Always great service offered here. Large breakfast menu options available. Ambiance is great. Music playing in the background is always soothing and not too loud. They will have a new expansion coming soon giving it more room for larger parties. Great spot here locally in the Winston area(Robinhood Village Plaza).

This has been open for several months. Walked in curious to see what the old "Baked just So" had turned into. Pleasantly surprised to see a full menu with many options. They definitely optimized the small space with 12 tables and bar options for single customers. Lots of room considering the space. They even have gluten free meal options and are very considerate for cross contamination Celiac customers. Will add this to my go-to Brunch list.

This little breakfast and brunch spot needs more love in our community, because the food is excellent, service is friendly, and the restaurant is well-lit and decorated! Our Triad Community Intern and I stopped in for a weekday brunch, and I think this won't be the last time we do. The weather was mild for a change this summer, and it was nice and bright inside. Our server helped us with recommendations from the menu, and there is definitely a southwestern and Mexican vibe to the menu. I decided to go with the breakfast burrito, chorizo as my protein, with home fries and their spicy delicious grilled serrano pepper. I also asked for a side of salsa verde, which was a great choice. The tangy tomatillo complimented the flavors in the nice size burrito just right. Plenty of chorizo and egg throughout set my day up for success, and the beans tied it all together. I also loved taking bites of the grilled serrano pepper for spicy hits when I needed them. So good! Tierani did a build your own breakfast plate, with a mix of egg whites and eggs, and turkey sausage, which she said was the best tasting turkey sausage she has ever had! It certainly looked good. This place just did so well from top to bottom and the menu is very diverse. I cannot wait to visit Eggies again!

Nice place and good food and service. I got the breakfast tacos and we split a plate of avocado toast. Overall it was a solid four to me and if I lived closer I probably would come back again.

On my second visit to this small spot, I went with Chilaquiles Verde with the eggs over easy. The food was out in about 10 minutes, dining traffic was very light, in fact there was only one other table with a single person. The Chilaquiles were, at best, a very mixed bag. The eggs were cooked as requested. The verde sauce packed plenty of heat, but the tortilla chips were limp and soggy, messing up both flavor and texture. Both the "smashed" pintos and the seasoned potatoes (think home fries) were barely warm, and the pintos were definitely not smashed, and were under seasoned. The potatoes had been left on the grill, not cooked to order, and also lacked flavor. While the eggs were nice as was the verde sauce, the remainder of the items were simply a careless, lazy mess that should never have gotten out of the kitchen. If you are going to offer a classic Mexican breakfast item, it would help to have a kitchen that could properly prepare it!

This is a quaint spot for breakfast. Wonderful service and hot good coffee. They have your egg dishes and skillets, they also have avocado toast, pancakes, etc. The avocado toast was a little bland and I had to add some salt to it, but other than that, pretty good. I really enjoyed my healthy omelette that had turkey sausage. It wasn't overly salty like some places which I appreciated.

Decent spot for brunch, among plenty of places in the area that have brunch spots I would call "decent." A tad pricey, but what isn't? The service was friendly and attentive enough. Inside is small but clean with pleasant and bright decor. I enjoyed my egg sandwich in French toast. Dipping it in the syrup some made for a nice touch!

I found a new favorite right here in Winston-Salem! I visited Eggies while having a productive work meeting with my boss. It was not very loud so we were able to peacefully have a conversation. You are instantly greeted and sat. The decor is so nice they created a very bright and bubbly aesthetic. Because I am eating a bit more healthier, I loved that they had a menu that can cater to all lifestyles. There were so many wonderful items I wanted to try such as the chorizo omelette. However, I did not cave in and got egg whites, turkey sausage, strawberries, and wheat toast. I ate every bite of this plate. It was a nice affordable way to take a break from my kitchen and enjoy a nicely decorated place while eating what I would've ate at home!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!! We were in town from Charlotte and found this gem on Yelp. Absolutely on point from the time we walked in the door until we left. The service, food, ambience were all above and beyond. We would definitely go back and recommend this location to others.

Eggies is a good, solid breakfast spot with many of your classics like omelettes, french toast, pancakes, breakfast burritos etc. everything is well made but a few of the details could have been done better to take it to the next level - melting the cheese in burrito, crispy and hot potatoes, etc.

Another recent breakfast restaurant that opened. It is four stores down from Harris Teeter. Tables set out along the walls and several counter seating. Lighting was good. Mostly breakfast items where you can build your own combo. Which I did choosing 2 eggs, bacon, biscuit and sausage gravy. Next time will try the Buenos Menu. Plus they have other breakfast items like egg. Benedict, omelets and pancakes, French toast. Lunch menu has burgers, subs, sandwiches, salads. Service was quick where did not take long to receive my breakfast. Server was very nice and kept my coffee refills coming! No issues with my meal. Open 7 days a week from 6:30am to 3pm. My tab for combo, coffee,OJ was $20.42. On to more breakfast places to Visit.

I found a new breakfast spot in Winston I'm so excited about! A group of friends and I ate at Eggies for breakfast on a Friday morning and it was fire! The spot can be a little difficult to get into (I had to go through an apartment complex parking lot), but once there they have plenty of parking. The vibe inside is also so cute with an egg wall and egg lights. Our server was also quick and friendly which we love. The food was amazing - I got both the cinnamon roll pancakes and the breakfast croissant and don't have a single complaint about either dish and it's something I'd definitely order again. If you need a breakfast reco in WSNC, this is it!

