Jason(?) & another guy cleaned a high-traffic, dark area back to its Original cream color. The carpet in the entire house had a perimeter of dark gray where it went under the baseboards due to years of dust accumulation. I tried to clean it using a combination of vacuuming by hand using a hose attachment, brushing using a Norwex carpet cleaning brush, and using the jet nozzle on my Shark Handheld Steamer, all to no avail. Somehow Mr B's got that dark gray perimeter clean. I had black spots on the carpet under the door hinges from oil & metal shavings that I've not been able to get clean. Again, Mr B's got the spots lifted & the carpet is cream colored again. I wish I could post pictures! Will definitely use again.

They then said they'd send another installer to look at the floor. We set up a time for him to come and he did not show up or call to say he wasn't. When I reached out to the son to try and find out what was going on and if the guy was still coming that night I was told NOT to call him after hours. Didn't seem to care his person left me hanging. It then progressed into being called repeatedly to the point of harassment from the owner. This was so ridiculous I then said I do NOT want to do business with this kind of people and customer service. It was actually scary for me.

After Quad City Carpet Care cleaned the carpets - my home smells of urine (which I assume is from the previous owners pets so it was pulled from the carpet) and had 3 different family members ask me if the dogs were having accidents in our home since they could smell it while here over the holidays. EMBARASSING! I contacted Quad City Carpet Care requesting a refund because this wasn't an issue until after they provided their service and have not heard one word from them - or received a refund. $300+ is alot to spend to have your house now smell bad and have to hire someone else to come and actually clean these rooms. Don't recommend.
