Their website states: "Sometimes it's just easier to talk to a real person to get answers to your questions and have confidence that you are getting the right product to meet your needs." DO NOT believe that statement. They DO NOT have knowledgeable staff to help you obtain the correct parts - I know this to be a fact. I lost a couple weeks and hundreds of dollars purchasing what Gary Sorensen said would work for my application, only to find out he was wrong. The delay in obtaining the right plumbing components cost me many hundreds of dollars paying my contractor to undo and re-do the plumbing. Then I had to expedite the correct components (which cost more $$$), to get it right. Then working with Customer Service, Shawna and her manager Kristen took months to work out a refund for the wrong components - which of course they did not repay me for the contractor rework or expedited shipping charges. If you want the job done correct the first time - don't work with eFaucets! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT order from efaucets. They do not respect customer construction schedules and have terrible customer service. I ordered a Duravit Vero vanity 6 weeks ago and was only told now (2 weeks away from delivery) that there would be an 8-12 week delay. When I asked them to provide me with an alternative solution I received a curt and unhelpful response from one of the sales supervisors, Amanda. read more

Efaucets has ACCESS to a lot of nice faucets. I say "access" because every faucet I've ordered was 'out of stock' and backordered (yes I've ordered several at different times). They often won't give an estimated eta. I don't think they actually have a stock of anything anywhere. I think they order from the manufacturer for the most part. They surprise-shipped a faucet to me when I was out of town. Fed Ex left it in a bag by my front gate when they were supposed to hold it until I got back. Not happy about that. ORDER CAREFULLY. They claim easy exchanges or returns. They don't mention the restocking fees until much later in the fine print. We ordered 2 faucets that didn't fit our sinks and would not take them back. Their description was inaccurate/inadequate. I probably won't order from them again. read more

Don't risk your hard earned money as you will be disappointed with every aspect of this online company. Check out the photo of how my broken tub arrived! I ordered the wrong item. My fault. But by the time I was able to get the parts installed, the 30 days had passed. The product is still current, but they woudl do no refund whatsoever. Yes, website says 30 days, but most customer-friendly comanies will still work something out. Not even a discussion from eFaucet. Will definite not purchase from them in the future. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Horrible customer service. I ordered a tub and toilet for a remodel. Toilet was delivered on time, but the bowl was broken. I was told a new one would be shipped out on a specific day - I called back to check on the order 5 business days later and they told me it would be shipped out that day. I then cancelled the order out of frustration and have to go to Lowes to buy only the bowl portion of the toilet. The tub was "lost" during delivery. How does that happen? They said a new one would be shipped a specific day and I called to check on the item 5 business days later and no one can tell me where it is. They do not have a tracking number. The company they used to ship the item has a tracking number but say it hasn't been shipped from the warehouse and they do not have an estimated delivery date. Where is my tub? So, 3+ weeks later, I have part of a toilet, no tub and a remodel at a stand still. DO NOT order from this site. One customer service rep was rude and very unhelpful. She kept repeating the same information over and over offering no solution to the problem. TERRIBLE customer service. read more

We had ordered and PAID FOR 11 items for our bathroom renovation. On receiving our shipment, we discovered that two items were missing. After DAYS and NUMEROUS calls and given the run-around on the 2 missing items, the woman who said she'll look into it decided to cut a major attitude and had the audacity to accuse us of never having ordered or even paid for the 2 items when we have a copy of confirmation receipt and credit card statement. Besides having wasted my time and having to acquire the missing parts from elsewhere, I now have the added headaches of trying to recover the money that eFaucets technically STOLE from us AND a renovation contractor who can't extend his schedule due to this delay. I hope enough people read these reviews to put these PETTY CRIMINALS out of business! read more

