One complaint that I do have is that when I was given my oil change options, I was not presented with the conventional price. I had to ask for it. I was only told the synthetic and semi synthetic price. I found that kind of odd. Anyway, I spent about 25 minutes here, from pulling in line to pulling out of the bay. While changing your oil they offer other services. Some services are free like tire pressure, window cleaning, and fluid/light check. Other services require an additional charge like tire rotation, air filter change, fluid top-off, and spark plug change. In addition to my oil change, I had them change my air filter and top-off my break fluid. This service is quick, easy and efficient. They have a very clean and neat waiting area available, if the service they are doing on your vehicle requires that you get out of it.
