We needed a handicapped accessible bathroom and she was very conscious of making sure we were comfortable with every decision and action from beginning to end. Then we met with Eric, Brittany and Staci to go over everything from beginning to end. They all walked us through everything and how we could track daily updates. Through the process, they communicated constantly to make sure things were going good. Martin was also incredible every time he was here.
