Hello from Fort Myers post hurricane Ian. We have made a commitment to our community to support local business even more than have. (Note, I believe that local small business ARE THE BACKBONE OF AMERICA!). So on a new spot for lunch today, we tried Eggcetera. We had missed the lunch crowd, so there a few tables occupied with patrons. We got our coffee and Mimosa within a minute of sitting down. Our selections taken, it was very quick kitchen service. Speed rarely equals quality and presentation. Nothing of that at Eggcetera! My wife's California salad made my mouth water (2nd note, I'm not much of a greens eater). I had the Very Berry Waffles. Delicious! Oh yeah, I snuck in a side of sausage patties. (Note 3, I love sausage, it rarely likes me). Their's were great! The menu is broad, offering meals for just about any diet. Lastly and to the point, this eatery is definitely on the revisit list! Thanks for the excellent service and food! read more

Staff is friendly, outdoor dining available, portions are big. Food was good. Clean environment.

Cute and clean restaurant with generous portions. My wife and I shared the classic breakfast and I added a side of grits. The grits were a bit lumpy, that is my only complaint. Efficient service too. read more

We love the restaurant and come here often. We've never been disappointed by anything on the menu. And Yvonne is an exceptional waitress - friendly and fast! read more

New privately owned non chain restaurant and it doesn't let ya down. The food here is freshly made and the portions are generous. My friend and I had egg skillets and I couldn't finish mine there was so much. Eggs, potatoes, onion, spinach, tomatoes, peppers cheese. Yummy!! The restaurant is spacious and clean. Prices are reasonable say $10 to $15 per person with breakfast entree and beverage. We both had coffee and iced tea so we doubled our drink quota. Our waitress Diane was nice, friendly, attentive and efficient. Nice to get all those qualities in one person. A definite addition to the revisit list. read more

You could build a franchise around the breakfast potatoes alone. This is a MUST destination for our family every time we come to KC. Been going many years and have yet to have a bad experience, food or otherwise. read more

Easily becoming our favorite breakfast/lunch spot. Great food with a focus on detail, staff very friendly, and service is quick.

Fantastic food. Had the crabby Benny and fruit, steak and eggs and corned beef hash and a 10/10 for all! New waiter Jake took care of us and he was just as helpful as could be! Definitely will be back!!! Don't miss out on this hidden gem! read more

I downloaded this app the post this... Eggs-cruciatingly poor service, quality of food and overall layout. My wife and I thought it was almost comical... It looked like they decorated the place 15 minutes before we pulled in. I ordered the club, no mayo no tomato and add mustard - came with both, no mustard. 15 people working and I couldn't even send it back because our server never returned. My wife got the eggs which seemed like they picked them up at the Holiday Inn. Like I said it came off as a comedy routine. 1-10 for the dining experience 11/10 if you have a sense of humor and aren't hungry. read more

No a chance the food is terrible and they make you wait if there in only a couple of tables.

Food is great.Short staffed. Should have told us it would take over an hour to get our meal. Had I known the wait time from ordering to getting my breakfast I would have come back at a different time. read more

Firstly, I think the business owner should post some food photos. I almost didn't stop in because of the pics posted. They don't look appetizing. Sorry, no offense to anyone, but I think we can do better than this. Do this new business some justice. I'm glad I stopped though because this is a solid breakfast place. What can I really say? The waffle was good. I love the bacon bits cooked in the waffle idea. A mixture between savory & sweet. My mother liked her Greek Skillet. We are used to the home fries in the skillet, but the hash browns are A-OK in there too. . Not as hearty, but fine I guess. They did need a bit more cooking. Definitely have to work on the potato game a little. Good pancakes. My only gripe is that the food didn't come out piping hot. It was just kind of warm. I like my food just out of window. What can I say, I need steam in my life. The restaurant is modern and clean, and I like that. The server was sweet. I'd come back, and also check lunch out. read more

I highly recommend this place to breakfast lovers. Everything was delicious, from the mimosas to the skillets that we ordered. I am also super picky when it comes to pancakes and these were really good. We stopped here on our way to Miami and have no regrets. We will definitely come back! read more

Best breakfast burrito I've ever had, and my wife loved her potato pancakes. Great service, too. Highly recommend.

We visited twice on our trip and the food and service were excellent. First time was a large to go order on Easter Sunday and the second was a sit down on Monday. Everyone was happy, helpful and the atmosphere is clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Sinai and Yvonne were the reason we came back the second time. Don't pass this place if you are staying in the area or live here. I manage a very busy breakfast and lunch spot in the Florida Keys and I would be a regular at this fun place! read more

The coffee cups are like tiny sippy cups. Trying to save money on coffee IN A BREAKFAST restaurant! Also, there are NO coffee to go cups, for those who want to run in and get a cup of coffee. What the heck? read more

Have the breakfast poutine. It's incredible. The service was fast and friendly and the food was great.

I had high expectations but was sorely disappointed with the biscuits and gravy. Yes, that was all that I got and the tattoo guy reassured me that they were good. Biscuits were very dry and over cooked. The gravy was worthless but this place seems like a chain restaurant. Won't be back. read more

Today my office decided to get egg cetera for lunch. I was the one appointed to pick the food up. My order was still in progress. As I waited I watched from the register as the two cooks were doing their thing. I have a culinary background and know the health regulations of safe food handling. Handling food with out gloves on should only be for food that is going to be cooked. This guy was putting together salads with bare hands!!! Salads! I had a clear view of what he was doing. I am disgusted and will not return there. read more

We just enjoyed a super yummy and very reasonably priced lunch with great service. Huge portions. Tasty complimentary soup. Freshly prepared. We can't wait to try the breakfast. We will be back. read more

We came here for lunch and decided to try their breakfast items and some lunch items. It was close to their closing time so it was pretty empty when we arrived. They greeted us at the door and quickly sat us down. The waitress was friendly and took our order. We went with the egg sandwich with potato pancakes, green skillet and a chicken croissant sandwich with french fries. The food came out quickly to no surprise as we where 1 of 3 other parties there. The egg sandwich was ok bread was crispy and bacon was cooked to perfection. The potatoes pancakes where delicious. Really tasty and a decent portion. The Greek skillet tasted and looked fresh. The tzatziki sauce that cane with it was one of the best. Finally, the croissants sandwich was a good portion and tasted good. Definitely get the potato pancakes as a meal or side item. I will definitely be going back just for them! Overall it was a positive experience. read more
