eFaucets did a wonderful job. Gorgeous faucet well priced. Larger selection than I could find anywhere. I found the exact type of uncommon faucet I was looking for. Fast shipping. Great customer service and follow up. I will definitely use eFaucets again. read more

I purchased a very expensive bath fill assembly from eFaucets. It arrived in a sealed package, but one decorative part was apparently missing from it. I contacted Grohe (manufacturer) and they don't sell this part individually. When I informed eFaucets of the problem, they really were willing to work with me to find the missing part. That took some time and effort, but at the end eFaucets Customer Service came through and resolved thisissue to my satisfaction. Everyone knows that eFaucets has great prices on hardware, but sometimes great prices come with really bad or non-existent customer service. Apparently, at the 'new' eFaucets on can have both - great prices and great service. I am very impressed. Thank you, Leigh for your help and dedication. A very happy customer! read more

I was very pleased to get the replacement part so fast and that it was such an easy installation. The part I ordered was a complete cartridge replacement for a Delta shower faucet and saved me over $100.00 in just the parts, plus however much a plumber would have charged me to put it in. It was a 30 minute max job with 3 tools. read more

Ditto with every other negative review. Obviously this vendor gets away with this. Like everyone else, they advertise stock they don't have, don't respond to e-mail queries, have long chat waits with employees who make false assurances and the list goes on. I wish I had checked them our before ordering. If I ever receive my order it will be the last time I ever order from them or their other bogus companies. Lydia W. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM EFAUCETS! I'm a general and plumbing contractor and do business with several suppliers. This company is by far the worse of them all. They claim product is in stock when it isn't! I waited 9 weeks for a toilet and was still waiting for my faucets. I decided to cancell the faucet order because I had a Thanksgiving deadline. I received the same faucets in 3 days from another company. Now here's the kicker. Efaucets charged me 15% cancellation fee of $164 for an order I never received, This company is a joke! read more

12 days after my order I had to call them (54mn waiting) to get the tracking info because they never sent it to me. I was really surprised when he told that my item should be shipped in a minimum of 10 days because the item wasn't in stock . A the and we agrre o cancel the transaction But this morning I receive an email telling me that they will charge me $100 fees to cancel my order because the item wasnt in stock. I believe that they don't have anything in stock and make money by canceling orders. Hope to get my money back in full from my card company. read more

I ordered 4 items on Feb.22, 2014. I received three of my items. I was told that I needed a sink pop up for the sink so added the item for $57.60. Wel lthe part was in the sink box, but they would not let me return it. I am still waiting for my $778.80 for a Kohler toilet that was broken upon delivery on April 3rd. Funny because the girl said to check the box before I accepted the toilet, yep broken. I was promised by e-mail and on the phone I would get my refund in three days. I still have not been given a refund through Pay Pal or have money put back in my account. I have 16 emails since April saying I would get my money. I received the last five minutes ago. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, ethic less company in my life. Go to Build.com, they are AWESOME!!! I will write on social media until I am refunded, shame on me for NOT reading reviews. My total order was $!,711.84. Shame on them. I want my money back, as I need a toilet in a remodeled bathroom. read more

One star is too much. Completely useless. They send me the lights but not the covers. After 2 months of emails I was told the covers are discontinued. I then sent the lights back to wait 2 months more and not receive a refund. Lucky I paid through Amazon Payments and they refunded my money after I complained. STAY AWAY. read more

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE! I ordered $1,000 worth of merchanidise a month ago and still don't have everything. I've been shipped duplicate items that now have to be returned and today I got what was supposed to be a vanity, counter top and mirror only to discover - NO MIRROR! Wow, wish I could say I'm not surprised, but at this point the only thing that would surprise me is if they actually got me all of my merchandise. I will post on FB again to let my friends know and I will tell anyone that will listen how bad this company is! They do not deserve anyone's hard-earned money. Pay a little more if you have to...it's just not worth the aggrevation. DO NOT ORDER FROM EFAUCETS.COM read more

Hey Yelp - we need a Zero Stars option cuz efaucets.com really needs a "0". Buyer beware this company is a scam. I ordered 2 toilets to replace broken ones in my house. When the plumbers arrived to install them they were all broken - bowls and tanks - both toilets. I've had numerous calls with customer service and the warehouse to no avail. I've asked for a refund and for someone to remove these from my house but they are giving me the run around. I have had numerous conversations with the company about this. they are saying - they didn't know about it, my information wasn't transferred to the warehouse for processing, they cant see my emailed photos, they have no record of my request for a refund. They've transferred me all over the place and hung up on me. I bought these in good faith and it's efaucets.com responsibility if they are going to ship goods to get them to me in pristine condition. I ordered from this company two lights back on Nov 20th for a house I'm flipping. The website says it will arrive in 3-4 weeks. I've called to check on the status of my order and was told it should arrive before Christmas. Today I called to check in - no email updates may I remind you, and was told it won't arrive now till Jan 2. When I asked customer service for help, they said there was nothing they could do. Pretty frustrating when the website says it will be a certain time frame, then is grossly delayed with no regard. My husband and I do flips, so needless to say I will need to buy alternative lights now so as to move the job along. DONT BUY FROM E-FAUCETS. Poor communication and customer service. read more

