I ordered a faucet that was advertised to be chrome. The inside of the spout was open and not finished in chrome. I complained that the picture shown on their site didn't show this. They didn't charge me a restocking fee and issued a full credit. Very honorable company I would say. I would certainly do business with them again. Check them out eFaucets.com read more

I ordered 800 dollars worth of products from these guys and its been 2 months almost that I have been trying to request a refund on damaged goods I received. Never again will I purchase from them. Also, all of the goods I ordered came in a BIG BROKEN BOX with scattered material in it, and all the packaging was damaged as if it was used. Not sure why I even didnt look at their reviews before ordering them. read more

Item received defective. Non responsive to customer support emails. Called in after a week of no reply, spoke with Tim. Said a replacement would be sent out and instructions on how to return defective item. Tic Toc, Tic Toc, three days passed without any communication. Called back only to be treated poorly by customer agent. Absolutely horrible customer service. read more

Ripped me off on a drain. Won't accept returns or cancellations even when it is their fault, they put you through a phone tree nightmare so they can keep the money. Charge 15% restocking fee on items they sent mistakenly. Worst the world by far. read more

ZERO stars. Awful awful awful transaction. I've never experienced customer service like this in my life. The grand total on my first screen ended up being double after hitting submit order!! Is that even legal?? Cancelled order minutes after ordering and they said I'd have to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee for a glitch that was not even my fault. Horrible!! Nothing about this order or transaction was pleasant or easy. They clearly don't care about repeat customers and are just trying to make a quick buck. I'm not even sure why they waste their money on paying people to answer the customer service phones when they can't help you at all. Things they couldn't help me with: my transactions pulling up emails I had previously sent getting a tracking number for a TWO DAY UPS shipping method refunds BUT she could have set me up with a return order which would provide them with more money since they charge a 15% restocking fee and I'd have to pay to ship that ish back. read more

all of the other reviews say it all... wish I would have looked here first. In a word, this company SUCKS... customer service SUCKS... communication and response SUCKS... absolutely awful. read more

Poor service- I bought plumbing parts - advertised as "in stock"- in August that are still not delivered. eFaucets has provided nothing but monthly notifications that the part is still on backorder. As of January 18 I still have no delivery date to plan on. read more

I wish I had read these other poor yelp reviews prior to ordering bathroom/kitchen fixtures from this company. If you are doing a home improvement project I would strongly advise NOT TO ORDER from eFaucets. Order from a company with a return policy that understands the nature of construction. Not everything can be tested and confirmed in good working order within their return policy and they make no exceptions. You will be stuck with very expensive trash and your project will suffer delays. I would rename them eRipoff! read more

***BUYER BEWARD**** BELOW IS A COPY OF AN EMAIL I SENT TO EFAUCETS, 3.17.15: I know that the 30 day warranty has expired, but I wanted you to be aware that the dual flush tank that came with this order was broken in over a dozen pieces. I am a senior citizen and live by myself. I had to wait until my son returned from oversea duty with the Navy to replace my old toilet with the new one. That's what he was doing today when the box was opened and we found the totally broken flush tank. When these were delivered, I did not have the strength to open and lift the items out of the box, therefore I was unable to inspect the items. I have already been disillusioned by the miserable customer service this company provides and intend to write a letter to the manufacturer, American Standard, to apprise them of the treatment customers receive from Efaucets. I also intend to find someone higher up within this organization to let them know what I have experienced. Not only have I received the worst customer service when dealing with Efaucets, but now I have a useless flush tank due to the ineptness of the people who packed it and transported it. I do not have the money to replace this tank. I literally will have to save for months in order to do so. I will make sure everyone I know and my son knows what a terrible company you are and that you deliver severely damaged goods. read more

eFaucets has a large selection to choose from at extremely competitive prices. We purchased several items to help with our bathroom remodel from an under mount sink, faucet, to towel racks and toilet paper dispenser. The products were shipped out promptly and received in excellent condition. I will use eFaucets in the future and suggest you consider doing the same. read more

Never shipped half of my order and repeatedly ignored my inquiries as to when it would ship. Had to dispute charge with my credit card after waiting for 5 weeks and numerous wastes of time on the phone with their horrendous hold music. read more

Took half a year from the moment I ordered an item till I got my refund. Never again.

