She, Emily the manager, didn't deny it was their fault, just that those are the reasons. PATHETIC! Whomever is reading this, BEWARE of this place and Valvoline. They kept my 5 gallons of oil and a new GM filter. I wonder if they used my quality AC Delco brake parts on their vehicle and put on some junk?
