I dropped my 2016 Cadilac off at Bradley Chevrolet Collision Center on Sunday 08-28 for a Monday,…read more08-29 morning appointment. The first problem was there is nowhere to leave your key? No sign, no dropbox...NOTHING. After walking all around their facility I decided, by chance to leave the key in their service department drop box some 300 feet behind me around the corner. The job (rear bumper skin) was supposed to take 7-10 days. I picked my car up on Tuesday 10-04, yep 37 days later. I get part delays, insurance delays & employee delays. Here is my problem. I, or my wife, called them five different times for updates. I, nor my wife, received ONE call from them, no text, no email...NOTHING with the exception of a call on Monday evening 10-03 stating my car was done. In my opinion, this is simply unacceptable and there is NO excuse. When I picked the car up it looked like it had been sitting outside for a month. Again, not acceptable. The LEAST they could have done was have it washed. There was no way to check the quality of work because the car was too dirty. They did give me a coupon for their car wash, but couldn't find time in the 37 days they had it to have it washed. Overall this was an extremely poor experience & I would not recommend them... I can only writye one review, so, here is bad service, part two: ***Buyer Beware*** I had some sort of leak on my driveway from my 2016 Cadillac and it was sitting at their collision center for over a month, so, I asked the service department to check out where the leak was coming from. As has been my experience with this dealership...I heard nothing from anyone...no call, text, or email. After four days I called them & was told it was the transfer case leaking. I asked him to please send me the estimate in writing...Here is what they sent me. Hello Steve, Rob from Bradley Chevrolet. The tech found the transfer case and transmission pan leaking on the CTS. The worst leak is coming from the transfer case. The quote to replace the transfer case with a half-hour diagnosis charge included is $2730 installed with parts, tax, and labor. It is a 4.5 hour job and all the parts needed are $1716.36. I would consider the transmission pan gasket leak as a seep and it is quoted at $520 to replace the gasket, filter, and refill the fluid. I will also let you know that you are only about 500 miles out of the factory powertrain warranty. Being a Chevrolet dealer I cannot do Goodwill Assistance on Cadillac's but if you regularly get the car serviced at a Cadillac dealership they may be able to offer you some assistance on the repairs. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Rob. Rob Williams Bradley Chevrolet Service 317-809-8375 rwilliams@drivehubler.com I told them not to do anything & paid them $65 for their diagnosis. I then took the car to Lockhart Cadillac on Tuesday 10-04. I received a call from them on Thursday 10-06 explaining that whoever diagnosis this did not know what they were talking about. The leak was from a hairline crack in the transmission pan & that it needed to be replaced. There was nothing wrong with the transfer case. I assume this is just ignorance or incompetence on their part & not an attempt to do a job that clearly was not needed..

The lot alone should give you pause when showing up here, but if you are somehow duped into…read morepurchasing a car from Bob, please know that it likely is not what it appears. I bought a cream 2008 PT Cruiser from Bob with only 49k miles. The car was sold to me as being "basically new", although over the phone Bob didnt even know if the car on his lot (there are only about 10 cars total) was a base, limited, or touring model. Nevertheless, I drove the 50 miles to come see the car (my mistake). I quickly discovered that the back passenger window didnt work. Bob said he didn't know about that, but he would take $200 off for me to get it fixed. At this point I should have seen all kinds of red flags go up. But I had hitched a long ride to go down there and was kind of stuck. When I got home with the car, I looked closer at the vehicle and noticed that all the scratches in the car were literally "touched up" with white out. Within 24hours of purchasing the car, I called Bob back to let him know I had made a mistake would would like to return the car. He said he doesn't return vehicles and would not work with me. He also told me I had made a great decision on a really good car. Well, this "really good car" didnt last 5K miles (again, i bought it with only 49K) before the engine mount went bad and the lower front control arm bushing broke. Worst purchase decision I have ever made was at Bob's 31 South and I am SO sorry I ever stumbled upon this car and his lot. If something feels bad about this lot when you get there (if you somehow find yourself there) trust your instincts and leave immediately.
