Not only does my lawn show no improvement, it is now a nightmare. Where there was thick green grass, crab grass has taken over. It's everywhere!!! The only way to reverse this is to strip the lawn and put in new sod. I'm livid, and they don't care. They've offered a free treatment but why bother? Treating it now will certainly have no effect since it's already dying and has already produced zillions of seeds for next year's crop. Any further treatments would be a useless as the treatments they've already done. Stay far away from this company.

I was told that my account is now canceled because I only used them 4 times last year and now, I was only using them 3 times, and they have a 5-time minimum. The woman (Cat) would not listen she only repeated what she had said before and none of my thoughts were acknowledged. Then told me I was canceled. Not the best customer service. Boss has sent 4 different people out to "FIX it" and none of them were told what needed fixed by their management so each time had to go through the entire story again. One guy they sent out pulled nails out of my siding on my chimney to cover a cracked j channel instead of replacing it and in the process he put a hole in my siding and didn't say a word about it. The only 2 that came to fix things did fix most of it and pointed out other things but their management didn't want to spend more money to fix what their original crew screwed up. Been sitting and waiting for over a week to have Jeremy call me back when they will finally send someone in to treat the attic from all the water damage, replace the insulation, and repaint our ceiling. 2 Months later and they still aren't done and don't get back to you. Realistically I just want my money back so I can hire a real Roofing Company. Do Not Choose Boss Roofing unless you want a new leaking roof and months of not getting everything repaired they have damaged.
