This place is eff'n good! I know it's hard to screw up eggs, but it's the green sauce is what makes it taste to good! It's not spice, but it does taste creamy. The eggs are also season, SEASONED not salty ! I'm glad restaurants are beginning to normalize the use of seasons and not salt to make food taste good! I usually order from this place pretty frequently!

Was on my way to an appointment and saw this place. Was intrigued, so I stopped by after my appointment. More of a grab and go type of place. Got the Brisket Tacos, Little B*tch waffles, the tots and a a cookie! Everything was delicious, how ever it could use a little more seasoning . Definitely will be back!

I was craving breakfast all day? Effin Egg in Decatur, GA put a modern twist on classic comfort food. Their menu featured creative breakfast sandwiches, tacos, bowls, burritos and more, all made with fresh ingredients. I love the ease or Ordering online for quick pickup to enjoy a delicious, satisfying meal anytime with quick service and a casual ambiance.

Effin Egg definitely has the potential to be a great breakfast/brunch spot. It wasn't busy when I went so I got to ordering right away at their self ordering station. I didn't order much, just a fried chicken sandwich which was $9.00. I thought it was a bit pricey. The sandwich I received was prepared fresh and hot. The chicken was fresh out the fryer but lacked flavor. I could've ordered a flavorful chicken biscuit for less at Chick-fil-A. I am not sure if I will be back, but I'm kind of curious to try their other menu items.

Great food and very fairly priced for all that you get! Kind of reminds me of one of my favorite spots in LA

I saw this place while driving and just knew I had to check it out. I didn't wait long for the food nor did I pay a lot. I ordered Javier's burrito and a cinnamon roll. The burrito was good but too much egg in my opinion. The cinnamon roll...was hard as a rock, I was so disappointed. I didn't realize until I was home and didn't want to make a big deal out of it but that definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, I personally wouldn't recommend it but it's always good to form your own opinion.

Quite tasty though a tad high at $7 for some tots. Effin Tots come with avocado creams, bacon which we chose to not have placed on there. Speaking of bacon they pile it on on the bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a brioche. The egg on the sandwich is over easy and brioche is very good. Seating outside. Decor was very well designed and lots of branded merchandise. Not sure if this the best business case for a restaurant due to location as a mostly take out. But would definitely go back again especially since I got horribly sick from eat at Folk Art across the street.

Cafe Alsace is one such discovery that belongs on the radar of those in the know. Having been around since 1997 and founded by a French immigrant, Benedicte Cooper, this is one of the more unique establishments focused on specific cuisine of Alsace region. Spectacular liver pate. Incredible Flammekueche flatbread. Ridiculously inexpensive selection of great wines, up charged at 1.5x retail. I mean, where does one find deals like that in today's market? The patio has a couple pleasantly setup tables. Sadly, as with most Atlanta patios, it is next to the relatively busy road, but it is what it is. With all this said, Cafe Alsace is a real winner when it comes to a casual French meal.

As many restaurants do for Valentine's Day, they offered a prix fixe menu including a starter (wonderful chestnut soup), main (we chose a savory crepe with sautéed chicken), and dessert (a light raspberry puff pastry). Each course was delicious and accented by additional Valentine's touches (see photos). I'm not an expert on French cuisine but I can say the food is reminiscent of meals I've enjoyed traveling in France. Service was on point and we were well taken care of throughout the night with each course arriving in a timely manner. Note they do not have parking or valet, so if you make a reservation allow time to find a parking spot in downtown Decatur (some of the public garages are quite pricey so a short walk is worthwhile). Cafe Alsace offers a delicious meal in a romantic setting, so give them a try if you want a can't-miss date night.

It's adjacent to a parking deck and small. Very cozy, though! The menu is simple and it was a one-man show that day (other staff had left due to closing). LOVED IT! The coleslaw was really good and the Sammie was probably one of the freshest I've had. We had to wait a bit due to it being just him but worth the wait. I did the hot chick ... yeah, I can get away with saying that ... and it was huge, overflowing, tender and fresh. This is a SOLID spot. I was told they'd be re-opening nearby and I hope that's the case. They were BUSY as well so it's clearly not a customer issue. Check them out when they re-open. Simple and amazing!

Ok listen, this spot is in the cut wedged between Bank of America and the back of Cornerstone Bank. It has about 7 booths and 4 tables (mostly 2 tops). Customer service is warm and friendly, it always feels like you've known the guys working for years. Now the food...O.M.G. My favorite is the ATL chick which is juicy fried chicken breast tossed in buffalo sauce and... ANNNND... lemon pepper. Cmon. We're in ATL. What other way is there?! Then it has ranch drizzled on top and dressed how you want... lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle. Even the bread is yummy. The sweet potato fries are crispy and airy and go great with the comeback sauce which is whatever smoky heavenly concoction they came up with as a sauce. Listen if you're in downtown Decatur... Do yourself a favor and get here! There is street parking available and you can pay by app or at the meter. It's about $2 for an hour. They also serve salads, other sandwiches, and breakfast. Small collection of beer, wine, and cocktails.
