I'm in the market for a new or used pickup truck hopefully this year. I'm a previous Plymouth…read moremini-van owner and have always liked the Dodge brand. In my research I've found that the 1500 is a "Top Pick" by the IISH for crash safety. I decided to stop by here on my way to Kentucky to ask some pertinent questions for a possible new or used vehicle. The last time I purchased a new vehicle, I ordered it built to my specifications by the factory since none was available like I wanted. This no longer seems like an option since no one can give you any clear answers about the delivery timeline. The sales manager introduced me to Xzavier and he showed me a 2019 Laramie 1500 Crew Cab truck with low mileage and the necessary tow packages I needed that they had on the lot. The only con for me was the engine was a Hemi, hence not very good gas mileage. As it will be an every day vehicle, I was hoping for better mileage. But overall I was happy with my experience here and could do some business in the future.

Throughout those six weeks, I experienced poor communication, unanswered calls, and dismissive responses when I questioned things that did not make sense. I was also repeatedly reminded that the shop foreman was working on my vehicle for FREE. I NEVER asked for free labor! I have a voicemail explicitly telling Jeff that I did not care what it cost and wanted my vehicle fixed. Last Friday, I was presented with two additional repair options costing potentially $1,500 or $2,200-$2,500. After discussing it over the weekend, I decided not to spend more money without a clear diagnosis. I paid my $1,375 bill for a battery, pigtail harness connector, and two programming attempts, then paid another $90 to have my vehicle towed home. HERE IS WHERE THINGS GET INTERESTING! According to my tow truck driver, dealership personnel told him they had JUST gotten my vehicle started and that he could drive it out of the service bay and onto his truck. HE DID EXACTLY THAT! He started it again to unload it at my home. I started it again 30 minutes later and AGAIN the following morning without issues! After SIX WEEKS of being told my vehicle could not be started or kept running, suddenly it could be driven out of their service bay? I understand intermittent problems can be unpredictable, but I believe I deserve an explanation! Customer service was equally disappointing. When I called requesting Keith, Dustin, or Leo, Hunter told me Keith or Dustin had probably already left and made a comment about how it wasn't as though Leo resided at the dealership. After retrieving my vehicle, I requested return calls from management and received no response. When I called about my original parts, Jeff and Sydney informed me that both fuel pump control modules were still underneath my vehicle. I physically checked and discovered one mounted while the other was connected to the wiring harness and left unsecured. Jeff then asked whether I was going to apologize for questioning where my parts were. Absolutely not! My concerns regarding the handling of my vehicle remained unresolved. ANOTHER SERIOUS CONCERN: CUSTOMER PRIVACY! After reviewing my paperwork, I discovered I had been given ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S SERVICE RECEIPT dated May 6, 2026! It concerned an entirely different vehicle, transmission-related repairs, and a rental vehicle. It contained the customer's name, email address, telephone numbers, addresses, vehicle descriptions, and VINs. Although no financial information was included, this personal information should NEVER have been provided to me! If I received another customer's information, could my information have been given to someone else? I have retained my receipts, service records, text messages, voicemails, recorded calls, and the unrelated customer's paperwork. After SIX WEEKS, $1,375 in dealership charges, $90 in towing expenses, and being presented with another $1,500-$2,500 in potential repairs, my original issue remains unresolved. Between the conflicting information, poor communication, unsecured module, and improper disclosure of another customer's information, I have lost confidence in this dealership. I expect transparency, accountability, professional treatment, and an explanation of what happened during the six weeks my vehicle was in their possession. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership's service department

I will warn everyone I know to NOT come to this place, they dont care if you struggle and need a break. They did not do everything they could, Randy in finance was a complete jerk and would not break a smile, was only concerned about getting out of work on time. Did not put the customers needs first. VERY disapointed. Will never get another Honda because of it.

Second time, I went there because I received a letter from Ford saying that I should go as soon as possible to a Ford garage for an airbag recall, I went there and the guy at the service desk (Travis if I remember well) has been really rude to me, almost saying that I was saying BS about this airbag recall and also talking about the passenger airbag whereas I never mentioned it (I was coming for the driver airbag as mentioned in the letter from Ford). I've never felt this unwelcome, I could feel that I was annoying them both time I went there and they are not even good at diagnosing an issue. Would definitely skip this garage to go to a more skilled, customer oriented one.

Yesterday I purchased a car from Chevrolet of Columbus…read more Over the weekend I put my thoughts together and carefully shopped online for the car to buy. I narrowed it down to three cars, called Monday morning to make appts. with each. When I called Chevrolet of Columbus everything clicked, they were efficient and professional and we worked well together. Within an hour they arranged for the car to be brought to me with prepared documents. After a test drive and signing documents with Bill Parry, it was all done so smoothly and professionally that it was a very pleasant experience. Even after driving down an hour from Columbus he had filled the car with gas, very thoughtful! Between Mike Munoz and Bill Parry, I found them both professional, efficient and both with a wonderful attitude. I do recommend shopping there! They are very competitive with their prices, I think you'll also find it a good experience!