CAVEAT EMPTOR - I'll give you the short version. Stay away from this company. Do not be lured in by their cheep prices. In my opinion, you'll pay for it in the end. If you do business with them, read every word in the website and every policy they have. Assume the worst case scenario for your order and in my view you'll almost have a realistic picture of how their policies are geared against you. But I think it's actually worse than this. If anything goes wrong with your order, based on my experience it will be your responsibility to recognize the problem because eFaucets will not notify you about it. read more

False advertising. They say "usually ships within 24-48 hours". It has been 11 days and has not shipped. When I called they said that "I can always call to find out how long it really will be" and that they are not responsible for any shipping time frame (ever?) since it says "usually". My whole project is waiting on this piece and there is no estimate of how long it will be! Apparently it might never arrive. read more

They will get you the parts whenever they feel like it; and when they ship you a faucet set with missing parts; they'll tell you to wait another 10 days to make it right. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. read more

I ordered a plumbing part. The said I would receive it in 3 to 7 days. After two weeks I called them. After waiting on hold twice for over an hour they told me both times it would ship the next day. It never arrived. Eventually after calling again and waiting over an hour I told them to cancel my order. I was not asked why and was told I would receive an email within 48 hours confirming the cancellation. I never received anything. I will dispute the charge on my credit card. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. If you call sales your call is answered immediately, but customer service you just wait and customer service is a joke to them. I will never do business with eFaucets. read more

I wish I would have researched efaucets more before! I was suckered by a cheap price that has been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! REPLACEMENT after REPLACEMENT of broken toilets. They refuse to credit you back when you refuse shipments, they say refunds can take MONTHS to process, even though I was told it could be done right away with pictures since I called in 20 minutes after it was delivered. The two customer service "managers" Jenn, and Jenny(probably the same person) kept spewing "that's our policy sir". Your lucky it was with UPS, with other shippers it could be at least a month or more. REALLY??? They are scam artists, plain and simple. So if you deal with "Jenny " at extention 4319 please be prepared to take on all the crap that she will be shoveling. I wish I could leave negative stars. This isn't just a rant, it's MONTHS of NO toilet in our home and lots of bad service. If you dont belive me, read the other horror stories. Thanks a lot for your time ! I'll be back to update this later. read more

eFaucets - Another shipment from efaucets! - Kitchen & Bath Near Me - Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

Some items are shipped direct from manufacturer, like Riobel, and the shipping information is not trustworthy. I placed an order, told it would ship 4 days later, with 2 day shipping. 5 days later, they said it shipped, but there is not tracking info. Told to call back in a couple days to verity. was also told 2 day shipping was business days only. I think all this is unacceptable. If items are listed as in stock, they shouldn't take 4 days to get out the door. And if no tracking number is available thru the UPS app, don't tell me it's been shipped. This order was placed to be available for installation at a specific time. As a professional installer, having a second party cause my business to endure hardship due to their failure to deliver upon a promised timeline is unacceptable. I will no longer do business with eFaucets for this reason. read more

This is NOT an honorable company. They have outright lied to me about a delivery date three times and I have yet to see the bathtub I ordered Feb 1, now 25 days later. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them, no matter how good the price seems. I am just sorry that I did not read the reviews before I ordered from them. Pissed in Tucson read more

If there were a Zero star, I'd check that. Completely misleading. I ordered a faucet and in-wall valve for a shower. Two separate parts. I paid for 3 day shipping. I got one part in 3 days, a Friday morning. I called to inquire about the other part, and they assured me it would be in the late afternoon UPS delivery. My contractor drove one and a half hours to put in the facucet and trim kit. Obviously, a complete waste of time. The second part did not come for three weeks. I called "Customer Service" (there's a contradiction in terms) on Saturday to complain. The response was, "Oh, there's no one here that can deal with that on a Saturday". After that, I was never able to talk to anyone about the problem. I emailed - no response. I called them, and was assured that someone would get back to me. Never heard from me. My credit card company intervened, but even they couldn't do anything about the 20% restocking charge. I had to pay for return shipping and pay for the restocking fee. AWFUL company. Go to Home Depot. You'll pay a few dollars more (maybe), and at least they own the problem if and when one occurs. read more

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a pair of sink shelves. What a waste of time, but I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Bureau of Consumer Affairs - Wisconsin. Won't call back, won't send info I need to return the item. Most worthless customer service ever (oh wait, there is none!). Won't be doing business with them and will be contacting manufacturer directly. I would give them no stars if that were possible. read more

Similar issue to what others experienced. Ordered an item that indicated a lead time of 3-4 weeks. Lead times are critical when you're trying to coordinate around a renovation project. After 5.5 weeks they say it will still be another week before it ships and then 10 days to deliver. 8 weeks instead of 3-4. They intentionally mislead consumers with bogus shipping timeframes knowing that by the tame you've already waited more than expected you're now probably stuck with getting it from them. I'll never fall for their bogus product listings again. read more

