Had a repairman come out 90 days later and he basically said; that's just the way they are nowadays. There's nothing we can do. Now 10 months after we bought it, it's so loud it can be heard over the television and it's all day and night long. So I called Zeglins and told them it's under the 1 year warranty, can you replace it since it can't be fixed or swap it for a different model. They told me we don't replace, we only fix. Since it can't be fixed, it's the way things are now, I'm stuck with it. It's not even a year old and it's obviously defective in my book. New appliances shouldn't make this much noise all the time. We will never buy from Zeglins again as they do not stand behind their products.

He came in 1 1/2 hours, tried restarting the refrigerator but it only ran for a few minutes; he had checked on electronic board availability and they are no longer stocked by the company. . I was told I needed to contact the manufacturer for warranty repair. The phone number they gave me is 100% AI. I have scheduled two appointments for the repair work and have yet to see a technician. There are no options to talk to a service rep. Virtual chat only. When the appointment for service rolls around, I get a text saying there is no technician available and I need to reschedule. The repairman spent more time asking about another appliance that was working fine (the dryer) or wanting to go around and check all the outlets in the house for ground then he did trying to fix the washing machine.
