The designer I worked with on the first set was instrumental in helping me decide what style and fabric was right for the look I was going for. Those drapes were up for 11 years and looked as good going down as they did when they went up. The 2nd time I worked directly with Lois. She was prompt and cordial but in hindsight not too engaged. I chose floor-to-ceiling lined linen panels to flank double hung windows. They are beautiful. A short time after installation however I noticed excessive wrinkling and puckering where the lining meets the fabric. Upon inspection Lois informed me it was because I open the windows and let the wind and humidity get to them. Apparently Lois did not think it important to advise me against using linen for operational windows during the design visit. The fix was to switch the panels to hide the puckering side against the opposite wall and install brackers to pull the drapes close to the wall when I want to open the windows. 3 years later that same panel is pooling on the floor. I would have to pay over $200.00 for her installer to attempt to fix it. Like I said, the drapes are beautiful if you don't look at them carefully. If you have a big job I think Lois is your lady. She does seem to have the loyality of the Kenosha elite. If you have a modest job..I'm not so sure you'll get the attention you're hoping for.

First, they told me they would call me to assign a designer, and never did. Then they scheduled a video conference, but didn't even bother to sign in or let me know they weren't coming. Finally, they promised a proposal, which of course never showed up. My time was completely wasted, and it felt like they had no respect for follow through or basic courtesy. There is a professional, polite, clear, and respectful way of doing business that a company's reputation depends on. I would not recommend this business.
