Almost one year and my brows look like they were done last month. Amazing work and exceptional customer service.

I frantically messaged Effortless PMU after getting my micro bladed eyebrows done at a different salon and Judy replied within minutes. The following morning (today) I made the 50 min drive from Orange County to have an emergency saline removal procedure with Judy. Her studio is located upstairs in a spacious but clean and private setting. The removal process was pretty painful I'll be honest.. like having your skin set on fire, but Judy explained that that was the saline working it's magic to disrupt the pigment from fully healing under the skin. Judy also gave me realistic expectations for the procedure and I know that I may have to return for multiple sessions. However just from today's first removal the pigment has already noticeably lifted, and my brows don't look like the thick angry bird brows they did this morning lol. Overall I recommend Effortless PMU for anyone looking to have an emergency saline removal for micro bladed brows. I was lucky I made it within the 24 hour mark, and credits to Judy for responding so quickly to make my appointment possible. Not to be overly dramatic but this has truly been a life changing experience and I can't say enough great things about Judy.I had the ombre brows done. I was recommended to Judy by my cousins who both had their brows done and looked wonderful. I have very little brows, in fact the last time I had them shaped (tweezed) the lady messed them up and blamed me for having thin, odd shaped brows! Granted, the first time I got my brows done, they completely peeled off and I looked like a mad woman who was missing parts of her eyebrows during that week! I was mortified but Judy was very reassuring. Apparently if it's your first time getting your brows powder browed, it is not at all uncommon for the color to not take the first time around. That's why it's so important to go to the follow up appointment 6 weeks afterwards! After my touch up/follow up appointment, I was so scared the brows would peel completely off like they had the first time around, but they didn't! She used a measuring apparatus to ensure the same measurements are on both sides. She asks what I want to do and gives her honest recommendations based on experience. After examining my skin, she tells me that I have thick and oily skin which means microblading alone would not be best for me. I've had microblading done before but none of those previous artists had told me that about my skin! So she ended up doing mostly shading and a little of microblading. Also since I've had work done before, I have scar tissues that prevented the color from latching. Judy patiently shaded my brows three separate times to ensure the colors went on. She is patient and really cares about how the end result will be! Her studio is clean and she makes sure everything is utmost hygienic for the customer's and her safety! Came here for an emergency removal. I messaged them for info about tattoo removal, I mentioned that I got my eyebrows done else where yesterday and I did not like it. Judy responded quickly to my message and told me to come in today for an emergency removal. I was super relieved and happy because I cannot stand my eyebrows looking uneven. I thought I had to wait couple months to do the removal. She informed me that it will not completely remove, it might remove some, but it will definitely lighten it. If I wanted to completely remove I would have to come in again. I think it has been about 2 months now. I like the result of it. I don't think I need to go back for a 2nd removal.
