But the first thing I noticed walking in the door was the prices. They are clearly marked on every item, but they are definitely not 50% off the retail price! They are more around 30%-40% off instead. That's definitely a let down and a major miss advertisement. The staff we dealt with was a 10-12 year old boy who looked after if he got caught doing something he shouldn't have. Mind you this was also during school hours and he definitely should have been there, unless he was home schooled, but his actions were saying he should be in school. The kid was knowledgeable at least. Unfortunately they didn't have any glass top stoves. Later we found out their lowest starting price for stoves is $600. As a place with 50% off in their name and I didn't see anything there even close to that off. I would not wouldn't recommend them. But, if you are looking for a better price than regular retail then yeah give them a try. Just don't expect a 50% off discount on anything.

Within one month my old refrigerator gave up the ghost and I went back and was able to get a good deal on a refrigerator that was on display on the floor. Thank heavens for their Brand Source credit card that gives me 6 months to pay same as cash. Sales staff and delivery people have been very helpful and I will be going back for future purchases.

She answered "I'm sure it's ok" to which I responded I was looking for more than OK. We decided to go ahead and buy it (you know, buy local and all that) so she went to get the paperwork and came back saying they are boxing it up. Huh? I said to my husband, does that mean it's the floor model? So he asked her and she said yes. I said I don't want a floor model. She said they had one in the warehouse but there was no one there today. Never bothered to inform us of this before she was asked. I said, no thanks, thank you for your time. She watched us walk out the door and said NOTHING. I called the next day to talk to a manager. She said the sales person was fairly new not that it was an excuse. Lowe's hired a subcontractor who hired another contractor. The secondary subcontractor installed my…read moredryer which has the steam dryer water valve. They did not tighten the water valve. It dripped for over a month into the hardwood flooring and into my bathroom ceiling below. The secondary did not have the proper insurance to even be installing the dryer. Lowes blew me off and I could not actually get a response back. Once they did, they connected me with the wrong primary subcontractor. CRST, NOT Merck. Now CRST Liberty Mutual, their insurance wants to pay the least amount to fix all of the damage. This has been going on for almost a year. No one wants to take full accountability and fix the problem that was created by all of them! LOWES, CRST and Liberty Mutual. I want my home to be back as while before this mess started.

Whirlpool sent this company out to fix my dryer due to a faulty part. He arrived and looked at the unit and then said he needed to order a new motor. Multiple weeks go by and I still don't the machine fixed and no repose from this company and after multiple attempts to contact them and then arguing with the so called owner on the phone the send an installer out to put a new dial knob on the dryer which that didn't fix the problem. The install says he ordered the parts before he leaves and says he will be back in 1 week to finish. I called again as the one week was up and then I am told the ticket was closed by the owner and I need to call Maytag and have them send out and new repair company to fix it. I will say that Chris the (owner) doesn't even have the balls to call someone back after he cancels there ticket and just let them think his so called company will be back to finish the repairs. I will never use them again and will give this same review to whirlpool about this company when I speak to them.
