We recently purchased a new 2024 Honda hybrid Touring CRV at Hubler Honda. This is our 4th Honda…read morevehicle. The experience here was the best by far. The dealership is inviting, clean, well lit and open. Our salesman, Lee, was so easy to work with. There was no high pressure. He presented us with the facts we asked for. There was not a lot of unnecessary conversation and drama, but real information and friendliness. He was patient with our decision making time. We checked out other area Honda dealerships for better deals when it came to trade in values and car prices. We kept coming back here. When it came time to finance and deal with others at the location, they were all great! This place is organized and they know how to make you feel valued. We have used this dealership for over 5 years for service on our vehicles and are impressed by their quality, organized and fair dealings and cleanliness and friendliness.

He showed me that the diagnostic was not right and that wasn't the problem, he also called the service department but they argued that it was a chunk out of the one of the rotors. I then took it to Kenny's Transmission & they found the problem, which was totally different than what they told me at the dealership. Kenny's charged much less to fix the problem but the dealership refused to refund me the diagnostic charge. I'll never go back because they lied when they told me that everything else looked good on my CrV except for the right rear rotor which was negligent because the real problem, bad calliphers. could have caused an accident.