We ordered a Kohler shower base from eFaucets. When it arrived, it was severely damaged. The deliverer blamed it on eFaucets, eFaucets blamed the deliverer. After much paperwork and almost 2 weeks, we got our replacement. But it didn't end there. We were told by eFaucets that we needed to keep the damaged base for 2 WEEKS in case the driver disputed the claim and decided to come back for it. Ridiculous, but we obliged. After 2 weeks, I checked in before disposing of it and was told to hold onto it for an additional week. After that week, I was told "a few more days". It has now been 3.5 weeks that a shower base has been sitting in our backyard, destroying the grass underneath, in the way of the contractors working on the home and obstructing our kids' area to play... and they STILL want us to hold onto it "in case", which isn't an option. Item ended up being delayed more than double the initial delivery time and I was given no notice until I made the effort to contact them. Just over one month in with my new Kohler faucet ordered through eFaucets and very pleased so far. Ordered a Kohler tub and matching drain on 7/24...We are in the process of remodeling our master bathroom and were on a timeline to get all products in by 8/5. The tub came in via FedEx freight and was in perfect condition, not a scratch on it! There was a miscommunication between efaucets and the distributor about the drain and on 8/2 I became worried as I am on a deadline with my contractor (time is money) so I called efaucets for a solution. I spoke with a supervisor as the representative did not have the authority to expedite shipping....and he made sure the faucet was here on 8/4. Faucet Arrived 8/4 with NO issues!!! Their customer service sucks. Sales answers at all hours but customer service is limited. They say it is because they need to coordinate with the warehouse. That is B.S. All they need to do is to send a return authorization. They are liars right there. And forget about the online chat. That is hopeless, long wait and idiots working it. Their return policy sucks. I ordered two items and tried to return one. They want me to pay the freight back, and a 15% restocking fee! The price was not lower than others to begin with. Everybody sells Kohler products for the same price. Buy it somewhere else. I want to buy about $250 more of Kohler products but that will be from another vendor now. read more

Please avoid efaucets. I am in the construction industry and rarely see companies that I don't trust at all. Their customer service is horrible and their website is a disaster. I want to warn any potential buyers for Efaucets.com. Here is what I experienced: I bought some plumbing supply for $1,300 and decided to return it. I shipped by fedex and they received it back in early November. I emailed them many times asking for my refund and they always said it'd come soon. Well, after more than 3 months, I disputed the amount with my credit card company. After the dispute reported to efaucets, they had to credit it back to me, however they took $200 restocking fees based on their refund policy. their refund policy is to refund customers within 30 days and they shouldn't charge me the restocking fees after they did not refund within 30 days. But their customer service sucks and rude. I think they are playing a game hoping customers shipped the products back will forget about it and they get to keep the money for free. I will never buy from Efaucets anymore and hope anyone reads my post will be careful. read more

I ordered several items from this company in the past week. Two orders were fine. The third item was what I thought was a chrome shower kit as that was the picture and color of the items in the picture. When it arrived, it was not chrome but brass. I went back to the web site and sure enough, they had a chrome picture but the item description said brass. I called to ask them to let me return it and after more than 30 minutes of waiting for a supervisor, I was told it was a fire sale and they wouldn't take it back. Said that this was the picture provide by Moen so nothing they can do about it. I asked if they were willing to lose a good customer over this and was told there was nothing they could do. AVOID eFAUCETS AT ALL COST!!!!! Purchased a Kohler kitchen faucet in April. Once it arrived, arranged for my plumber to install. Much to our surprise, the entire hardware set was missing?! And my plumber had already removed my existing faucet which could not be reinstalled. I called Customer Service immediately. Their response: "oh, we've seen that a lot lately with Kohler"?! And "usually our customers inspect the package before they call a plumber". Well--of course I had opened package, but how was I to know there were missing parts--I am not the plumber?! And if missing parts have been a recent problem with Kohler products, why isn't eFaucets doing quality control checks?! The lousy customer service continued: I had to wait over a week to receive a replacement faucet with the proper hardware. I asked a Superviser to make a rush shipment. Her reply: its not our policy to rush ship". Even though this was clearly eFaucet's fault?! So i had to wait over a week and go thru the hassle of returning the first faucet. WARNING RE RETURNS: if you don't return all parts in exactly the manner they request (and is a long list) , you will be charged for both faucets! Of course I had to pay for a second plumber visit too. I wish I had read all these poor reviews before purchasing. Over 10 years ago we purchased over $2,000 of products from eFaucet with no problems. Obviously the quality of service has drastically deteriorated. We will NEVER buy anything else from eFaucets again. read more

