I have to say, I ordered a salad at 5:15 to be delivered. It is still 826 and has not been delivered. When I called to complain, the manager, Nikki, said to me she would give me 10% off my next order. I wouldn't order from this place if it was my last opportunity to get food before I died. The arrogance for a manager is totally unexcused usable. And I'm not surprised that people leave their left and right. Effie needs to evaluate their personnel!!!!!!! and I would leave a zero star if that was an opportunity

I've given these people too many chances and every time I regret it this was the last time I ordered food it was over cooked the pizza was so hard I couldn't even bite into it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

My grinder swimming in Mayo!! That I specifically asked NO Mayo!!

This place is a mess!!! I swear my sister orders me a grinder from here every time I come to visit because I love the grinders from the filippou's in NK. Here's what we got tonight, 2 ham and cheese grinders heated with Greek dressing no Mayo we said.... Got 2 grinders swimming in Mayo and not even a tomato on it!! It just seems like EVERY time we order from here the order gets messed up and we have to wait another 45mins to get the order back they way it was supposed to be in first place!! Really about ready to bring my money to another establishment...such a shame that this place is gone down hill in a BIG way!! Guess I'll be going to Exeter Town Pizza from here on out!!

    " Buffalo chicken wrap "

This place deserves 0 stars. We ordered 2 Buffalo chicken wraps from them today and this is what was delivered. Not quite sure what this is. We called to ask if they had accidentally made something else and the girl on the other end of the phone was rude and had 0 customer service skills. We were told that "the owner wrapped them himself and they are for sure Buffalo chicken"..... if this is really their Buffalo chicken they may want to re evaluate that

close up of the chicken not properly cleaned. Nice elastic skin still attached. So disgusting. There's no pride in the food here.

First timers here. Asked the server for recommendations as they usually have a solid go-to. She pointed me towards the chicken fajita wrap. It was more of chicken fajita soup. I have no idea why there was so much liquid- one thought is that there were jarred peppers. It was beyond gross and inedible. On top of that the chicken was not cleaned! I can't ! (See pictures) To make matters worse we were attacked by flies the entire time. I mean bombarded. The server just responded "yeah. ''Tis the season". Lol. May be time to clean season. That amount of flies are coming from somewhere. I'd definitely look elsewhere before coming here. We are locals and absolutely will not be back.

    Italian Grinder

Being someone who has worked at a restaurant in customer service for the past 4 years I can say I am not one to complain and i understand that mistakes happen. But after three very bad experiences I am left angry and with money wasted. #1 I ordered a pizza and a grinder the grinder was ordered specifically with no cheese and when the order was repeated back over the phone they said "Grinder with no cheese" when the order was delivered, there was a whole extra grinder that we did not order delivered and they charged us for it. After eating a few bites I realized something was wrong. I pulled apart the grinder to find cheese and I am extremely lactose intolerant and hadn't had a single bite of dairy in a year. At this point we called them back because the sent and charged us for two grinders when we ordered one and neither one of them were what we ordered. The told us they could refund one of the grinders but that's all they could do. Meaning they will refund the grinder that we didn't order but won't do anything about the grinder that they sent that I couldn't eat. #2 I ordered a grinder with a few modifications but nothing uncommon. The grinder arrived with 0 of the 3 things I asked to be added to it and 3 additions that I did not ask for. Along with that, the grinder was very soggy. #3 ordered chicken tenders. I got over cooked burnt tasting "chicken tenders" that weren't even fully breaded so the oil frying it got inside the breading that was there. I work in a restaurant. Never would my restaurant let food like this be sent out to customers and never would my restaurant not remake food that they messed up.

If I could give 0 star I would. Pizza always burnt. Chicken undercooked. Food is overpriced. Always long waits.

Escorted into the bar area, we chose a Counter style booth right next to the wood-burning stove. I found the additional warmth & cozy surroundings to be just terrific. That night, there was a jazz trio playing, and it added a real sense of flare to the place. My guest and I shared eggplant fries that were lightly coated & crisp absolutely delicious! For dinner he ordered a Caesar salad and lasagna and devoured every bit. I enjoyed the braised beef short ribs, which were tender, served with a rich velvety sauce & mashed potatoes. We added a side of roasted Brussel sprouts that were yummy! (though a bit over salted) Crispy cannolis with homemade ricotta filling were taken home to spoil our kiddos! Our waitress SUE was an attentive and thoughtful, lovely person!

I think I'm going to add it to my calamari now! The kids chicken cutlet meal with fresh cut fries were amazing! The three of us ate the fries and still took the rest to go. Chicken cutlet was thin, crispy and moist inside. We always get the same pizzas wherever we go. Naturally, it makes comparing different restaurants on a good baseline. We got a large NY style (thin crust) pepperoni with half sausage. I'm not a huge sausage fan but my boys are. However, this crumbled sausage was delicious. The pizza is put into a wood fire pizza oven, crust was perfect; thin and cooked well but not burnt. The undercarriage held its shape with a nice bite and crunch! I had to finish off the meal with a Nutella pizza and I have zero regrets. A thin pizza crust with decadent Nutella spread all over it and sprinkled with crushed hazelnuts ended the meal perfectly. Ambiance and decor is modern and beautiful, family friendly and the staff is fantastic! I can't wait to go back and try other types of pizza. They offer Neapolitan, Grandma's and NY; not to mention other foods as well. Ciao!

