We dined here with friends for Sunday brunch, and the place was buzzing! Thankfully, we made a reservation in advance because it got busy pretty quickly. The ambiance was simple, cozy, and gave off warm, family-friendly vibes. Even with the crowd, we were seated within about five minutes of arriving. I ordered the pancakes with hash browns and bacon, while my husband went for the omelette skillet with sourdough toast. The kids enjoyed their pancake meals, and the rest of our friends fueled the table with plenty of coffee. The food tasted fresh and was definitely above average, but the real star for us was the house-made spread. It paired perfectly with the toast and added such a delicious touch. Our server was attentive, friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly. The service was impressively fast, especially considering how packed the restaurant was. Overall, it was a lovely brunch experience we'd happily return for!

Recommend to come Very Early Sunday morning as there was no wait. It got packed when we left. We had a very friendly waitress and she was very great and knowledgeable of gluten free items. For the alcoholic drink she took the time to go check to make sure the ingredients used were gluten free for my friend who has celiac. Seems like they have a new menu since the last time I have dined at an Egg Harbor. They also list the calories for those that are calorie counting. I got the smoked salmon Benedict. I Liked the capers and dill. There was plenty of Hollandaise sauce for each bite. They also give you a good amount of the smoked salmon, which was Smokey and fresh. You get lots of potatoes too.

My friends and I came here for breakfast after the Naperville 5K. There was no wait at 8:30am. They have a dedicated GF menu with a lot of options. The server confirmed the espresso martini was GF so my friend and I both ordered one. I informed the server I had a gluten allergy and would be ordering from the GF menu. I had the chocolate chip and banana pancakes with harbor potatoes. My food was delicious. My friends ordered the salmon benedict and the shakshuka. They have other options that you can switch out from the english muffin so my friend got the sautéed veggies instead. Unfortunately, when my friend was packing up her food, she found two hairs. Overall the server was really nice and attentive. Everyone did like their food!

Always a cozy spot for breakfast food at breakfast or lunch time. Their specialty pancakes, waffles, and French toast are always delicious. I had the Cinnamon Roll French Toast and really enjoyed it. They get busy on weekends, but it is pretty easy to get in on weekdays. Good breakfast food.

I love this place. It is a bit expensive cause I am gluten free and cause I want one of everything lol! But we did good today splitting stuff and still having enough for me for leftovers! The potatoes are cooked in beef tallow which adds just so much flavor and you feel so much better, not heavy greasy.. I can't wait to finish my meal for tomorrow's breakfast.

I woke up earlier than normal on a weekend and was craving egg harbor. Thankfully for me, my husband and I got there by 7:30am and didn't have to wait to be seated. By 8:30ish the place was crowded and loud! If you're able to get there early, I highly recommend doing so. Parking can be tricky since this location is in downtown Naperville. Service throughout was quick. We were seated right away and waters were brought over to us shortly after. We ordered hot coffee and I love how their mugs are customized for the town it's in. For food I had the garden scrambler. This is a veggie scrambler with cheese and sour cream on top. It also comes with a side of potatoes and an English muffin. Their house jam?! So good! This dish is my go to when dining in at any egg harbor. It's consistently delicious and the perfect portion. Not overly large and enough for me to eat in 1 sitting. Pricing is pretty standard when compared to other breakfast places. If you download their app you're able to create an account which has a reward system. They offer a 5% promo code when dining in. If you're planning to be frequent this is a very nice bonus.

If you've been to any Egg Harbor in the suburbs, this location provides much of the same experience. You can expect the restaurant to be quite busy with a decent wait time during peak business hours, due to the offering they provide here. That is, a high quality breakfast, with a little different than normal options, good execution, and a nice value. For a bit more of an upscale option, the prices here are reasonable -- particularly if you're comparing it to similar items available at other restaurants nearby. The service here is good. Even when busy, drinks are served and refilled promptly, and food is served hot. The food here is always good no matter which location you go to, and Naperville's location continues with the same level of excellence. You can always expect high quality ingredients no matter what you order, though I highly recommend the phenomenal lobster scrambler. Also make sure to check out their fluffy pancakes and harbor potatoes. You can't go wrong here though, as everything is consistently good to excellent. Overall, wroth a visit if you're in the Naperville area for a delicious breakfast. This is particularly good if you're looking for a different offering (sweet or savory) like shakshuka, rosti, Swedish pancakes, or crunchy french toast. But all the usual favorites are done well also!

My husband and I met some friends for breakfast at Egg Harbor Café in downtown Naperville. Be careful parking. The parking lot that it is next to was full when we arrived. The adjacent parking lots are for other businesses. We parked on the street (two hour parking zone) next to the library. We had to walk down, and then back up, a steep incline to get to the restaurant. Once we got into the restaurant, there was a wait since it was a Sunday morning. The farmhouse theme was in full effect. I love the decorations that differentiate it from other Egg Harbor Cafés. I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes. They were delicious and on the healthier side. I highly recommend Egg Harbor Café in Naperville!

Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte French Toast

It was my first time trying this place, the food was pretty decent. Except for my matcha, it didn't taste like matcha at all! But overall the service was excellent and the place is very nice and pleasant.

I had been to other egg harbor locations, but this was my first visit to Naperville. On my visit, the place was packed! I made it to the check-in area and was told it would be about a 30-minute wait. It was about 15 minutes. They had some seating to wait, but most people were waiting in the hallway. Bacamato grill was the breakfast sandwich that I ordered. It was delicious! Served with a side of fresh fruit and breakfast potatoes. Lots of food! My fiance and I both ordered coffee, so they brought us a whole pot to the table. I will say all the staff that work here are constantly moving! From the hostesses, to the servers, food runners, management, and bussers. All seemed to have a smile on their face as well! Our server checked on us frequently. Parking is a little tight. We actually parked at the library around the corner. (Only recommend doing that if you are staying a short time). I would recommend!

The food is ok. Not bad, not great, just ok for breakfast. However, all the women in the family LOVE it! Service is great, very attentive to refills & our breakfast came FAsT. French toast was pretty solid but the turkey bacon was terrible - it's more like Canadian bacon. Is IS a nice place to sit and talk, and while it was early on Friday we felt no pressure to give our seats up. I like Eggs & Tasty Biscuit better....

Delicious food and fast polite service! They have amazing coffee and other drinks too. I got the avocado toast, it comes with egg but I subbed that for extra fruit. Huge portion!

We stayed in one of the panoramic rooms which was less luxurious than expected because of the sound of the highway and the views being mostly of a parking lot, highway and a pond. My wife and I were nearing the end of our ten day upper Midwest road trip, and needed a place to sleep on Friday night before taking a Saturday flight back to LAX from Chicago. I used Hyatt properties exclusively throughout the trip since I have a nice stash of points to use for free nights. I had reserved a stay at the Hyatt Place in Munster, IN, since it was very close to my wife's relatives who we were meeting that night for dinner. However, a couple of days before, received an email from the Munster Hyatt Place that many of their rooms did not have air conditioning because of the storms that had passed through their area the prior week. So ended up canceling the reservation (Hyatt will return your points if you cancel at least 24 hours before your stay) and decided to book something that was closer to where we were going to pick up my wife's mom the next day. The Hyatt Regency Lisle was the closest and also had the best redemption (at only 6,000 points). I was surprised at the low cost for a Regency, but figured it must be the location. We ended up checking in late, around 10 pm. Since we had to catch our flight the next day, we had to bring all of our luggage and various knick-knacks that we've been purchasing (and dumping into the back seat of our rental car) and bring it all upstairs. There was nobody out in front (which wasn't a big deal), but absolutely no luggage carts anywhere to be found. The lobby was empty, with one lone guy manning the check-in desk. He checked us in, told us we had a room on the 3rd floor. Hyatt sends out surveys after visits, and one of the questions asked if the guest had been recognized as a loyal member of Hyatt. The only times it did not happen during our road trips, was at the two Hyatt Regencies, this one included. Built in 1988 and last renovated in 2012, with 317 rooms and 13 floors. Thus elevators are a must. Well, two of the three elevators were out of service, and from the look of the sign, seemed like for a while. It has enough meeting spaces and ballrooms to host large events. And there was definitely night events happening, with the low price of rooms and it being a Friday night. There was no bottled water offered, so my wife went to the ice maker to get ice to melt down for water the next morning. We also spent a bit of time packing our bags, making sure we didn't hit the 50 lb limit (I had purchased beer to bring home so it was a bit of a challenge, but we made do). The room was definitely an older style, but the room and BR was clean with a shower/tub combo. It was meant to be a place to get in/out for an overnight stay, and figured I had done alright. There is no complementary breakfast at Regencies, so decided to checkout (via the app) and leave by 9am. I should have guessed what would happen...with only one elevator working, and people all trying to get to the lobby to leave, each elevator stopping on the 3rd floor was already full by the time it reached us (since there were 10 floors of people above us). After waiting 10 plus minutes, letting 2 elevators leave without us, was determined to get onto the 3rd one. It was full and a young women said 'Oh no, there is no room'. Yeah, I was a bit of an ass in making space for my wife and our bags (didn't ask..just told the people in front, "No..We are getting on...please make room). People were not happy, with some smartass in the back grumbling..."it's only the 3rd floor...you could have taken the stairs"...lol...pretty sure he didn't have any luggage. Luckily the elevator didn't break down with all the people, and we got out of there as fast as possible as soon as the door opened. Reading reviews, it was clear that the elevator situation has been bad for a while now...should have read Yelp before making the reservation. Lesson learned!
