It's been ~6 hours since the visit, no call, no results. Logged into their site - no after visit summary, no treatment recommendation. The clinic has no pager, no voicemail to get a follow up from the doctor or staff after hours and only a typical message to call 911 in emergecy. Result: no diagnosis, no prescription, no visit summary, like she hasn't been there.

When I started my new job I changed the company's insurance so that I could continue to see her. The only reason she is not my doctor anymore is because she left VHC. I scheduled an appointment to see her the last week she was at VHC, although I wasn't sick I had to say good bye and wish her the best in person. Thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable, I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I hadn't seen a doctor in three or more years, so I had a lot of questions. Dr. Kimbrough was extremely patient in dealing with any issue or concern I threw at him. One Medical Group is membership-based primary care. It costs $199/year, but is worth every cent (and then some). It's kind of like a medical "start-up" done right. Online scheduling, really long appointments, nice offices. Check 'em out.

He is the most patient, knowledgeable doctor I have ever had. He genuinely cares about me and when an occasion comes when I have to see a specialist, I can count on him to (1) send me to someone as professional and caring as he, and (2) be knowledgeable of their recommended treatment and encourage me to follow through, especially when he senses my hesitation. I chose Dr. Timothy Lee as my pcp and also see NP Michelle Patterson regularly for wellness checks. I also saw Dr. Jillian Noyes once when the others were not available for a last minute rush appointment. I've been so happy with every member of the health care team who has treated me. I feel like the team spends more time with patients than at my previous practice. Bloodwork, prescription refills, referrals to specialists, follow up...it's all done quickly. The staff is friendly, the offices are clean and fresh, and it's all a nice place to go. It never feels hectic. And of course, the app makes it easy to schedule appointments. I'm very glad I made the move. I have neighbors who see other health care practitioners at this office and are equally happy with their care.
