Eggdaddy is one of our FAVORITE brunch/lunch spots, and it has never disappointed us. Today we walked in and were immediately greeted, and it was kind of funny because the girl was wearing blue overalls and with their uniform yellow tshirts and it reminded us of the Despicable Me minions It wasn't very busy and the music was at a good level so we could speak comfortably without raising our volume. They always do a great job with their drinks and my bf loves their grapefruit juice. We noticed they had a new menu with updated options and decided to give them a try. The bowls were delicious and my boyfriend finished his in less than 10 minutes lol My bowl was also good and the chicken was juicy. I could've personally done without the waffle fries since I'm a rice lover, but that's just my personal preference. The portions were generous and I had plenty leftover for dinner. Always a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Eggdaddy had a joyful and welcoming atmosphere. The employees seemed happy to be there. The menu has a great variety of classics with a twist. It also includes lighter healthier options all things eggs. The food was hot, fresh and full of flavor. The food was so good I ate it all before taking pics. The portions were large. The server was very attentive and extremely friendly. Her name may have started with a "B." Know that you will definitely leave there full. *Recommendation* It would be helpful for management to find a storage area for the employees personal effects. This will prevent items from being stored in plain view of the customers, and would make the restaurant look cleaner and more professional.

The hash browns were BOMB! Unfortunately, they were the best dish I ordered. Everything else lacked flavor and required more seasoning. Service was good and the concept is cute. They do have adult beverages and the perk about this place is that it is kid friendly but can also cater to the adult.

Great breakfast locale in the Addison area the decor is fun and lively from the moment you enter and the piped in light rock gets you going too! Service was excellent and I have further appreciation for a restaurant that follows your requests to point. I started my day with two large cappuccino, perfect for a cold rainy morning Breakfast was a California omelet with a few personal tweaks that our server had no issues requesting as well as a WELL crisped English muffin - see photo(so crisp it looks like a potato crisp) loved it Point of interest the Eggdaddy sandwich and taco list is deep and certainly a must try..next time I will! Thanks Eggdaddy for starting my day right

Food is so so good here! One of our favorite brunch/breakfast spots for sure. The staff are friendly and the ambiance is super cutesy. If you're lucky enough to be seated in an egg booth, that's an added plus (but beware: it creates like an echo chamber that amplifies the nearby tables' conversations as if they were sitting next to you). Our faves for tacos are the Benny and the Jets and the Chicken Chimichurri. The chimichurri fried rice alone is phenomenal and would be bomb on anything! Chocolate Strawberry Waffle is bussin. The Chicken and Waffles was a miss because the chicken was dry and not very well seasoned; however, the waffles and maple butter were a hit! Hash Browns are bussin. We prefer the plain ones over the Truffle Hash Browns because tbh the sriracha ketchup dipping sauce was better than the truffle aioli, IMO.

Everytime I visit Eggdaddy, it just gets better and better. The music is good, atmosphere is lively, and who doesn't like an egg theme?? It's pretty much open seating and they'll come up and serve you. I always go for the EggDaddy and truffle hashbrowns. While the hashbrowns look gross, I promise they're good!

Food, horrible. Service, horrible. I was the only customer and still never got drink refilled so had to do myself. Never got my check cause waitress was busy talking to the manager. Do not get the steak and eggs. The steak is nasty as all hell. It's burnt outside and the charred layer is thick of old grill char taste. The hashbrowns looked cool but tasted like they used mustard as a binder, real bitter. Won't be back Oh yeah forgot to add i got side of bacon and it tastes like microwave bacon. There's no love in this food. The only thing i gave a star for was the cleanliness and ambience

This place did not work for me in so many ways. First it is very loud and seating is tightly packed which is not good for a gentle morning. The food was just okay, it was too spicy for my taste, others may enjoy that, it's a personal preference. While those two points are subjectively personal preferences and you may enjoy a little noise and spice the most objective point is the service. It was awful. After we were seated it took a long time to flag down a waitress who then took our coffee order and then we sat. And then we sat... And then we sat... coffee was nearly done and then she took our order for food after flagging her down again. The noise was really starting to get to me at this point. Then our food was delivered (pictured) I had the Frenchie, and it was okay, but too spicy for my taste. As we were eating we ran out of coffee and our waitress was nowhere to be found. I got up and looked for her and flagged her down to grab us some more. When we finished I had to again wait a while before flagging her down to pay the bill. I walked the bill up myself because I was tired of wasting time and got a to go cup for my Wife's coffee and packed it myself. All in all I would not recommend this place. There is so much competition in the breakfast joint market and this place doesn't measure up. I will be sticking with my rotation of First Watch, Fairview Farmer's, and Bloom Lounge.

What a cute spot. I ordered at the counter then waited for my food by the bar stools. The workers were all nice. They even gave us waters while my granddaughter and I waited. I ordered the B.E.C. and it was delicious. The brioche bread made this sandwich enjoyable. Overall, great spot. I'll return again when I'm in town.

