The carpet we ordered was in within 7 to 10 days after we ordered it. The install happened within 2 days after it arrived. Sam took the time to listen to what I wanted, patiently answered every question, and never made me feel rushed. We discussed my vision for transitioning from tile to wood flooring, and he immediately put me at ease by explaining it wouldn't be a problem. Even after the visit, I had more questions, especially about floor preparation and the contract language. Having a construction attorney in the family tends to make you read every word!