Another great breakfast/brunch place , they seem to be all the rage right now. Eggies is an excellent choice as they have so much to chose from. The menu is endless. Full of the usual suspects, pancakes, waffles, French toast, omelets, Benedict's. Plus also breakfast tacos. Heovos rancheros, skillets and the Mexican breakfast items. Great a la carte menu also. I was surprised to see a full breakfast cocktail menu! Fan faves mimosas, sangrias , espresso martinis, bloody Mary's and a bunch of other cool stuff. Also a full coffee bar menu. The place is so nicely decorated. Simple but bright and breezy. Loved all the sunny side eggs everywhere! Loved the mirror in the bathroom. Which is very clean btw. The whole place had a nice fresh and clean feel to it. Which is nice. They have a few outdoor seats too. We got seated straight away on a Monday at lunch. Service was excellent. She always double checked if she wasn't sure and came back to tell us. My friend had the egg and cheese with toast and bakes cinnamon apples. She loved hers and ate every bite. The apples she said were nice and cinnamony ! Nice size plate too. I had the skillet with egg whites. You get green peppers, onions, potatoes and lots of egg whites scrambles on top. Also come with toast and a protein. I asked if I could have the Canadian bacon but it wasn't on the choice list and she checked and they did it for me with no up charge. Loved this skillet ! Hearty and plentiful. Their whole wheat toast is really good too. Plus you get 3 pieces of bacon! We throughly enjoyed our breakfast for lunch. I love I have so many good choices for brunch in Winston now. Eggies is definitely on top with service, cleanliness and food choices. They do upcharge if you use a credit card to pay . So many places do these days. It's not written anywhere but I saw it on the bill. Again I wish they would just add this charge into the food which we expect these days to be more anyway! Nice to have such a great place on that part of town that doesn't have much brunch wise! They are open everyday 6.30am to 3pm.

I opted for the Hot Honey Chicken with Pimento Benedict and wow! I was nervous the pimento cheese would be overpowering, but it wasn't at all! It was a nice, creamy complement to the spicy crispy chicken. The hollandaise cut through some of the richness for a pleasant mellower. Prices are reasonable and our waitress was great! This is a solid restaurant with much to offer in the brunch/breakfast area - an area that has become popular and chic, and it almost always means much will be expensive, usual very expensive considering the less than costly menu ingredients that drive food choices here, and other such brunch spots. Brunch is seen as more than just a meal for some folks who are all into what is trendy, and restaurant are aware of this and prices are raised due to the "experience" element! I have tried several items here including their version of Huevos Rancheros (not a fan of how they make it, pulled pork is a party foul), the Eggs Benedict (decent but over priced for sure, $17 with bacon added), and several Omelette choices, can reach $15. This is obviously a popular spot in downtown Winston, but I find it generally overpriced, loud, and the service is inconsistent. I like a good adventure, but somethings simply are not worth the cost! Note that the prices for individual items are written, very lightly with no $ sign to the right of the item. This is done intentionally to make the customer pay less attention to what they spending. Many restaurants are using some form of this approach!

I was hoping it would be one of those dishes that just magically work and are fantastic...but eh, kind of a let down. We also shared a bunch of other dishes. The pimento cheese sandwich was tasty but really hard to eat (the cheese pours out of it). We had their pasta, the duck sandwich (again. It was ok. Not great) the grain bowls seemed enjoyable, etc. We also got some desserts to share. The bourbon bread pudding again, was a pretty big let down. There was generally nothing bourbon about it. The chocolate tart was ok. The food wasn't bad, it just felt like some key items that they seemed to use to elevate their menu as a whole were just misses. But there are absolutely some solid dishes on the menu. The price is also a little high for what you get.

That said, I'd absolutely be willing to come back and give Krankies another shot. Technically they have to use the same waffle maker so if you are a severe Celiac you should be aware of that, luckily our party member is able to chance very slight cross-contamination so it was not a worry big enough to override the desire for waffles. If it is an issue for you, they offer pancakes instead so you can still have a treat. We did not experience any ill-effects but your mileage may vary of course. Both the gluten free and standard breakfast options were terrific, it seems like everything was made in-house. We will absolutely be back. It seems like they have some limitations on how much of certain foods they can turn out (for example, they probably only have a handful of waffle makers) so it did take a little while to get our food. Our waiter Brandon was very nice and friendly, prompt with orders, and always checking back in regularly. He also offered some suggestions on personal and fan favorites (shrimp and grits, beignets) I can't resist flight options when they're on the menu, so I had to go with the mimosa flight. I tried the sunrise, tropical, and Tiffany (OJ/tequila, bacardi/coconut/pineapple, and lemonade / blue zest). My favorite was actually the Tiffany even though I'm not a huge fan of lemonade, it was light and refreshing and crisp/chill, exactly how I love it. The other two were tasty but not as cold - I asked for ice - but probably because they're made with tequilas that aren't refrigerated. For our entrees, we got an assortment of benedicts, salads, and chicken/waffles. I personally had the pork belly benedict. The pork belly itself was really good and the poached eggs were perfectly runny, but as a whole, it fell a little flat, just didn't quite deliver the entire burst of flavor I was hoping for. It was not bad by any means, I think it just needed a/more sauce or something. All in all though, we had a great time and would definitely return. Pricing is pretty fair/standard as well. I could definitely be tempted by the martini or margarita flight next time as well as the beignets which we totally forgot about after the waiter initially suggested them!
