I am not sure how I can even give them 1 Star. the Owner is rude and I believe everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. Whirlpool sent this company out to fix my dryer due to a faulty part. He arrived and looked at the unit and then said he needed to order a new motor. Multiple weeks go by and I still don't the machine fixed and no repose from this company and after multiple attempts to contact them and then arguing with the so called owner on the phone the send an installer out to put a new dial knob on the dryer which that didn't fix the problem. The install says he ordered the parts before he leaves and says he will be back in 1 week to finish. I called again as the one week was up and then I am told the ticket was closed by the owner and I need to call Maytag and have them send out and new repair company to fix it. I will say that Chris the (owner) doesn't even have the balls to call someone back after he cancels there ticket and just let them think his so called company will be back to finish the repairs. I will never use them again and will give this same review to whirlpool about this company when I speak to them. read more

I bought a new Maytag range in November. It had an issue. I should be burning my hand in the photo. That part of the burner did not work. Maytag sent Chris'll Fixit out to fix it. This referenced photo was taken AFTER they said they fixed it by replacing the burner and switch. The other photos show some of the damage they did replacing the burner and it actually looks worse now. Chris came out again after another repair company refused to fix it due to the damage done to the metal and screws holding on the glass cooktop. He did fix the burner. Something wasn't plugged in. The original burner and switch were probably not defective. He was only able to fix it by being walked through it by someone with Maytag tech support. He said he would replace the damaged and bent parts, even blamed part of it on Maytag. Maytag has no open tickets on my range to replace any defective parts. The last time I heard anything from Chris'll Fixit was the end of January when he said he'd have new parts to replace what he damaged within 2 weeks. Supposedly they ordered 5 parts and one is backordered. They provided Maytag with a list of part numbers. Most of the numbers are numbers that relate to nothing. None are parts for my range. They have already lied saying it was fixed in December so somehow I feel they never ordered parts and they figured I'd give up or go away. Do not let these people attempt to fix anything. They lie. They don't know what they are doing. They didn't even understand how my range is supposed to work. read more

I own a local cafe and had fridge problems. Obviously we need efficient service to stay open for business! I felt like Chris and his crew took such great care of us! He made us feel as if we were the only people yet we were just 1 of many waiting. Everytime I called I never went to voicemail! I was greeted with a person who answered my question and remained professional even if I was a bit anxious. I have a top if the line sub zero and we are back and running without any loss of business. I called Chris'll Fixit since they are listed on the Viking Appliance website as an authorized service center. Someone did return my call and asked for information which I text to them. I did not receive a return text or phone call. I text again and there was no response. My wife called a few days later and left a message. Again, no response. I have no option but to contact Viking customer service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Chris'll Fixit to others. read more

Received this companies name and phone number through our dryer warranty company. They scheduled 2 separate appointments. I waited patiently for 2 hrs each time, with noone showing up or calling. Very dissatisfied and would definitely not recommend their services. read more

Read the reviews.... Id give a zero if I could. I tried looking for this company on the BBB but ofcourse they're not registered with them. Long story short. They were sent to us by GE to fix our refrigerator door that wont stay open. Took a week to hear from them then when the appointment was set to come look at it, we were told it would be sometime in the afternoon but they would call before coming. at 3PM after I waited all day my husband called Chris to see if his tech was coming and we're told " Yes he's running a bit behind but he will be there". We'll we ate dinner and went to bed with never hearing a word. Next day We called again and was told by Chris that " He didn't know what happed". So Chris finally came out with no tools...Who comes to fix something with no tools? and if he says he was just looking at it that day then how long would it have been to actually get it fixed??? Anyway.. He never fixed a thing. He said that GE told him to wipe the hinge and make sure its level. So that's what he did and said there's nothing more he could do. Way to go above and beyond for your customers... Its almost funny.. Won't never recommend this company or a GE appliance. Oh and when I went back to Best Buy the salesman did more to find out what this issue was than Chris did. The salesman actually unscrewed the upper panel to see if it could be adjusted and looked all over the refrigerator and he was just a salesman. Now let's hear Chris version of what happened. Update. The business owner responded. I would like to clear up that I had to call them, they didn't call me to reschedule. and also they never returned any calls!! Don't worry I will have someone else work on my dishwasher. this guy was supposed to come out to my house today to look at my dishwasher. he called me 2 days ago to get a idea of what was going on with my dishwasher, told me he had to call his boss and would get back to me. i have been calling and leaving voicemails and no is responding. so I took the days off because I never heard back from anyone. i tried to call again today, finally someone picked up and proceeded to tell me they definitely could not make it out to my house today. not very good customer service! we were connected with this company for a warranty repair. After 4 visits they still haven't fixed the appliance and don't know what's wrong with it but tell GE that it's working fine. The technicians are barely trained, do not bring the proper tools to do the job and the owner will tell you he gets his knowledge from Tik tok. seems like I have a pretty common experience with this company. I had a washing machine that I bought 3/8/24. over the last year, they've serviced it 4 times and it still was breaking. I know for certain it wasn't me. I baby my machine. but finally on the last call, they told me I was going to get charged $426 for the repair even though I have an extended warranty. I attempted to call Pete twice and send texts to show the problem. they never called me back and never showed up for the appointment. they ghosted me lol. what a professional business! NOT And the icing on the cake is they had their charting wrong, and it had already showed that they replaced the machine possibly? they have two diffwent serial numbers on file that didn't even match my machine. I can say with certainty that my machine is the same one as it's been the whole time. I have a picture of the original serial number and my current machine's serial number, and they obviously match. On the last claim from 4/3/25, the OWNER came out and assessed my broken (yet again) machine. when I called whirlpool 4/21, they had no tickets saying the OWNER even did the proper paperwork. I was nothing but nice and polite and patient, and I was treated very poorly when push came to shove. I'm just so disappointed with this company. read more

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had an issue with our washer, so we called Chris. Described the problem and he diagnosed it over the phone. He ordered the part and the technician had it installed in less than half an hour. By diagnosing over the phone they saved me the cost of an onsite diagnosis.
