In little ol' dt Casper. Seriously, the food is so good that this is their problem. I have waited over an hour on a Saturday morning to get a seat. It's worth the wait because the selection is phenomenal, but if you have elder relatives or friends, you may want to plan accordingly. The owners are always there and the servers are great. It's refreshing to see servers who can express individuality with piercing and tattoos, but may turn off the hard core purist. read more
