Gonna give Lenny a 5 star for this. I have had quite the saga of plumbing issues recently. I…read morecontacted AHS, they put me in contact with lenny. He diagnosed the issue quickly, clean out needed to be made accessible so he could clear the clog, he installed a new cleanout no issue. He explained all the issues in depth to me. He attempted to clear the clog twice, first time was successful, second time knocked a block a gunk loose that prevented the pipes from draining for a day. Didnt charge me for the second attempt, turns out it needed to be jetted, put me in contact with some nice folks who could have it jetted and they charged me low. They did that, and he gave me a camera inspection for free afterwards. Good guy. Only small tiny gripe is that in terms of arrival times he can be a bit flaky sometimes heh. But I'm satisfied with the work he did. And he did a good job. So i'm happy to give him this 5 star review. Dude could have charged me for the camera inspection and chose not to. He is a man of good character.

I have used another plumbing business in the past when Bagby could not do my work as quickly as I needed it done. I was very disappointed in the other company. My friend asked me to find someone that could do this type of work. She got two bids and we felt First Class was the one we were going to take a chance on. As it turns out we picked a winner! We waited for a bit to write this review as we were hoping they would make things right…read more Unfortunately we have had no response from them so wanted to share our experience. When we were given the quote it was for $145 an hour with no mention of any "additional fees". When the gentleman came to do the job he was a pleasure to work with and did a great job!! We have no complaints on that part. The problem came when the bill was received and it was hundreds more than what we had anticipated. When discussing with the owner this is what we were told. Plumber is $150 an hour not $145. There was an additional $45 and hour for a young man to pick up concrete and collect tools. We had to pay for drive time to and from the house. There was a jackhammer fee. And we had to pay for them to clean out the truck . Which consisted of half a barrel of concrete and about 10 feet of pipe. We feel that should have been shared when given the quote, not after the fact. I suggest you ask about these fees before confirming an appointment.