To start, upon ordering the worker did not ask us whether we would like to pay over the phone or with cash and did not confirm the phone number she had written down to call us back. So as a 45 minute wait turned into a hour I called PVD and the man seemed a bit annoyed claiming he had been calling us to pay. Okay... so we pay and they say they will send the next driver. Another thirty minutes pass and I realize they definitely have the wrong number written down for callback. So I call them again and get put on wait for five minutes listening to the worker talk causally to other people. The worker seemed to be in a daze and was confused, she claimed she knew what the problem was and then left for another period of time returning with no answer. She said she could get our food right to us and when I asked if the food would be cold she said they could remake it and get fresh food to us in thirty minutes max. Well, upon giving them the right phone number five minutes later we get a call, it is another worker saying he is leaving right now with our food (they just warmed it). So instead of making fresh food for us they gave us hour old lukewarm food. This was true, as upon receiving the food I was greatly disappointed. The mozzarella sticks were again, lukewarm and tasted soggy due to the reheat. The pizza was also, lukewarm and there was not enough sauce, salt or toppings. Finally, the salad was okay, hard to mess up. This place was not worth the hour and thirty minute wait for mediocre un fresh food. Management/the workers seem to be confused and are unhelpful for the most part. I am really disappointed in this place and I will not be ordering here again.

Lauren and I from RI: The Pizza State decided to meet up at Little Country Pizza in Exeter for a…read moreholiday lunch today. Pierre Boutros and Jen Boutros joined our group as experts from day one and have become friends, and we wanted to visit with them before they close for the holidays. We started with a grandma slice because that's my favorite style and I haven't had it here before. The slice arrived with that golden-brown finish and leopard spots where Pierre's oven does its best work. I picked it up. Impossibly light. I tore off a piece to check the structure. Look at that. Those aren't polite little air bubbles. Those are irregular, cathedral-sized pockets that tell you this dough got the time it needed. Pierre knows his fermentation schedule and he respects it. Most places pull grandma slices early because they're watching the clock. Pierre's watching the dough. Each bite compressed down to almost nothing, then sprang back. The cheese browned in all the right spots without going bitter. The sauce stayed underneath where it belongs on a grandma pie, supporting everything else instead of announcing itself. Pierre's parents bought this place in 1988. He grew up in it. He could cut corners now and most people wouldn't notice. He doesn't. Then we ordered two pies. One grilled chicken with pepperoni, one straight pepperoni. The chicken pizza arrives with the chicken hidden under the cheese. Smart move. Keeps it from drying out. But here's what matters: that chicken doesn't disappear under everything else. The flavor comes through clear and distinct. It tastes like the chicken in your mom's chicken soup when you were growing up. The pepperoni pie is what I judge every place by. The pepperoni cups properly. Gets those crispy edges with little pools of oil that you're either into or you're not. I'm into it. The cheese browns perfectly without crossing into bitter territory. Pierre's sauce leans savory. Not sweet like most Rhode Island places. It's balanced but you can taste the tomato and the garlic more than the sugar. Unique. Works. The crust on both pies shows the same attention to detail. Most places get it right once in a while. Pierre gets it right every time. Then we ordered a Smokey and the Bandit Samzone. Half sandwich, half calzone. It's one of Pierre's viral creations. Inside: smoked brisket and mac and cheese. That's it. Bacon studded on top. BBQ sauce on the side. The smoke hits you before you bite in. Not subtle. That brisket spent serious time in the smoker. The meat pulls apart without resistance. The mac and cheese does what it's supposed to do. Creamy. Doesn't fight with the brisket. Just supports it. The dough holds everything together without turning into a soggy mess, which is harder than it sounds when you're stuffing mac and cheese and brisket into pizza dough. We finished with an apple pie dessert pizza. It arrives covered in streusel with apple chunks breaking through the crumble. The ice cream comes on the side. Vanilla scoops dusted with cinnamon sugar. This is your mom's apple pie. The apples are soft but not mushy. The streusel adds that butter and brown sugar crunch. The crust underneath stays crisp enough to support everything without turning into a wet mess. The ice cream with warm apple pie is exactly what you want. Pierre could've stopped at pizza. He's already making some of the best in Rhode Island. But he doesn't stop. He keeps creating. Keeps making things people didn't know they wanted. That's the difference between running a pizzeria and building something that matters.

The food is delicious. The spanakopita is my favorite, its fluffy and perfectly cheesy while not being dense or greasy. The greek yogurt is so creamy and delicious, the bacon is both crunchy and juicy at the same time. My bf loves to get the different wraps because he tends to like a large breakfast.
