The owner, Christine, walked us through the whole process which was so helpful because the insurance paperwork was 8+ pages long! She was very responsive, professional and also recommended someone for the interior damage - he also did a great job. What I liked the most about Christine and TTP is that she didn't wait for the insurance to come back with a number, she gave a quote immediately after the inspection because 'the price is the price.' The work was done quickly and well with constant check-ins throughout. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with TTP Roofing, LLC!

I'd been having a few small leaks that I traced to deteriorated vent pipe boots. He was able to come that same morning in not much more time than it took me to get ready. Of course, it helped that I wasn't that far from his business address. We discussed what the problem was in advance and the likely cost of repair. He came prepared with the necessary materials and inspected the roof. He performed the immediate repair to keep things watertight and provided some advice on the condition of the roof and additional recommended repairs. While his immediate repairs were enough to stave off the forthcoming rains, I opted to have him come back and do the additional repairs just so I wouldn't have to worry about it again for awhile. Keith no longer does full roofing jobs, because his business plan cannot support the expected warranty period. However, he's still available for smaller repair jobs. He'll do only the necessary work efficiently, reliably and cost-effectively. Highly recommended.

The work was completed quickly and cleanly and once again the price was fair. Thank you Keith Carson for a job well done!

Mike was one of those masters of both window repair and running a business. He was the kind of guy who you would come out to replace a broken window and while he was there, he would check all of the windows in your home. While he was checking the windows, he would do minor adjustments as part of the service. He would give you an estimate and he would show up o time and deliver on time and on budget, as promised. Since Mike sold the business in July, the service has declined. The new owner seems to know about windows but he's struggling at running a business. He seems disorganized. Calls aren't returned.
