Great place for buying gifts. Every time I come here there is loads of new decor and accessories to make any place a comfortable, suitable, and stylish living place. Over the past nine months as I have tried to get the job done with them they expected patience and sympathy from me, the customer, as they dealt with family illness and the pandemic, but when I asked for understanding regarding our unemployment due to the pandemic I did not get any. I should not have held on so long to the hope they would actually do my window treatment. I simply didn't know where else to look, being new in town. It was a mistake and I would feel better if I had gone elsewhere months ago. However they never clearly communicated until today that they would not do the job and would not return the initial payment.

First, they told me they would call me to assign a designer, and never did. Then they scheduled a video conference, but didn't even bother to sign in or let me know they weren't coming. Finally, they promised a proposal, which of course never showed up. My time was completely wasted, and it felt like they had no respect for follow through or basic courtesy. There is a professional, polite, clear, and respectful way of doing business that a company's reputation depends on. I would not recommend this business.

This place can be described as a very expensive upscale flea market. It also reminds me of Anthropologie's home products. If anything, it may be a little bit more pricey than Anthropologie though. Since it is an independent shop, things here are so special and there is something special about purchasing things that you have to go in-store for and cannot be purchased or viewed online. I loved the selection of textiles, the dishes, the apothecary items, and the unique trinkets. While I know that I could certainly not afford to outfit my house with things in here, there were plenty of things that would make thoughtful and unique gifts for friends, or occasional splurges for yourself (there were a few blankets that I LOVED). The style is just my cup of tea- a mixture of vintage and modern. Stop in, and I'm sure you will find at least a few things that you love!
