Had a repairman come out 90 days later and he basically said; that's just the way they are nowadays. There's nothing we can do. Now 10 months after we bought it, it's so loud it can be heard over the television and it's all day and night long. So I called Zeglins and told them it's under the 1 year warranty, can you replace it since it can't be fixed or swap it for a different model. They told me we don't replace, we only fix. Since it can't be fixed, it's the way things are now, I'm stuck with it. It's not even a year old and it's obviously defective in my book. New appliances shouldn't make this much noise all the time. We will never buy from Zeglins again as they do not stand behind their products.

Why would a store that sells and buys console, games, controllers, etc, not have a test controller in order to test consoles and games? It makes no sense. The second time I went there I had brought a controller for them to use. Then they said it was turning on but it wasnt displaying on the screen. They pulled out another cord that they called the "test cord". The worker told me that "if this cord doesn't work then we know it's the Xbox because this is the test cord." They then told me it must be my console's HDMI port that is broken. The last time I used it, it was working just fine. So, I go home and the first thing I do is plug in the Xbox to test it myself. The console starts up just fine and starts displaying on my screen just fine. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CONSOLE! I called the store and told them that I just got home and tested the Xbox myself and it was working just fine and told me I would have to come back tomorrow and try again. So now I've drove all the way through town on two separate occasions to try and sell the Xbox at their store and the expect me to do it a third time! Both times ended with me leaving the store upset and confused.

I call APPLIANCE RESCUE. The receptionist asked for the model number of the refrigerator, then said they would call me back later. She called back in 20 minutes and said he would come to take a look at the unit within the next 2 hours. He came in 1 1/2 hours, tried restarting the refrigerator but it only ran for a few minutes; he had checked on electronic board availability and they are no longer stocked by the company. . He measured my refrigerator, gave me a suggestion when I asked, where to go to buy a new one. I thought he was highly responsive, polite, helpful even if he could not repair the unit.

Was buying just a couple of items and they had to do the transaction at least 5 times Then when I checked my credit card balance on-line about a week later my card had a duplicate charge! You have to watch them here a bit. This should not be happening. I don't have problems anywhere else I use cards with processing.
