Our family was looking to complete some extensive renovations to our home, mainly surrounding drainage and runoff from living on an incline. Shellie was quick to respond to our inquiries, and soon after we met Tyler who came out and did a quote for us. Several years later, after we secured financing and finally pulled the trigger on renovations, we emailed back to let them know we were ready to go. I was looking for a gutter specialist who could come up with a creative solution to an unusual gutter-related project. I needed someone to conceive a design for a 3 ft-high x 40 ft-wide fence (as a containment strategy to prevent our beloved Maine Coon cat, Leo, from jumping into our neighbor's backyard from the garage roof) and to install it on the roof without damaging the gutter. Luckily, Tyler proved to be the perfect man for the job! After fully understanding the project, he examined the roof and the gutter, and came up with a perfect design solution which he then custom-built and together with his assistant came over and quickly and seamlessly installed it! Great service from Gutter King …read more.. We have several large oaks around the perimeter of our home. Gutter King installed one of their gutter guard products all around the house. They cleaned, realigned, sealed, and repaired all the gutters and downspouts before installing the leaf guards. They also replaced a couple of sections of gutter damaged by the oaks during the ice storm a couple of years ago. The gutters and guards look great and appear very high quality--we'll see how things function during the next storm, but confident they'll work as advertised. I was very pleased with the level of service and the follow-up from the sales guy/estimator, Jon, to the installer, Edward.  Edward was just outstanding and did the entire installation himself, working one and a half days to complete the job. One very hardworking guy. Professional, personable, with a great attitude and work ethic. He was on time and was very focused on getting it done right--and he thoroughly cleaned the work area before he left each day.  Very impressed overall from getting questions answered, to the estimate, to getting the work done, to the follow-up from the manager, Wes. Wish I had not spent so much money on a water softener with another company and just had this perfect rain water system all along. The water feels amazing (not soapy) and it's unbelievable how much we collect off of our barn roof. All the appliances are running like magic, no nasty smells, and just pure rain water to bathe, drink, and clean dishes. These guys are so knowledgeable, on time, and will not stop until they deliver exactly what they told you they would. But, since he never got our of his car to check, how would he know this. He charged me $1100 to put a $100 worth of screen over my gutters when I could have had all new gutters for $1800. Yes bad decision on my part, but I would suggest no one to do business with this company. The wiring is already coming up while all leaks are still ruining my cedar. So for yall he never got back to you had some good luck.