My fiancé LOVES eggs, so I took him here to check it out. The restaurant itself is adorable, everything from the salt shakers to the ceiling lights are egg themed! We were fortunate enough to sit in one of the giant egg booths which was a cool experience. The food doesn't look like a lot, but it's extremely filling and reasonably priced. My chicken and waffles was delicious, whatever seasoning they use in that batter is to die for! I docked one star because of the lack of egg quantity in the dishes. My fiancé can eat 12 in one sitting, and suggested there be an option to just order a huge plate of eggs. Maybe an egg eating challenge where if you eat 50 or something you get them for free like some restaurants do with other foods. Overall a wonderful stop for brunch. We will be back for sure!

always an amazing time here. this is our go to brunch spot to eat well and not break the bank! literally you can get a mimosa carafe for $15. espresso martinis are so good and on the sweeter side which I loved. it's super cute inside lots of egg themed decor and seating.. servers are always friendly and attentive. 10/10 will always recommend

I icame on Sunday afternoon for brunch by myself. I definitely believe this is a spot you go for a date, friends, or with family. The ambiance is what you make it with the people you're with. The seating is built more so for groups. They do have a bar but when I went it seemed like the employees used it only. The decor of the restaurant is very fitting with its theme and unique. Pieces like the egg chandelier and egg-shape booth were unique touches to the place. The service was very straightforward for just getting you seated. Not really friendly but somewhat understandable because they were pretty busy with customers steady coming. I will say when I asked for a check it took a lot longer than I anticipated. The food was superb seasoned well and not too salty. The double Decker taco was juicy and savory. Portions were not Texas size but definitely big enough for the pay. Hash brown was the best. Overall a great experience definitely come with someone

It's so cute in here! Love the egg shaped booths and the yellow bar stools. Service was great - everyone was so friendly and I even got a much appreciated tip on how to eat my sandwich. The frenchie: 8.5/10 this sandwich www great! The bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly and I enjoyed the aioli. The flavors work together so nicely and I would have never thought of combining eggs and caramelized onions. Chefs kiss!!! I added some Tabasco to mine and liked the kick and extra flavor it gave the sandwich. Would definitely get this again! Truffle hash browns: 7/10 while I enjoyed how crispy the hash browns were, I wasn't really a fan. I preferred them with ketchup so if I get these again, I'll do the plain ones. Although $4 is a bit much for 2 patties, some crowns or tots would be perfect! Or even some grits...

Unfortunately, our last two visits have been highly disappointing, and I wanted to bring this to your attention. During our visit today, we noticed a significant drop in the quality of the ribeye steak. The meat was tough, chewy, and lacked flavor. Given how frequently we dine here, the change was highly noticeable. Have you recently changed your meat providers or specifications for this cut? Additionally, as someone who works within a restaurant group, I must express concern regarding your beverage pricing. The current rates for water and soda are exceptionally high--to the point where my team now opts out of purchasing drinks entirely. I strongly encourage you to consider adjusting these to a more reasonable rate, or at the very least, proactively offering complimentary iced tap water. We truly love your restaurant and want to continue supporting you. I share this feedback in the spirit of helping your kitchen maintain its excellent standards. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Chris L.

My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - The two Chilangos locations I've been to are both located in strip malls with a bright, neon "Chilangos Tacos" sign above the entrance. Inside, there's reggaeton music, tons of patrons, and ESL here. Once you place your order, grab a Jarritos, a bright red metal seat, and watch the staff cook your tacos to order. 1 Star. Once you place your order, grab a seat and wait for your name to be called. The staff is super nice and efficient, and our order was available in about 5 min. 1 Star. Food - Birria Quesatacos with consume. Memorize it and order it. Kudos to my son who swears by this dish. I am now a believer. The tender seasoned shredded birria beef is so flavorful. The quesataco style melts the cheese into the corn tortilla. And when you take some diced onion and cilantro to top it, dunk it in the consume before biting into the most flavorful taco served in DFW. According to the menu, this dish is only available on the weekend, but I've used food deliver services to get my consume fix during the week so YMMV. Bottom line, it's not just the best item on the menu, it's the best taco bite in all of DFW. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. Chilango Tacos is expanding in DFW. The surrounding neighborhood, however, was a pleasant surprise. It's a trendy, energetic pocket of Dallas that I had somehow never explored before, and it immediately caught my attention. The restaurant itself is quite unassuming. If I'm being honest, it didn't exactly scream "come on in." On this particular night, there was only one employee working. It took nearly 10 minutes just to place my order and another 15 minutes before the food arrived. By that point, I was more than a little annoyed. Then the tacos showed up. Talk about a complete plot twist. Not only was everything beautifully presented, but the flavors were absolutely unbelievable. Whenever I visit a taco spot, I like to order a variety so I can get a sense of what they're really capable of. This time it was the al pastor, carne asada, and Baja tacos. One word....incredible. I can't tell you which one was best! I've had great tacos before. I've had places nail one or two selections. But I honestly can't remember the last time three completely different tacos all delivered a perfect punch in a single sitting. Every bite was packed with flavor, expertly balanced, and memorable in its own way. Without question, this was the best taco trio I've ever had. What a roller coaster of a visit. I went from feeling completely ignored and wondering if I'd made a mistake, to wanting to walk back into the kitchen and hug the chef.