Do NOT use this company. I had a fairly large order. One rep gave me a quote with a discount. Another rep (her supervisor evidently) reneged on that quote some days later. Then after I complained, they honored the discount, small as it was. I had it in writing. Then part of the order they sent included a broken piece. They did replace it after several days but still - what a pain to receive something broken that was clearly broken before, not from shipping. The second part of the order was shipped with a packing slip that indicated certain items unrelated to my order. So I opened the box with the delivery guy still there. What was in the box was indeed part of the order but was completely different from what was on the packing slip. The delivery person was clueless. (Not his fault, of course, but goes to show how much care they put into shipping.) Now, after over an hour on the phone/ chat they can't figure out where the missing part of the order is. It's both $700 and a delayed project while I'm paying a contractor. They were supposed to ship two solid weeks ago. ... Finally, they claim this particular item (out of about 14) was lost in transit and they promise to 'search' for a replacement. This is e-commerce in 2015. If you make a shopping cart, even if you pay for it, you will be inundated with email asking you to please come back and buy the cart. I could go on but what's the point? Just don't shop via their site. It's gotten worse and the issue is still unresolved so I have to update: The items they failed to ship actually amount to over $1000. But trying to get refunded and dealing with their customer service is like wading into a toxic waste dump. It's their fault (they finally admit) but it's my problem because they still have the money we paid after being promised everything was shipping 'by 3:30 today!' That was 3 weeks ago. It's frustrating that there is no effective recourse. It pains me to think of all the wasted hours I've spent on this crap. Use efaucets only if you enjoy being lied to and ripped off. ---------------- efaucets continues to be stupid, incompetent or both. They did manage to refund two of the items they failed to ship after over 1 month of haggling. The other item, per BBB of Wisconsin where I filed a complaint, now reports that the company cannot refund the balance owed to me because I haven't returned it! Of course, it was never shipped and I have email from their sales manager saying as much. read more

STUPID! I placed order and only after 1 month they send me email that items are discontinued.

I am thrilled that I made a purchase with this company. I will now change my buying habits and carefully read reviews before ever doing business with any company I don't know. My credit card company issued a full credit for merchandise that was "out of stock". I spoke to a sales rep who promised a prompt refund, prompt in geologic terms. I mentioned that I had seen another product which I was also considering and he seemed genuinely surprised when I told him that it appears to be in stock. WARNING, keep all emails, and correspondences with vendors, it makes the job of disputing a claim very easy, and most credit card companies will gladly go to bat for a customer who has a legitimate dispute. read more

Dreadful! Awful! Terrible! On May 16, 2014. I ordered a simple $4 part for our Toto toilet. Shipping was an extra $11. Total came to $15. The website said it was in stock, for immediate delivery. HA! Received email confirmation from them. Then ... nothing. No delivery. Three weeks later, I send 'em email: where's the part? They reply with a standard "Dear Valued Customer" that promises a June 18th ship date. That's a month later than originally promised. So I wait. And I wait. Nothing. On June 25, I email them again. Another "Dear Valued Customer" message, this one says the item is on backorder for 3-4 weeks. So I wait. Nothing. Finally, July 7th, I give up. I email them asking to cancel the order. Back comes another "Dear Valued Customer" message saying that you can only cancel by calling them in person. Nope, you cannot cancel an order online, or throuigh email. Customer service phone call is a 43 minute wait. Yep, almost an hour of music on hold. Then the woman at the other end says that she has to "Check with the warehouse" before she can cancel my order. Good god! Another 15 minutes on hold. Finally she returns to the phone and says that "We will process your refund in 3 or 4 days". But nothing happens. I wait a week. No email. No confirmation. EFaucet has "customer service representatives" with names like "Amanda" and "Britney" and "Chelsea". They sweetly read from scripts. They apparently do not have authority to issue a refund, even if the item is out of stock and efaucets cannot deliver. So I keep calling. Politely asking for details on the refund. Always getting the same sweet "Oh, don't worry..." But no refund. My sixth call (July 29) did the trick: I threatened to contact the Wisconsin Attorney General's office, the Better Business Bureau, and Mastercard. At that point "Amanda" said that she would contact her manager. Naturally, the manager was at lunch (even though it was 2PM in her time zone). Ten minutes after hanging up, I received email saying that the refund would be issued. But it did not include the refund tracking number. FINALLY: August 4th, 2014. The refund appeared in my account. Let's see: 81 days since placing the order. 29 days (and six phone calls and two online-chat sessions) after cancellation. All this for a measly $15 dollar order for an item that they never had in stock. Worst customer service I've encountered in many years. read more
