Pam's home-cooked meal service was a meaningful support for our family over the past several years. During the pandemic, she began offering home-style meal deliveries, and it quickly became something my parents on. My parents enjoyed the variety of dishes she prepared, and having regular meals delivered made daily life much easier. As my parents health declined, caregiving became a full-time responsibility. Pam's meals became more than just food--they were a quiet form of support a very demanding time. Knowing there was a warm and comforting dinner allowed me to focus more fully on caring for my parents. I am using Edible Occasions for dinners delivered to my door 3 nights a week. The well balanced and generous portions are such a treat from frozen meals and certainly fast food. The meals are delicious with much attention to detail. Then there is the price. You can't make a meal for what Pam is charging. It's like having a personal chef. I had Pam do my daughters wedding shower in Sept 2020. It was amazing!!! She worked with me on the menu, incorporating recipes that I'd found as well as her own tried and true ones. She communicated clearly to make sure everything was what I wanted, and talked me through what I couldn't decide on. We had three large salads: broccoli pasta / spinach with berries, feta and pecans with raspberry vinaigrette / and potato. Appetizers of shrimp, bruschetta, meatballs, chocolate covered strawberries, and fresh veggies; and tea, punch and lemonade which she made and set up in beverage containers Pam made everything look fabulous! Food was placed on different levels with flowers and such to make it more appealing. She was early for set up so there was no stress in getting ready, food was tasty, looked amazing, and everyone was impressed. Would definitely hire again. And I did! I was hosting a bachelorette party in Napa and wanted a catered brunch for Sunday morning. I was contacted by Pam shortly after inquiring through Yelp. She answered all of my questions and made it really easy by coming up with a menu in my budget. The food was delivered on time and was so delicious. I'm not a meat eater but was told the bacon was cooked to perfection. We also had scrambled eggs, cheese blitzes with syrup (like pancakes), yummy rosemary potatoes, and fresh grapes and strawberries. Everyone loved their meal and Pam's team came to pick up the empty trays at the time previously discussed. She made it easy for me to satisfy and feed 12 people on a hungover Sunday morning and all the ladies praised the food. There are lots of pretentious and overpriced caterers in Napa (I found out while researching) and Pam was easy to work with, down to earth, and provided us with a delicious meal. read more

I usually don't write YELP reviews unless it was a really really bad experience or it was exceptionally AWESOME. Pam the owner of Edible Occasions(I believe) was amazing and extremely helpful to me as the event manager of the Wednesday Club of Suisun!  I was young and had never planned a big event before. She guided me and helped me to a successful Holiday/Christmas party for my Air Force Squadron from Travis AFB! We had 140 people in attendance. I also got Pam to cater the event and the dishes were lovely AND delicious. I paid a bit extra to have her and her team set up and tear the event down. WORTH EVERY PENNY. I just didn't want to deal with the headache. I got Pam to handle everything from tablecloth color, centerpieces, decorations for the mantle and she even got us hooked up with a Christmas Tree which was a favorite and everyone was taking photos with it. The venue was simply lovely. Pam answered all my questions within a few hours of texting her, sometimes even minutes (how does she do it!?) All my guests had a fantastic time and they loved the venue and the food. All in all, whatever you want for your event, just simply ask Pam and she will coordinate and work with you to make it happen! If I had to do it again, I would definitely go with Edible Occasions and get Pam to be my event coordinator ! P.S. we had a bit of food leftover and Pam and her team packed us up a bunch of boxes for me and the guests to take home. So delicious haha read more

We had our annual company luncheon and wanted something different than our usual potluck (the same dishes every year). In comes Edible Occasions. Pam was awesome, flexible with the menu and fun to work with. She serves great food, is incredibly friendly, always prepared and on time. We had tri-tip and chicken marsala with 3 sides (roasted potatoes, green beans, & an amazing mixed salad with blackberries & strawberries) and of course rolls. ALL of it was so delicious. The chicken was so tender it literally melted in your mouth. The tri-tip was cooked to perfection - not too rare, not too done. She also included a variety tray of cookies. Pam catered the food for my wedding and I have got to say it was much better than a typical buffet style catered dinner. The food was delicious. We had skirt steak, chicken marsala, roasted rosemary potatoes, green beans and a dinner roll. Our guests all commented about how good the food. To make things better, the catering staff was seriously the nicest people. My guests had a great time interacting with the staff. They were amazing. Pam did the catering for my son and daughter in laws Wedding. The food was very flavorful and the meat was moist. This can sometimes be challenging with buffet but Pam obviously knows the tricks pulling it off. Several of our guests complimented her food as well. We contacted Pam at Edible Occasions about catering our AMCA banquet for 130 people held at the Dixon fairgrounds. She was very accommodating and worked within in our budget even to the point of adding extras that we requested. We actually had to call her a couple of times on the day of the event, as we sold more tickets than we had originally told her. She was awesome, making the adjustments and was very gracious about it. The food was DELICIOUS....rave reviews from everyone and there was plenty of it for the group which was about 75% men. We would definitely recommend Edible Occasions and plan on using them again next year. read more

This was not the best tasting food, the chicken was very dry and cold, and so was the lasagna. The garlic bread was made on sliced white bread and was also cold and very soggy. I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

Edible Occasions catered the fortieth anniversary celebration for the Friends of the Fairfield-Suisun Library, in 2016. They were magnificent! The entire display was lovely, the food was delicious and they cleaned up afterward, too. It was just a wonderful celebration for us and those who attended. The Friends began over 40 years ago with one library, then it became two, and then three libraries that we raise money for, to cover the costs of the events for children, teens, and adults.
