Went to the Copper Cup when visiting friends in Casper,WY and had a nice iced vanilla latte there. Staff was friendly, it was pretty spacious, and they had a huge variety of menu items as well. So the ambiance is clean but I made an error going through the drive thru on a Sunday and become a hostage. Their waffles are good but they gave us the incorrect one which we're eager to correct. The girl was kind but I become quiet annoyed when the same girl asked me to pull up and was taking the order behind me for me to receive my coffee and it's not made correctly the flavor is strong they need to staff and create an efficient system. I went to Copper Cup (with my family obviously) and absolutely loved it. I went for breakfast for their interesting waffle choices, and they were all delicious. Yes I tried the majority, I will say the portion sizes of the waffles are small, but you will leave comfortably full. We were pleasantly surprised with overnight oats which were delicious. But the star of the show was their drinks. I am a chai girly and now that it's almost fall they have an apple strudel chai!! It was so delicious and I wish I got another one before I left. Their cold brew, pour over, and decaf coffees were also very good. We left with full tummy's and good moods! If you have kids or dogs this is an amazing place. They have a little play area and is perfect for meet ups with the kids. When it's hot out they have dog bowls out front with water as well. It's a super cute place and has lots of seating. Last but not least the service was amazing. We were greeted with warm smiles and great recommendations. I was quite surprised that they brought our food and drinks out to us at the table! Coffee was strong espresso flavor, not too sugary or milky. The waffle was like an open faced sandwich. Lettuce bed with a sugary Belgian waffle cheese and ham. We drove 11 hours from Southern Utah for a hunting trip and have been trying coffee all around Casper for a few days now and this is FOR SURE the best coffee in town, even from where we're from!!! They roast their own beans, simple but quality menu, and they have the coolest local items for sale. I bought a mug that the English teacher across the street hand-made, and it made my day. They also have homemade caramel and coffee soy candles that I'll be back to buy tomorrow. And, the baristas were so kind and pleasant to talk to!
