I had…read morea budget and knew what I was interested in. the guy that helped us was amazing and realized my sister and I had limited walking abilities had took us downstairs in their service elevator to save steps. they had the most amazing selection of lazy boy furniture all marked down!! we found 2 recliners and loveseat for my family room and also a headboard , mattress set and thought I was done until I saw this really beautiful double recliner set and I was sold. I got all of this within my budget and they set delivery for the next day. they arrived right on time and removed the old chairs and set up the new furniture . the boys that delivered everything were so nice and explained all the features! I was so lost in the mattress buying experience and all these online mattresses that I couldn't make heads or tails of (how am I supposed to judge a mattress based on a description?). Even at the Denver Mattress down the road, I tried so many and none of them felt like *it.* I was willing to spend good money on a mattress but I wanted it to be worth it, and everything I tried or saw just looked cheap and click-bait-y. When I finally walked into Lebeda, it felt like I was finally where I was supposed to be -- quality people selling a quality product with no but**sh-t. Brian and I talked at length about the nightmare that is searching the internet for a mattress (all the online brands are prioritzed because they specialize in online marketing, so you can't actually find the local retailers that have good and better products, such as Lebeda). I grew up in the Chicago area so had never heard of Lebeda and then Brian told me about their domestic sourcing of organic materials. Just looking at the mattresses, I knew. THIS is what I had been looking for. Quality, plush quilting, non-synthetic, made to last. I fell in love with the Quanta Pillow Plush. I can't remember exactly but I think I paid somewhere between $1400-1600 total, which was on par with the crappier stuff at Denver Mattress, and EIGHT THOUSAND dollars cheaper than Denver's only comparable high end Heirloom mattress which boasts all the things Lebeda offers but not even as comfy. When Brian told me that my mattress was going to be made to order an hour and a half away and (I think jokingly) said I could even go watch it being made... I don't think he realized whom he was talking to because, yes, later that week I took off in my car to go see my mattress get made, dragging my best friend with me, and getting to tour the factory and meet the wonderful owner and factory staff. The staff members have worked there for upwards of 15 years, some much longer. They are beautiful people and you can tell they love their job there, as much as someone can in the world we live in. And THAT gives me a good night's rest in itself. You can feel it in their product. I am so sad that people might come to Yelp and see this low rating and not go to this store because literally they saved me. I have had this mattress for two years (rotating and flipping it semi-regularly as Brian told me to :) ) and it is a DREAM. I am completely spoiled and convincing my mom to replace her old mattresses with Lebeda. I tell everyone to go here. Thank you to everyone at the store and company for showing up day after day to make a quality product that you can stand behind and I can climb into at the end of the day and forget the world _/|\_

We have only had these mattresses for 3 months maybe longer, and the one is already bowing and is uncomfortable and the other is just the same but worse. Have called the store multiple times to solve this, all they keep saying is to pay money to send it back to the factory to fix it, have said just return and refund it. They refuse to do so. I am now having to look for a new mattresses for my disabled parents after being told this mattress will work well and there will be no problems.

It is not about the money. Verlo Mattress has been jerking us around and talking out of both sides…read moreof their mouths for about 20 days. This is a 12 inch mattress that has expanded to 10 inches in the middle and is STILL hugely compressed on both ends. They jerked us around over a replacement. They refused a refund so I could buy a mattress from somewhere that had real mattresses. They stated They had to "discuss" what to do. I don't see that there is anything to discuss. It's faulty. Several emails and photos later... AND after a call to the mattress manufacturer who informed us that the distributor- Verlo, has an agreement with them that requires them to provide replacements of defective mattresses did Verlo begrudgingly offered to replace it. The manufacturer also advised that the amount of time for the mattress to expand was 36 to 48 hours. Weeks and weeks later...still not expanded. They suggested they would open one for us so it would expand completely before we picked it up. They put it off. After more calls, they stated that the idea they came up with - to open and expand the mattress- was not convenient for them, they simply don't have the room to open a mattress like they promised. The latest LIE? "Oh, we'll open one for you christmas eve so it will be fully expanded by monday when you can pick it up" Monday - Oh yeah, we didn't have one so there's nothing for you to pick up. No call to advise there were no mattresses for them to open over the holiday - radio silence until we called to come pick it up. SICK AND TIRED OF BEING JERKED AROUND. So freaking sorry I didn't spend enough money to get decent customer service. Apparently Verlo Mattress only cares about customers who spend larger amounts of money than we did. Expensive lesson learned - never buy from a company that only provides levels of customer service that is contingent upon the actual amount of cash paid. BTW, the mattress was purchased for an individual who has been in the hospital for 3 weeks and is in need of a bed when they return This weekend. STILL NO BED VERLO. We did NOT receive what we paid for. We received a substandard product that is entirely worthless.
