Ward's was the one that had the most consistent positive reviews, so I gave them a call. The gentleman that answered was kind and gave me a time estimate, apologizing for the long wait, as we were approaching the early evening hours. The tow truck game faster than the estimated time frame and I had my vehicle sitting at home soon waiting to go the mechanics the next day. From the Plainfield area to downtown Indy was about $133 for those looking for an idea of towing pricing.

Around 1 they still weren't there so we called again. We were told police run took longer and they were on their way. At 5 pm they still had not picked up the car. We again called and they said they were on their way. At that point we asked for a refund and went somewhere else. Almost a month later and we still have not received our money.
