We got off @ Edinburgh exit & pulled into the nearest lot we could fit, searched mechanics, found a number for Greene's and called. He said "if you can get it here, we can fix it." And that's just what they did! I didn't shut it off so I was able to drive it there (even though the steering sucked lol) they got us in, and back on the road in no time! I highly recommend this place, the staff was nice & friendly, they did a great job on my truck & it was affordable!

They let me drive it to have it inspected and just driving it on the road was sketchy. The pictures in the listing showed rust spots from under the truck, which I thought would be the worst spots. I was impressed that they'd shown them. But when we looked at it ourselves, it seemed the pics were meant to keep people from looking themselves...it had massive holes in the frame, the attachment where a rear shock was supposed to attach simply did not exist, it was completely rusted away. The components of the brakes were so rusty they flaked away when lightly touched. The differential's rust was so bad that a slight poke would likely cause the entire system to drain. There was a ratchet-strap holding the gas tank up. It was a complete mess. I felt unsafe even driving back to them. Selling a truck in that condition, and allowing people to drive it off their lot, is dangerous.

Anyway a few weeks have past, I made my last drop in Indianapolis when all of a sudden I lost all free play in my clutch. I found a truck stop. The next morning I grab my phone to look for a shop to adjust my clutch. I called this shop and spoke to Michael, the owner, and he said he'll be here in 30 mins. When I saw him arrived, I was relieved. He crawled underneath the truck and I bumped the starter a few times suddenly a bolt fell out. Now I dont know what to do, Michael took charge, called for a tow truck and had my truck towed to his shop. I was a bit leery, being that it was a new shop. But after I watch the techs go to work, I felt comfortable. The shop exceeded my expectations at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this shop. If i lived closer, I would have all my truck repairs done there.

My vehicle was brought in a couple of weeks ago for an overheating issue.  The shop was honest and…read morecommunicative with me about the timeline in which the car could be looked at, and thoroughly explained what testing would be done. Unfortunately, it was found that the best course of action for my vehicle, should I choose to proceed with repairs, would be to install a new engine, which would have cost far more than the car was worth.  Apex was incredibly patient with me while I made the difficult decision on how to best proceed for my situation.  Although I did opt to scrap the car and purchase a new one, Apex allowed me to keep the car in their lot until the buyer I found for it could pick it up, and even helped me get change for the transaction.  Additionally, they only charged me for a simple 30-minute diagnostic, when they could have charged more. Hopefully, my family won't need car repairs again anytime soon, but if we do, I will be sure to contact Apex.