I've ordered my bathtub on Friday morning. Their website said that there are 3 in stock and that it will be shipped the same day if ordered before 3pm. They did not ship on Friday or the day after. Actually, they just charged my credit card and did nothing. I send email complaint on Tuesday, no response. Called on Wednesday and they told me that there was high volume and it will ship the next day. Needless to say it did not ship. I called on Friday 4pm, during their business hours, but their lines are off. Saturday, during their stated business hours and still their phone is off. Its a weekend now and no change. I am going to call American Express to report a fraudulent charge by this point, because this is a fraud, plain and simple. read more

Cannot recommend this company. Sent a request for a quote of Kohler bathroom hardware and plumbing that was going to be in the $20,000 range. Several days later, after I didn't hear anything back, I followed up with them again. They offered an excuse about how there was a delay hearing back from their vendor. But, they assured me I would have a quote by the end of the day. That was a week ago! I'm really surprised that they wouldn't want to try and earn my business. But, to simply ignore me and then make promises and not keep them, that is UNSAT! Ohh, and don't be misled...there are another 7 filtered reviews (all are 1 star). I'm just glad I didn't get duped like so many of the other people on here. read more

Agree with everyone else here. Customer service is horrible and they won't do anything to help even when an order is damaged. Shopping is horribly slow. I will never shop here again. EDIT - customer service private messaged me so they could "help" me. Instead, Leigh from CS used this so she could defend the company against my review. Here is what actually happened. The item I shipped was a tub - if you know anything about bathroom renos, this is the MOST IMPORTANT item in the renovation. Everything revolves around it. It took about 7 business days to get it delivered - by the time it was delivered, it was broken. I called SAME DAY AND WAS PROMISED TO GET IT DELIVERED WITHIN 2 business days. The item was in stock at a local facility less than 1 hour away. However, it took over 6 business days and many angry calls for it to get delivered. I literally could have driven over to pick it up but the company policy does not allow for it. Not only did I have contractors sit and waste money and time, efaucets didn't give a hoot about helping me. This is a bs company. Don't ever use them. I used build.com and other sites to finish off my bathroom. I will NEVER USE EFAUCETS AGAIN. Read my review and others - we are not lying. This is a horrible company. SHOPPER BEWARE. read more

Worst online retailer I have ever used. Placed my order for a "in stock" sink on Feb 20, 2017. Received an email the next day saying the sink is out of stock and would take 8-10 weeks for delivery. Frustrating but not a deal breaker since we would not need the sink for another four months because it was for new construction. Decided to patiently wait it out. After 9.5 weeks and noticing the sink in stock on other retailers websites, I called and spoke with Heather in customer service. She seemed very nice and said that the sink is back in stock and that they just needed shipping dimensions and weight from the manufacturer before it could be shipped. She said she would follow up the next day with me. After a week of not hearing back I called again and spoke with another customer service lady who told me I could not speak to Heather and she would help me. She looked up my order and told me the same thing Heather did. That they did not have dimensions for my order and that she would get back to me. Still nothing. Now it has been 11 weeks since my initial order. After looking up reviews of this company I decided I better just try to get my money back, since I paid in February, Reviews sound like they have a long history of ripping people off. I called again today and spoke with Joni. She said still no info on when my sink my ship and that she would cancel the order and request a refund. Let's see if I ever get my money back. Saving a few dollars by using this company is NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! read more

I ordered my faucet at the end of July... 3 months later and I am still waiting for my faucet. When I ordered the product it said there were over 200 in stock. A week later I still had no tracking number so I contacted them and was told they would not have anymore in until the end of September. Happened again and they were supposed to be in 10/28. Just contacted them again and now they will be in 11/6. No apologies for misinformation. I just want the faucet I paid for in July. Horrible site. Don't go there! Please do not give them your money! read more

KNOW their return policy. It has several different sections with the first stating " That's why we make buying easy with 30 Days Return or Exchange!" It is not until you get to the 5th section, does it say "for a full refund, less shipping charges and a restocking fee." Nice to casually throw the restocking fee in there at the end. I understand shipping charges but restocking fee should be mentioned in section 1 where it's stated what can / cannot be returned .... finally in the 6th section the different restocking fees are listed. I did receive my order in a timely manner. Now I am waiting to see how long it takes to get an RGA number and then a refund. read more

BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a Spa Tub for a remodel project we have going. They charged me over $3,100 for the tub and a week later informed me they did not have it in stock and could not get it anymore. They gave me an option to change my order to another tub or cancel the order and get a refund. I asked to have the order cancelled. It has been three weeks and they have not yet credited back my card. I have contacted them on a couple occasions to ask why this was not done yet. They keep telling me they will process. Finally, I have had to dispute the charge through my credit card company and it is not resolved yet. Keep in mind they charged me immediately for an item they did not have. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish we had come to yelp to check their reviews before doing business with this company. We bought two Kohler backsplashes. The items showed on the website as pure white with no description indicating otherwise. The product arrives and it has speckles in it. We notified customer care which admitted to the color error. But would not pay for the shipping back to them. SO we had to pay $25 to ship two boxes to two different locations. We made sure to got receipts at the UPS store that shows we shipped it to two different locations. eFaucet claims we sent both items to the same address and had to NOW pay for the apparently wrongly shipped item to the correct location. They refused to refund our money back nor reinburse for shipping. What retailer does that. NO ONE if its a mistake from their part! HORRIBLE service. You get better online service with the big boxes and easy returns at the local stores. Considering how much they save on overhead you would expect better service. NOT! Stay away! They won't be in business for long with the way they treat their customers. https://www.yelp.com/user_details?userid=T2IckgvqcLWVpp5Az3OpUw read more

Ordered lighting for the first floor of my home. It was a positive experience start to finish. Kichler was the brand I went with. Prices were a definite advantage compared to some of my local lighting suppliers. Order a Blanco sink 440207 on 10/07 after 3 calls to find out why same sink was Iisted with 3 different sku #s and 2 different prices. My order was 1 of 3 new in box return items discounted over $100. After being assured the sink would arrive in perfect condition or I could return it.... and get a replacement in short order... I made the $404 purchase. Sink arrived 10/11. Here were no sink brackets or a template in the manufacture'a box, sink in new condition. Per efaucets instructions I called to return as incomplete/damages. The customer service rep told me it would take no time to get the template and brackets. It took 3 1/2 weeks... during which time Iconstantly called to the obtain status of the items. Attempted to return within the 30 limit because I was still missing the template... they wouldn't allow an incomplete/damaged return because the replacement parts were on order. I waited a month to get what I bought to be usable. It finally boiled down to...I had to have sink before they got the parts delivered or hold up my building schedule. Now I have a $404 sink that will cost me $194 to ship back. Aren't you so happy for me that they waived the $$80.80 restocking fee? If I could give eFaucets negative 2 stars, I would. I ordered a Kohler shower trim valve for a bathroom remodel. When the plumber showed up to install it, I was informed that I ordered the wrong item and that it wouldn't work. I packaged it up carefully, contacted eFaucets to initiate the return, and shipped it off. I paid for shipping myself as I get an enormous discount with Fedex through my work. It was delivered to eFaucets 2 days later. After 2 weeks, I still had no received any confirmation whatsoever from eFaucets that my return had been received. I contacted them to inquire about what was happening with my return. Later that same afternoon, I was issued a refund for the two items in the return (I also returned the water valve that goes behind the wall in the shower). The next morning, I received an email from eFaucets (at this point they had had the trim valve in their possession for 12 days) stating that they were rescinding the credit for the trim valve because there was a scratch on it. The email I received from them included the email forwarded within eFaucets from the receiving department to the customer service department. It stated that there was damage to the box in which the item was shipped and that the credit should be reversed. So, to be clear, they received the item, did not contact me about receiving it, did not reach out to me to state that the box was damaged in transit, and then after 12 days of it sitting in their warehouse, claimed that it was damaged. I have a REALLY hard time believing that Fedex damaged the box. I have shipped hundreds of packages with Fedex and have literally never had a single damage claim. Having packaged these items personally, I find it exceptionally difficult to believe that Fedex damaged the box and that somehow it just scratched the face of this trim valve. But, I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt. I contacted eFaucets and asked to be sent pictures of the damaged box and of the damage to the returned trim valve. I could not get a manager on the phone. I was told multiple times when I called that she was the only manager at eFaucets and that she was "in a meeting". I left a message and was told I would get a return phone call. After 3 business days I heard nothing. Sound of crickets. I called again on the 3rd business day. I finally reached the lone manager and was assured that she would send the requested pictures so that I could file a claim with Fedex. I NEVER heard back from anyone. Nothing. So, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the reversal of the credit. Thankfully, they took care of it. In short, I wouldn't order ANYTHING from this wretched company. My suspicion is that they damaged the item after it arrived and tried to pin ithttps://www.yelp.com/guidelines on me. Never again. read more

