In the past if I couldn't get into Bob's and I had to take my car someplace else the other places would tell me that I needed this and that done to my car. Not feeling sure about what they'd tell me, I would wait till I could get into Bob's and he'd look it over and find out that I didn't need everything done to it like the other places claimed.
