Edible is one of my go to dessert spots because it's one of the few places open past 9pm. There's also ample parking closer to closing time. I got the soft serve with two cookie dough choices and ending up getting the cookie dough and fruity pebble flavors. It also comes with one free topping. Everything here is on the sweeter side, but always hits the spot for a nice treat. They were out of a few flavors closer to closing. Service here is friendly. They don't have seating inside, but they have a couple tables outside to enjoy your dessert.
I like to come here when I'm at McCully shopping center. Their cookies are pretty good! My favorite is the matcha Oreo! It's the right amount of sweet and I like the matcha drizzle on top. I also tried their bag of cookies and you can't go wrong with a bag of a bunch of mini chocolate chip cookies. The cookies are nice and chewy. It's a bit on the pricey side but I feel like a lot of dessert places are. A great place to check out for yummy cookies!
Yearly check in!!! Well...if we had it our way, it would be a daily check-in. But we usually only get here a few times per month. Our only gripe with this wonderful place is that it's not open on Mondays. Hahaha. And that's a personal problem. We have tried just about every color place in town. And Edible is our fave....4 years and counting. Other places have their place but this one ... have a warm bag of cookies and then try to disagree.... Just saying. My boys have grown to love the cookies dough but to me the cookies are where it's at. They will deliver in a 3 mile radius (it's a small two person show) and they cater! We have done half sized cookies for parties and they are an endless success. I love this place, the owners, and the cookies!!!!!
I always come here for their mini Bag of Cookies, it's pretty pricey but it's so addicting and I love it. The only thing I come here for. I had their soft serve for the first time and it was okay, I wish it didn't melt as fast and was more frozen, it seemed too "soft" lol
I came upon this place unexpectedly. Going down the stairs I noticed a store that just said "Edible" and wanted to check it out. WOW!!! The place is not really decorated and is understated, however the desserts that come out of there is DREAMY! I say "Dreamy" because ever since I tried their G.O.A.T. and Chocolate Chip cookies, I am always dreaming about the next time I will be returning. This is definitely not a place to go if you are trying to watch your weight. I can usually fight off cravings, but I will am willing to walk a few miles to get a cookie from here. The cookies are so buttery and chalked full of whatever you get. If you get a chocolate chip cookie, there is no shortage of chocolate chips. I always get the G.O.A.T. and it is chocolate chip with walnuts and there are plenty of both in every single bite! Parking can be a challenge but I promise you, it is worth the wait! The bake the cookies to perfection where it's so gooey on the inside and crunchy on the outside. And if you decide to do what I did, which is to buy a box and bring it home, you can warm it up for 15 seconds in the microwave and it tastes like it just came out of the oven. This is hands down the Greatest Cookie Of All Time!!!!
My son rarely compliment anything I buy, neither does he care much for chocolate, so I took a chance and bought him a "bag of cookies". I was so thrilled when he asked where did you get these from? where is this place? We're from Mililani, so he was surprised that I traveled so far just to buy these and I suppose it was all worth it. The cookies are so easy to pop in your mouth, so buttery, crunchy edges, and the soft in the middle. The "bag of cookies" actually contain quite a bit of cookies, mister and I could share a big, of course my son ate a bag on his own. Stop by and grab a bag, you'll be glad you did!
Decided to wander around mccully shopping center as my mom gets a haircut. Most places closed at 2 so I'm hungry. Almost Friday so i can treat myself to a $5 cookie. They look like big, soft, and chewy cookies that I like. Terrific! Uh oh, ee tells me one of their best sellers Is the bag of mini cookies (only chocolate chip). She describes them as crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. They may last 3 days if you store in a ziploc. Sounds perfect. Omg totally worth the $12 (average 24 cookies per bag). Supet Delish! Shoot, hair cut not done. Will need another bag of cookies while I wait Update: bought 3 more bags
Wow how did I go so many years without coming to this place? Everything here is delicious, customer service is awesome, and the cookies are bomb! Plus they're open late 10pm. I'll be back for sure!

Edible is a great place to satisfy your cookie cravings. I been coming here ever since they open since my sisters love their cookies. They have rotating flavors but we always love to get the milk&cereal and matcha cookie ($5 for 1). We also tried the bag of mini cookies ($12) which came with 20 cookies and came out warm. I do find the cookies to be on the sweet side but it's the perfect texture for a cookie-- crunchy on the outside and gooey soft on the inside. I would come here more often if it wasn't as pricey.
This was located on bottom floor all the way to the left. Parking is small but u can look for street parking on left too. Limited. Worth the stop. Get it with the soft serve. Love the flavors. Friendly and quick service and no eating inside but they have chairs outside. Winner
The best chocolate chip cookie on island Staff is user friendly and my sister had the cookie dough Sunday and raves about it!!! It's a cute clean small space you can sit outside on bench.
This is the best cookie on island and I will fight anyone who disagrees. Ok, not serious about that second part, but it really is the best cookie on island. Chewy, crispy, flavorful, with a variety of options from chocolate chip, s'mores, cereal inspired cookies, and my all-time favorite, Matcha Oreo. That is cookie perfection with a perfect blend of green tea and Oreo with both chewy and crispy textures at the same time. Don't forget the mini chocolate chip cookies that come in ever increasing amounts. They're the same thing as the big cookies, just miniaturized. They also have milkshakes, soft serve, as well as sundaes where you get both ice cream and a cookie combined. It is best to share the sundae with friend or partner as its sugar overload. Finally, they have edible cookies dough, but I am not a fan of that as the texture is off putting to me. Parking is shared with the other tenants of McCully Shopping Center, which can range from empty to everyone and their mother showing up. read more

