So I did my research on them and come to find out they are locally owned and operated for 27 years here in Austin and what made me even more thrilled to know is that they do not allow any door knocking that told me a lot right off the bat. So I contacted them and spoke with Jason Jospeh the owner and I forwarded them my insurance claim paperwork and he was onsite the next day. He was so calming, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and that I would be in good hands. After giving him half down, he came over, took a solar panel down and said he needed to replace it and then never came back or answered our phone calls, and it's been almost six months. Everytime I call, he ignores the call and never bothers to call back, but he has cashed the check we gave him. A family member called him to inquire about new work to see if he was in the business of ghosting everyone. He answered within 10 minutes. When she told him the real reason he was calling he made up an excuse that he was not in his office (he doesn't have an office, check his address on Google maps) and that he would call back the next day. Nothing, completely ghosted. Look for someone else as times are tough right now and people might be hard up for money to start pulling scam deals like this.