***** Update on review. After placing this review on Yelp, Leigh from eFaucets contacted me. She was very pleasant and said she would investigate the issue. After review and research, she was able to refund the money for both the bathtubs (minus 10% on the first tub.) I am happy the issue was able to be resolved in a very positive manner. However, it is a shame and should not have taken a Yelp review to rectify this issue.******* Shady, shady company. Do not use!! Back in Dec I ordered a tub from efaucets. Unfortunately it came via UPS (which they swear they never do but my driver delivered it) damaged but unfortunately my contractor didn't report it until the 33rd day after delivery. As it could no longer be returned another tub was purchased from efaucets. Unfortunately that tub too came damaged. This time I contacted the company THAT DAY for a refund. After an exchange of emails and pictures they told me my refund would be processed. Almost two months went by and I inquired about the refund. I was told I now had to fill out a form. I sent in the form. Hear nothing and inquired again. I received this response: I am so sorry for the delay. There must have been a mix up in communications. We had not put a refund in process at this point. We have exceeded the eFaucet 30day return allowance. The good news is that Kohler is awesome to work with & will still credit you for the damaged tub. The thing is... Kohler asks that you, the customer, to contact them directly for an Authorization of Credit letter. Kohler is super easy to work with & can usually email the letter to you. You can reach Kohler at 1-800-456-4537. Once we have received this letter, we can process the credit back to you. Please feel free to call eFaucets if you have any questions. In case this email does not fully answer your question, or you would like to contact us for any reason, simply reply to this email. You can also get immediate assistance during our normal business hours via our Live Chat support service by clicking the link below: Here's my response: No there was no miscommunication and no we did not exceed the 30 days because I notified you THE DAY it was delivered. I did my due diligence, your company did not. I was told that as soon as picture were received (which they were sent the next day) the refund would be processed. Then OVER 30 DAYS later - only after I inquired about the refund YOUR COMPANY sent me a form!!! YOUR COMPANY SURPASSED THE 30 DAYS PURPOSELY IN ORDER TO PASS THE BUCK TO KOHLER. I have sent you 14 pages of emails showing the communication exchange that took place between myself and your company, beginning the day the tub was delivered. I will be contacting KOHLER, and posing the exchange and your acceptance and then denial of my refund all over social media as well. It appears that unfortunately ligation will unfortunately be my next step. read more

Bought a floor-mounted tub filler and had a great experience. The price was about $300 off manufacturer's retail. I needed it quick because original faucet we ordered from a different provider wouldn't fit with our new tub. I paid for next day delivery to keep the rest of the bathroom project on schedule but I wasn't sure from the website that my order had been processed with next day delivery. So I called and got a good response from the customer service rep I spoke to. I would use eFaucets again and recommend them to a friend. read more

good selection, very rapid delivery, product (little instant hot water heater/tank/faucet) was exactly as described and worked perfectly. Thanks. read more

The kitchen faucet met my needs. I thought the spigot might be a little heavier duty: metal, not plastic. I'm not sure we agreed on the right price. My order notes indicated a price about five dollars cheaper [agreed to over the phone]. Maybe it was shipping [I thought shipping was free], or sales tax; I don't know. eFaucets was quick on the delivery and, overall, I would order from them again. I'd just be a little more careful on details and specifics. read more