Orders there chocolate chip cookie which they heated up and it was amazing. Also ordered their soft serve vanilla sundae with a scoop of monster cookie dough (my fav and tbh all I would get next time), Ube cookie dough (didn't have a lot of flavor), and brownie batter cookie dough (which didn't taste like brownie batter at all). read more

I like to come here when I'm at McCully shopping center. Their cookies are pretty good! My favorite is the matcha Oreo! It's the right amount of sweet and I like the matcha drizzle on top. $12 for a lunch bag size of cookies. Yummy tollhouse-like cookies in half-dollar sizes. Chewy almost taffy-like texture. Thanks to my friend Lisa for the recommendation. read more

Came here on a whim, not sure what to expect. The menu was a bit confusing since the cookie dough looked like ice cream, but it didn't really explain what should be ordered and how it works. The main attraction is the cookie dough, not ice cream. You get a basic soft serve and pick what cookie dough flavor you want. It's a bit rich, so don't make the mistake of just getting cookie dough. Service was great, but didn't really help explain what was happening. read more
I stumbled upon this dessert place because I was in the same plaza for dinner. To start, I'm not a big fan of cookie dough in general and I was only going for the ice cream. However, I do think the cookie dough and ice cream makes a good combo and it was pretty good overall. I just did not like how sweet it was. read more
Located in McCully Shopping Center. I highly recommend going to Tadka's for Indian food, then coming here for dessert. I actually thought the sundae was just okay, but the bag of cookies are a MUST. The cookies are thin, chewy, but just the right amount of crunch on the outside. Perfect ratio of chocolate chips. I would go back just to get the bag of cookies, and I would get more than 1 bag. 10/10 recommend. read more

No complaints here. I got 2 cookies and a small vanilla soft serve and they were great! Service was quick and they make sure the cookies go to you warm (always the best when warm). Although I do wish they had some seating on the inside. read more

Finally made a stop out here for dessert and it was good! They're located at McCully shopping center and they're one of the few dessert places around that still stay open pretty late. The parking lot here can get packed, but don't forget that they have an underground garage as well. There's a lot to choose from - sundaes, cookies, cookie dough, and various combinations. I went with the sundae with the s'more cookie and my friend got the sundae with cookie dough (you can choose two flavors). It was so good but was a bit overwhelmingly sweet after a while. Unless you have a major sweet tooth, I would recommend sharing with someone. The food here is a bit pricey (we paid about $20 for our two sundaes!). I will be back again to try their other cookie flavors, but at this price, I probably can't make this a regular place for me. read more

A good late night option if you're lucky enough they'll still have cookies. Having been here once before, I was craving a cookie or two or three. Beware they usually run out of cookies closer to closing. This time I was fortunate enough they still had some after dinner in town. The cookie dough Sundae had a strange texture for the soft-serve and the dough was average. For the price it seemed over-hyped. Previously I had just the tasting boat. The cookies are delicious but with a price tag that's not justified. 3 stars for the value, 4 stars for the cookies' taste, 3 stars for the cookie dough. Nothing is quite like homemade cookie dough. read more
Dear Edible, I don't appreciate you taking my husband's attention away from me. He loves your birthday cake and cookie monster cookie dough so much; it's become an addiction. We live pretty far away, but I've noticed that he has been sneaking out in the evening to make the drive just to have your cookie dough. I've also noticed that he has stopped requesting my cookies. Instead, I come home to a box of perfectly made cookies, that make the whole house smell of delicious cookies. How am I supposed to compete with that!!? To make matters worse, there has been an increase of instances that, coincidentally, we are in your area, so he decides to just stop by to taste your cookie dough and smoothies. Unbelievable! This "edible" cookie dough addiction is just getting worse. Why do you have to be so sweet and addicting? Why must you be the only place to offer this delectable treat that makes my husband go crazy!? Well, if you can't beat them, join them. Unfortunately, I did not like this. I'll admit, I made a mistake by not reading the menu well. I was actually thinking I was ordering icecream. To my dismay, it was cookie dough. To add insult to injury, it was warm. My buddy got a couple cookies. I tried both of them. Unfortunately, the four of us that tried the cookie dough and cookies that night did not like any of it. Sorry. :( We headed to Lapperts for a more promising dessert. read more
For someone who doesn't have a strong sweet tooth, I really enjoyed the cookie dough sundae! Raw cookie dough has always been a fascinating thing to me as a kid -- I always wanted scoop it out of the bowl before it went in the oven but my family does not bake whatsoever so that dream died fast. I honestly would of never thought to come here on my own until my friends and I were looking for a dessert place nearby that didn't close so early and here we are! The cookie dough scoops are smaller than expected but with the cookie dough sundae, you get two scoops of different flavors of your choice plus a tall swirl of vanilla soft serve! The soft serve is more on the icey side? Kind of reminds me of the ones you get at BBQ buffets. Not too creamy but I think it works out perfectly to balance with the sweetness of the cookie dough! I actually shared mines with a friend and honestly the portions were perfect that way. Someone with a sweet tooth could definitely finish one on their own.
