I'm sorry but, if you don't have the courtesy to make an effort to protect potential customers during a global pandemic, even if you don't believe there is one (especially when masks are mandatory for businesses to be operating, then you should not be in business. If you cannot even follow that simple rule or, show the type of courtesy that you ARE concerned for your customers...what does that say about the type/quality of your work? After Quad City Carpet Care cleaned the carpets - my home smells of urine (which I assume is from the previous owners pets so it was pulled from the carpet) and had 3 different family members ask me if the dogs were having accidents in our home since they could smell it while here over the holidays. EMBARASSING! I contacted Quad City Carpet Care requesting a refund because this wasn't an issue until after they provided their service and have not heard one word from them - or received a refund. $300+ is alot to spend to have your house now smell bad and have to hire someone else to come and actually clean these rooms. Then Matt, the franchise manager or some big title, I lost his card, came out right away to assess what was wrong. Everything is right and good now. "Like it never happened." If you read my first review, they dropped the ball. There were a few things incomplete and or I believe left out or should have been handled differently in my opinion. They seemed to truly listen to my concerns. And I will add. I did and do trust these people, this company. And still do. They were polite and courteous. I had no problems leaving my home with them working in it. Would I call them again now? After all this? You can bet on it. Let's hope I do not need their services. But if I do, I hesitate to call them. I would recommend these guys.