Echoing the other outraged customers: Efaucets' website does not update and they often indicate that stock that is in-hand and ready to ship, when in reality it's 2-3 weeks away given their apparently low-priority status with Kohler. Next, customer service is atrocious. I'm waiting for a refund in the amount of 1600 dollars that was supposed to be back to me within 7-10 days but we're on day 13 and no correspondence. Then, I spoke with a sales staffer named Ronald who asked that I place my order with him after the weekend so he could check on some stock questions. When he failed to call me back, I called him (trying to get him credit for the sale) and after 20 minutes got him, only to be put on hold for 20 more minutes. When he then asked me to email him my order, I told him I had waited 45 minutes and that he'd already forgotten to call me back once. His reply: "Oh, yeah, well, thanks for calling my bluff. You gotta do what you gotta do." Then he hung up on me (!!!) Unbelievably bad. Truly beyond the pale. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Placed an order on April 16 2019 and promptly canceled the order the same day. They shipped the order anyway. Called them and I was told to refuse the shipment, which I did. Called back to see how long it would take to refund my money and was told 5 days. After 10 days with no refund I filed a claim with my bank. At day 14, I received a partial refund from them (minus the shipping cost to ship it back to them) even though they mistakenly shipped the order. They are shady at best and would not consider purchasing from them. read more

Quick shipping, well packed. Yelp wants me to write more so I am writing this sentence.

I should give 0 stars, as I spent my time shopping, placed the order, gave them my credit info, and got 0. When I shopped, the item was in stock, and MAGICALLY it is not in stock. Classic internet scam is fish for orders, then try to place them with other company's stock. What a waste of time. Pathetic. Guess I should have looked at these reviews before I ordered. I was in a tight timeline so I specifically only orders items that said they were in stock and were going to ship 3-5 days out. After one week, I had not received any email telling me the status, whether it shipped, or a tracking number. I called the items were now backordered. Nobody planned on notifying me. Unless I took it upon myself to call, I could've been waiting 2 months. I highly recommend faucetsdirect through build.com. I get email notifications, their customer service reps take it upon themselves to check my orders continuously. I understand that these companies are distributors and don't have that much control over their vendors inventory. When 2 of my parts became back ordered on faucetsdirect, they called me immediately and notified me and already had another suggested part in my cart and overnighted it to me for free. I will only use faucetsdirect going forward. read more

When I received the email w the order info I noticed he just added the number I called from and the contact number. He never asked me to verify. 1/18- sent email to change my ph# from work number to cell, reply email received that change will be made. 1/19- no email confirming shipping 1/22- no email confirming shipping 1/23- I called to inquire about shipping, I was told this item is out of stock and won't be available till 2/08. I asked her to cancel order and refund my cc. I go away on a trip... 1/29-efaucets email goes to junk mail and I don't see it till 2/12. Email said item has shipped and tracking #. I look up he tracking # and I see the freight company already try to deliver it, but I'm not back home yet. I call efaucets and they said it was never cancelled and they had No Notations of my call on 1/23. So they have to cancel my delivery, get the truck to send it to the sender and then process my credit card once THEY get the credit!! In the mean time my credit card is due! When I got back I noticed 3 calls on my work number from the freight company trying to contact me, so efaucets never changed my number to my cell phone either.
