I have been drawing in my eyebrows for about like 8 years. I love the full and dark eyebrow look. I had been researching a few places to get my eyebrows microbladed but the price (and the commitment of getting semi permanent eyebrows) always steered me. I DM'd Judy on IG and I sent her a picture of my natural eyebrows and how they look when I fill them in and she suggested I get the "Ombré/shading" procedure since the makeup look is what I'm going for. I was still hesitant when arriving to my appointment because I like my eyebrows dark and shaped and I didn't know if she could get them to how I like them. Judy outlined my shape and I loved it! She did them just how I love them! The procedure wasn't painful because she used a numbing cream. The healing process took no more than a week and Judy gives you everything you need for a great healing experience! It was my first time microblading and I was nervous about it because I didn't know what to expect. Judy has done a great job explaining everything that was to be done and she made sure I was not in pain every part of the procedure. Her techniques made the hairstrokes on my brows look really natural and realistic. I haven't told anyone that I had my brows did and so far no one could tell because it looks so natural. I wished I had got them done sooner! When she was done with my brows, she gave me a "after care kit" to bring home. I liked that she provided it in a nice cute packaging. I just had a touch-up for my eyeliner and eyebrows. I didn't think she could improve on either one since everybody tells me both procedures came out perfectly. But she did something magical, now everybody tells me I look more alert and more relaxed and rested. The color blending is amazing. No more angry scowling brows or thin uneven penciling. I don't know why I took so long to get my brows microbladed! I guess I was worried something bad might happen, who knows? Luckily I found the right place after doing some extensive research online. Selena did my brows and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I booked my appointment through post recovery, she and her team were available to answer any questions. When I arrived I found a pleasant/clean space and felt very comfortable with Selena. She has a gentle touch and was very easy to talk with which is a bonus when you're lying down during the procedure for awhile haha. Judy is amazing! Her work is natural and beautiful! I had come across her from searching on Instagram and what you see is definitely what you get. I searched many sites/Instagram pages before I narrowed it down to her. For me, she showed the most natural looking eyebrows and simplicity. When I got there her studio is clean and spacious which made me feel comfortable because of the whole Covid thing. It was just her and I in the studio. Before we got started she had a questionnaire form to kind of get to know you kinda thing and one of the questions stood out to me..."what makes you feel the most beautiful?" initially I didn't answer it, but at the end of our session and a couple days after, I woke up feeling the most beautiful because I didn't have to fill in my eyebrows with makeup anymore and I don't feel rushed. I just get ready and go! The best part is it looks so natural which is just me in general...keeping it simple. Semi-permanent makeup has been on trend for several years now but I never brought myself to hop on the bandwagon because I thought drawing in my brows everyday isn't that big of a deal. I obviously don't know what the heck I was thinking! Those 5 minutes I save in every morning rush is absolutely essential! That is also why you have to pick the best makeup artist to tattoo/micro blade your brows so you know you look put together when you dash out that door and into the grind. I love how Judy takes the time to access your skin and face to recommend the best method for your brows. I know that microblading is all the rage right now, but it wouldn't work out for me due to my oily skin/big pores. However, if you have the right skin type, her combo brows (microblading plus shading) are absolutely stunning! If you have any doubts or concerns, Judy is super knowledgeable at what she does. She's also a perfectionist with your brows; she won't start with the process until she has made sure that your brows look fabulous at all angles, eyes opened or closed. I didn't know until I did this that I have one pesky eyebrow that automatically raises when my eyes are opened and that completely threw off the levels of my brows. Don't worry, if you have the same issue, Judy will make sure your brows don't look like you're permanently curious when your eyes are opened or closed. For my brows, we did ombré shading. I personally prefer the softer, fuller look of Korean brows, so that's what Judy gave me. My photo shows my brows around 4 weeks after the first shading. It's much lighter than when it was healing so don't be alarmed if they look super dark when they're scabbed over. It took about 2 weeks for mine to completely heal. I think the end result is just perfect for my everyday minimal makeup look. I still need my first touch up and I can't wait! read more

I had to fill them in just so they would match my face with makeup. She saw a picture of them and told me to wait a few more months before even touching my brows. I LOVE my eyebrows! Judy was amazing throughout the progress. She took her time to draw your perfect brows, which took about an hour! She'll let you see the brows before microblading them to see if you're happy with them. My brows came out nice, it's dark at first which is to be expected since you'll go through a healing process that includes scabbing. But my eyebrows are healing nicely and it's looking wonderful. I've gotten my eyebrows microbladed 2 years ago somwhere else but it faded away and needed a touch up. Judy has exceptional eye for how the brows frame your face and works with you to get the desired shape. I was indecisive about my shape because my natural brow has a a little more of an arch, but I've been drawing my eyebrows on the straighter side. She created a shape that would highlight my natural arch while lifting the inner parts of my eyebrows up to maintain the straighter brow look I liked. First she put on the numbing cream and she made sure I had a good amount of time with it before she started the microblading process (in the past I've had the numbing cream for a short amount of time that during the microblading I could feel it wearing off). As she was microblading she was always asking me how the pain was and how I was doing. Honestly because of the numbing cream, it just felt like pressure or someone drawing with a lot of pressure on your brows. Her hands were very gentle with moving my head and she was so skilled at her technique. Funny thing that happened was that I had a long night and morning the day of the appointment that I started to fall asleep a little because I was a little too relax from the numbing cream. She stopped and asked me if I was falling alseep, because people tend to twitch in their sleep and then I made a conscious effort to stay awake for the rest of the appointment. She provided an aftercare ointment to put on daily and checks up on me to make sure the eyebrows are healing properly. I've gotten so many compliments on the shape and everyone has been asking me where I got it done. I definitely will be referring all of my not as blessed fellow brows friends to her. I found Judy on IG a couple of years ago and made sure I followed her, I also looked around my area to make sure I was going to the right person. I finally took my chances and got my eyebrows done after being tired of my really light eyebrow hair. I must say Judy did not disappoint. I got my brows done in Jan/Feb and I wanted to wait a couple of months to write the review. It's June 2022 now and my eyebrows are still really nice. The facility it self is very clean and professional, my cousin came with me because we are always together, she was able to sit and wait for me on their comfortable couch.
