I was sent this horrible company by AAA. The incompetent driver could not find the address i gave…read moreAAA. He called me and was rude on the phone with me, demanding I give him a business name, i tried to explain to him that these warehouses don't have business names on them, but that if he would come to the back parking lot of the address provided he would find me. After he finally arrived he rudely pointed out a business next door and said i should have told him that name. I tried to point out to him that he there was no access from that business to where i was, but he would not listen. He then began yelling at me because i didn't have any tools or a jack. He then said the car would need towed because i didn't have what i needed. All the time screaming at me at my place of employment. I then told him to leave because i would not pay for "service" like that. I did a quick "google" search and within 15 seconds was able to find where the jack and tools are stored on my particular make and model of vehicle. I would expect if a "professional" doesn't have the necessary tools to do his job, he would either know where they are stored by the manufacture of the vehicle or know how to acquire such information, especially since i was able to find the info with such ease.

After taking to my insurance company, and waiting an hour only to find out a tow was never sent - I was on hold pending a new service provider. A Wards truck passed and stopped to check in on me (thank you kind sir!) and that gave me the idea to call them directly for help. They were kind, quick, and incredibly courteous in quoting me time and price. Oz was my technician, and I could not recommend this company and that gentleman enough. He was helpful, focused, thoughtful, and included me in on everything he was doing to get my car safely into the truck and towed to the garage. Was it my favorite experience? NOPE. Was it better because of Oz, Wards Towing, and their staff? Yep, they are a silver lining to dealing with car trouble. THANK YOU!

After trying to figure out what was wrong with my car and seeing that it would not make it back to my home on its own, I looked at a few reviews for local towing companies. Ward's was the one that had the most consistent positive reviews, so I gave them a call. The gentleman that answered was kind and gave me a time estimate, apologizing for the long wait, as we were approaching the early evening hours. The tow truck game faster than the estimated time frame and I had my vehicle sitting at home soon waiting to go the mechanics the next day. From the Plainfield area to downtown Indy was about $133 for those looking for an idea of towing pricing.