All I can say is WOW. This vanity is so classy and a looks like a million bucks. Very sturdy and love the thickness of the ceramic sink. I'm VERY impressed with the packing of the product and the delivery company R & L. Also, the level of customer service eFaucets provided was fantastic. I really love how easy it is to get a rep on the phone (never a wait time) and was very pleased with their communication skills and ability to understand all questions I had. The product was delivered on time and intact for which I thank them profusely. However, on further research, I am finding a disturbing tendency for eFaucets to over-price the original listing; then reduce it impressively.................often not lower than available readily elsewhere. I ordered several items from eFaucets for my new home. All but two came on time. The tissue paper holders did not show up with the rest of the order. After waiting several days, I called to find out when they would arrive only to be told there was a problem with getting them. I had an installer scheduled and had to call him off. I found a replacement and was told they could get there within a few days. That turned out to not be true. It took another 10 business days and held up finishing my home. This company is terrible. Someone needs to come in and clean house. NEVER use them unless you want horrible customer service, empty promises and like paying restocking fee's for their mistakes. The "supervisor" (if you want to call him that) was the worst one. Here is my experience: I called to talk with a representative to MAKE sure the items were available AND went item-for-item with him asking if items were in stock. NEVER ONCE did he mention that lead time on a sink was 2-3 weeks. This is AFTER I explained to him that I needed the items shipped OVER NIGHT and he provided me with shipping quotes for overnight, 2 day and 3 day. (so you think if he knew that sink would take weeks he would have mentioned that little detail) I explained that my contractor would be at my home to install the items or I would be paying for a contractor to sit around and do nothing until the items came. So, I place the order at about 10:00pm and at check out I couldn't find a place to upgrade the shipping to overnight. - the web site said the SALE ended that night at midnight, so I place d the order with a reminder in my phone to call first thing in the morning to upgrade the shipping- I wanted to make sure I placed the order to get the SALE price. - Come to find out the SAME SALE ending the next night was in place "sales ends tonight" It 's the same sale every day. My fault for not reading reviews and checking things out. Next morning I call only to be told my order was already on the truck and I couldn't do anything about it. NOTHING, they had no way to help me out. So I asked to speak with a supervisor. This is when I met the professional "Mike" I even got a direct line number (which gave me hope, false hope). He made me feel like I was liar and said he would review the phone call tapes between the sales rep and myself. In the mean time I find out that only a few items shipped and the rest come from different warehouses so ship dates were all different. (Going back the first sales rep I talked to, YOU THINK HE WOULD HAVE SAID THIS WHEN I EXPLAINED THE TIME CRUNCH, nope not this guy) So Mike calls back to say he listened to the tape and never did the sales rep mention it would go over night. NO CRAP. I did, and he gave me QUOTES FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS.. and TOLD ME THE ITEMS WERE IN STOCK.... So now what? you guessed it. I wait for my items to arrive and I pay my contractor to do nothing. THEN I call to see were the last item is, the sink (that the counter top can't be cut to be installed until they have the sink in hand) I am told it was 2-3 weeks out. WHAT???? So I freak out and talk to mike, he assures me that he will stop the sink from shipping and cancel the order. ( We had to go buy a new sink for the install) But they only refund me LESS a restocking fee!! Are you kidding me? Seriously. NEXT, (Yup more to come) I get an email notification letting me know the sink is on it's way. SO I call the wonderful Mike and he says oh ya it was an accident It's coming to us from the distributor. He says he can't promise he will stop it but he will try. Surprisingly it doesn't get delivered. So I give it a few weeks to see the credit then I call to to see where my credit is? No call back, I call again, and again, and again. I placed this order in 10/21/13. I called so many times and left messages for Mike another supervisor, Amanda and a sales rep who of course can't help.... NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. FINALLY, they issued a credit 4/18/2014 - YUP that's right almost 6 months later... AND they didn't refund the restocking fee. And Still no phone call or anything. From all the research I did Efaucets was only a small amount more than other places online. I needed to get the stuff fast and didn't want the hassle of driving around looking for everything. I have three kids and a husband so time is precious to me. Even if it meant paying extra for shipping. I would give this company a NEGATIVE if I could. I am not one to be so negative but this really was a nightmare. I have invested so much time in calling, waiting on hold, writing this review, it's a joke. Don't waste your time or money or energy..... I hope this helps at least one person avoid a terrible situation. read more

eFaucets caught my eye when I googled bathroom fixtures, as I was remodeling two of the bathrooms in my house and wanted to create a classy modern decor in both of them. I found what I was looking for on a couple sites, but eFaucets pledged to ship the same day if I ordered before 2pm. I ordered the products on a weekend, so the items shipped in three different boxes the following Monday. I was hoping for a relatively quick delivery, and was slightly disconcerted when the first notice of shipment came by email on Tuesday, stating I could expect delivery by "end of day" on Friday. As I was using a very expensive contractor to do the remodel, I was especially conscious of shipping/delivery dates. Anyway, Friday came and went; the contractor came and waited. No fixtures from eFaucets. I checked the tracking numbers, and discovered that UPS had done an address correction. Why, I wondered, would UPS need to correct the address I provided for a house I've lived in for 11 years? It turned out that eFaucets had shipped all three boxes without an addressee or even an address on the shipping label. Additionally, they had failed to even put my name or address on anything inside the box. So my packages bounced around the UPS system in San Diego for four days and nights, before UPS decided to deliver two of my three packages to a private residence several miles from my house. Fortunately I was able to track those packages down. Needless to say, I was alarmed to discover that there was no information, name, or data on anything inside or outside the boxes to indicate who the recipient was. The next night, things got even worse, as we were now on day ten since my order had been placed, and UPS now had no idea where the final package was. I went to the UPS central warehouse to retrieve my package, which took another 45 minutes because- again- eFaucets had not bothered to do the most remedial tasks in shipping. At the end of the ordeal, I had spent six to eight hours spread across several days trying to track down my packages, all due to the incompetence of eFaucets. Now that I am visiting their reviews on Yelp, I see that this is not an isolated incident. Prior to this review, eFaucets appears to have already established a well-deserved reputation as being indifferent at best when it comes to actual customer service. Their continued stonewalling while refusing to be accountable for their ineptitude, combined with their refusal to even admit they'd made a mistake until very late in the process- those things are the elements of a company that may be in business for a while to make money, but they deserve to be out of business before they waste the time and money of other consumers. There are plenty of other companies that sell the products eFaucets sells. Don't fall for their self-promotion. Click on another page and order from someone who will follow through on their promises. read more

