We can't take it anywhere else because it'll void our warranty. Without a doubt, it takes almost 2 hours every single time. The maintenance department doesn't communicate or keep you updated during the process. We made the appointment a week ago and they still didn't have a filter in stock to fit our car. Didn't start draining the oil until 1 hour and 15 minutes into the appointment. We were in the waiting room the entire time.

They told us that as a result of a class action lawsuit Honda extended the condenser warranty to 10 years. What a surprise they couldn't find a leak. They filled it with freon and told us to come back if there were any issues. Less then two weeks later it stopped working again. And wouldn't you know it they found a leak! But of course it MUST have been caused by a rock and therefore it is not covered by the extended warranty. So we had to spend a total of $1400 to fix this "magic" leak.
