I spoke with Jennifer on Wednesday and she was more than accommodating to make sure I was able to come in during a small window of time. I explained what I was looking for over the phone and my budget. I was going to be shopping by myself which made me a little nervous. When I arrived on Friday, Jennifer had already pulled multiple dresses for me in my price range and size. I tried on three dresses and honestly liked every single one. I ended up falling in love with the third dress and buying it. I was in and out within 45 minutes and made to feel comfortable the entire time. The price was unbeatable!!!!!! Jennifer was great with helping me estimate alterations and gave me honest advice that I trusted. I never felt pressured to buy a dress or pushed towards more expensive dresses. It was my first time trying on dresses, so I wasn't completely sure how various types/silhouettes would look on my body vs photos on a designers website. Picked out 5 or 6 dresses to start with the consultant (I think her name was Hayley?), but once I started to try them on, there was not much in the way of asking questions to really help narrow down my style or help find something else in the store I'd like better. There were no other customers in the store either. Sweet girl and was very helpful getting in and out of the dresses, just didn't seem like she knew the stock very well.

You should also know that the hours posted are actually "suggested" hours, and they are likely not going to be there anyway. If you call, you won't be able to leave a message because the inbox is full. If you text or instant message they won't respond for days. If you need examples I am more than willing to show those to you. You will spend $100's of dollars and get zero customer service, and the week of the wedding find out that 75% of the items don't fit because they didn't measure anyone and then ordered things incorrectly. Then they will tell you that must come in THAT day or you aren't guaranteed the correct vests reordered (because they ordered the wrong ones in the first place). You will show up at 4:00 when they open but they will be closed (like the last 3 days you showed up at 4:00 - finding the store closed). You will text and IM, only to have someone show up at 5:15 to finally OPEN the store when they close at 6:00!!! If you enjoy extra stress on a wedding week, this is the place to go. They were going out of business :( Still, we looked around, not expecting to actually buy anything. The staff was busy, but they still made it a point to greet us. We looked from dress to dress, comparing styles. And then she found IT, THE DRESS. We asked if she could try it on, which she did, and the clerk offered to get tissues when my friend started crying! She also helped adjust the heavy dress in a warm but professional manner. My friend bought the dress, 60% off, and everyone there was so happy for her!

My original sales person was so attentive and seemed to really care about helping me find the dress of my dreams, she really made my experience memorable. When I went back in to look at bridesmaids dresses I worked with someone else and she was just as great as the lady that helped me pick out my wedding dress. The girls that work there really know their stuff, they were able to find out what I was looking for and what my vision was and then they were able to pull gowns that I never would have looked twice at and I ended up loving it, it really goes to show that you really can't judge a book by its cover. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me find the right dress weather it was bridesmaids or my bridal gown they didn't care weather it was a $1500 dress or a $150 dress they just wanted it to be THE one and after shopping at every bridal store in the area this by far was the best experience I have had. My dress came in with no problems and the alterations lady was great she got everything I wanted done quickly, they were extremely busy when I was there for my alterations but they handled it very well and i enjoyed visiting the store every time I went in there, it was such a happy and fun environment. So if you want a shopping experience that is essentially stress free and with people helping you that actually want you to wear the gown that is right for you rather than just trying to make a sale then this is where you need to get your gown. I made some of the biggest memories that I will hold onto forever with my mom and family while I was shopping for my wedding gown and thankfully it was a wonderful experience and stress free.

It came in and I drove 50 miles thinking she would start marking for alterations but was told no I would have to come back. I made another appointment but had to change it because I got Covid. When I did go for her to mark the hem I waited for over 3 weeks. I finally called her and she told me then she had been sick. She should have let me know and I would have had someone else do it. When I went to pick it up she texted me 10 minutes before our appointment and said she was running 30 minutes late! She offered to deliver it but I said no I wasn't leaving town without my dress!! 2 hours later I was going home, 50 miles away!!!! Long story short her communications and organization is just horrendous!! I really don't know how she stays on business!!