I ordered a sink from efaucets on March 4th. Shortly after ordering, we found out that the sink would be backordered and would not ship until the week of May 27th. The week of May 27th finally arrives (I called on the 28th since the 27th was a holiday) and was told by the customer service rep on the phone that the sink would be backordered for another month and wouldn't ship til the end of June. At that point I had to cancel the order because we couldn't wait anymore. I was told the credit to my card would be posted in 7-10 business days. 21 business days later it still wasn't processed. I called back on June 25th and asked them why the return hadn't been posted to my card yet. They said they didn't know but would expedit the return and it would post to my account in 1-3 business days but no later than last friday. Today is Monday and the return is still not posted to my account. I have to dispute this with my credit card now. Awful awful service. Do not order anything from this company read more

Still waiting for my order after 44 days, and just received my FOURTH new estimated ship date. Customer service is basically just an automated email or placed on hold for 30+ minutes to hear a representative read back to you the automated email that I last received. Completely duplicitous. I should have read the reviews. This company is truly a scam and fraudulent setup. I spoke to rep on the phone prior to my order to discuss color. She assured me the color was what I was looking for. I placed the order on the website. After looking at photo, I still had concerns. I tried to call but was told wait time was 29 min. Really? I got on their chat, which is recorded but not the phone call. Chat said the color was not an issue. One part of product arrived and was no way near the color. What a joke. Satin and polished are not the same. Now, I'm in the process of returning. I was verbally told no fees. Email arrived negating this.I called, put on hold for 32 min. I hung up. Called back and was told wait time was 29 min. So, needless to say, I had to call my credit card company to report. I am still in the process of trying to return this product. eFaucets says RGA will take 3-5 days. Unbelievable. Do NOT use this company. If you order something, you will never be able to speak to someone nor have them address your issues. Sales department picks up the phone quickly, but no other department does. If you get Edward, run! He will tell you what you want to hear but email you the opposite. Very faceless. I feel sorry for the people who work for this company. Honestly, there has got to be better employment than a fraudulent company. Run from this company as fast as you can! read more

Ordered an item online to fix my Moen kitchen sprayer, a small plastic piece that broke (poor design by Moen). While it looks to be a Moen part and the style/color matches, the hose when fed through does not allow the sprayer to sit properly (the part is too narrow). Perhaps it comes in other sizes, but didn't look like it did. I contacted customer service to return the $19 piece of plastic. Customer service emailed me back that they could not accept the return since it had been installed but to contact Moen instead. Really? Installed? It is a plastic piece and is not installed. So, don't believe their return policy, assume they will take NOTHING back and you will stuck with any item that is not what expected/need. On July 26th, 2014, I placed an order for 3 ceiling fans of the same brand and model on efaucets.com (parent company being eImprovements.com). My PayPal account was debited immediately for the amount of $657.00. According to the policy on the website, I was to receive a UPS tracking number for the shipment no later than July 29th, 2014. On July 29th, I had to contact customer support via email in order to be informed on the same day via email reply that the item was out-of-stock and discontinued by the manufacturer, despite being listed as "in stock" on the website. I called customer support on the phone and requested a refund. The customer service representative told me that I would get my refund in 3 to 10 days, but would not offer written confirmation that I requested a refund. On August 1st, with the status of my order still listed as "Processed. Awaiting tracking number from UPS", I contacted customer support via email and inquired as to the status of my refund. I received an email reply the same day that "The paperwork for your cancellation has been submitted" and that it would take 7-10 business days to process my refund. On August 18th, not having received any communication about the matter, I again contacted customer service via email to ask about the status of my refund. I received an email reply the same day that promised me that my refund would come within 3 business days. On August 22nd, I again contacted customer service on the same email thread and was told that it would be another 1-2 business days. On August 26th, I again contacted customer service and was again told that another 2 business days were needed. read more

I ordered some fan blades which their site showed in stock on 8/17/2014. After almost a week, Amanda emailed me to tell me they were discontinued and no stock was remaining. A week later, I still hadn't seen the refund, so I emailed her for a status. On 9/25, I left her a voice mail and also sent another email. To date, they have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls, nor have they issued my refund. I'm having to resort to filing a dispute with my card company. Incredibly poor customer support.
