After A horrible experience with a new install from Areli Roofing, which left us with a leaking roof for 4 years, Curtis was finally able to diagnose the issue with our building & drew up plans for a new roof install. We collect rainwater, and the original roof Areli Roofing installed was not even rated correctly for water collection. Curtis got us the correct type of roof for a fair price. We waited for 2 weeks of sunny weather and they got to work! We are a working business & Concord Roofing was great about keeping things as tidy as possible, and cleaning up the site daily as well as a great final cleanup when they were done. 4 months of heavy rains later, and not a drop inside! Curtis is a great dude. He's straight forward, no BS, and his prices are more than fair. For example, he gave me a ballpark verbal estimate to which I was agreeable to, then he came back with a written estimate that was substantially cheaper. To me, that really showed his character. He could have easily quoted me more and increased his margins, but he instead gave me the absolute best price that he could. Not only that, his team showed up within 24 hours and knocked it out. To the woman who got her feelings hurt and wrote a poor review, to that I say; Curtis is a roofer, not a therapist, he runs an honest business, and to give him 1 star because you feel he addressed you as a quote 'dumb woman', seems a little puerile and reactive. Give the dude a little grace and judge his work and his prices. I don't write many reviews, but he's now done two different repairs on my rotten header boards (and replaced decking) on my tile roof, and I felt compelled enough to look up my old yelp password and let people know about my positive experience. read more

Great service! Curtis was excellent. We called numerous roofing companies and Curtis (the owner of Concord Roofing) was the only company to call us back (maybe I should never of said small leak:)). Curtis arrived on time, assessed the problem, found the area where the leak was coming from and fixed it on the spot. Then he went above & beyond by checking the rest of the roof and caulked around a few vents that were potential problems for the future. So, I feel like he was honest on top everything else. This review is way over due. I bought a home 2.5 years ago. The home inspector's report identified numerous loose roof tiles and signs of leak in the attic at the chimney that the Seller did not disclose. Shortly after we moved in I called Curtis Neeley, the Owner who responded immediately and reinspected my roof, during which I watched him personally re-position all the loose tile he could find (at no charge BTW). After his inspection he advised me my underlayment was in good enough shape to last another 10 years...this mind you on a 30-year old roof at the time. He pointed out an existing, amateurish patch job around our chimney and a leaking butt joint between the home's original roof and an add-on flat deck porch roof, and offered his services to make repairs if I wanted. No pressure whatsoever. I thanked him and he went on his way. Within a month we got our first decent rain since moving in and water came pouring down the inside of our master bedroom wall on the backside of our fireplace. Water poured out of the the back porch butt joint as well. So I called up Curtis and he quoted me what I thought was very reasonable pricing. We scheduled the repairs and then personally supervised the work. The repairs held up nicely. However, last fall we heard a slow dripping sound from inside our master bedroom wall, so I called Curtis. This was over 2 years since he fixed my Chimney leak. He came out, reinspected my chimney and explained that we had some missing grout in a few places of the now 33-year old chimney, a typical decay of an aging chimney. He snatched his caulk gun and plugged all the grout cavities. No Charge! Haven't heard the sound of another drip since. Now that's what I call service. The man definitely knows the roofing business, stands behind his work, and treats his clients with fairness. One more thing: on concrete tile roofs he offers complete underlayment replacement without the need to wholesale replace the tile. Can save you a bunch of money. Curtis is a great guy. Concord Roofing repaired my roofing after a hail storm several years ago. I just had my roofed inspected due to the leaking from all the heavy rains and my now new roofer says to stay away from this roofing company! The decking is rotted due to the all the rain, the flashing has numerous nail holes, which should have none! Will never call/use Curtis from Concord Roofing ever again! Be warned! read more

I recently had my 38-year-old concrete tile roof removed and replaced. Concord Roofing owner, Curtis Neely, came out within one day after my call for a bid. He assessed the job and gave me a quote on the spot. I had multiple bids and his was the last and the best. He is professional, experienced, personable and LOCAL. He oversaw the work daily. The job went smoothly and took about a week start to finish. His crew was knowledgeable, very conscientious, polite, and performed the work quickly and well. They kept the waste confined to a small area and removed it promptly (leaving not a trace) upon job completion. I recommend his company without reservation. They keep jacking around about coming to repair work. Not pleased at all. Curtis addressed me like if I was some dumb woman. It was only after I said I would file an insurance claim against his work that he showed up to assess the situation. He told me he would come back a few days later to do repairs. Still no show. We had a problem with the roof at our community mailbox and called Curtis. Though it is a small job, he went to the site and realized it was a minor repair - the ridge cap was loose & dislocated. Instead of calling me back, setting up an appointment and coming back out, he had the roof repair done while there the first time at no charge. He called to let me know it was done! I really appreciate his honesty and quick service and willingness to just get it done while there since it was not a major repair. Concord did my roof. It was wavy and poorly done. Panels went the wrong way. Panels were spliced in the middle without caulking, I had to replace the entire roof. When I asked for my money back on the "warranty", Curtis refused. read more

After the hail storm in Lakeway, the workmen with Concord Roofing arrived at my home and preceded to remove half of my shingles before they realized they were at the wrong address. Curtis, with Concord Roofing, contacted me to apologize and informed me (in case of rain) he had sealed the part of the roof with the removed shingles My contractor had already gotten a bid from another roofing company but in lieu of the mishap, contacted Curtis to negotiate a price for finishing the job. He gave me a fair price and color samples to choose from. His crew returned about a week later to finish the 2 day job in the blazing 105 degree weather. The men were polite and did an excellent job. The most impressive part is that when they finished, there was not one speck of their roofing material left in my yard, driveway and patio.
