Ordered and pick-up a plate of Chocolate Strawberries for over $90 bucks. When I came home and gave it to my wife it was so embarrassing that the strawberries were hard and sour, Maybe one or two were ok. The pineapple was not sweet that was in the middle. I used to come here years ago, because most of the fruits taste great but lately it has gone downhill. I stop going to this places a few years ago and discover GoldBelly by a friend online store. I have been ordering from them awesome strawberries with Belgium chocolate. A bit more money but worth it!!!!!! I was late this year and decided to go to Edible. Never again, yes owner, you took my money again for such an awful product. For almost $100, I could and I will tomorrow Valentine's Day go have a great meal. Save your money and buy her flowers and take her or him to nice restaurant instead of paying for some tasteless strawberries. What a pleasant surprise when the doorbell rang the other day and a woman with a tray of delicious chocolate covered fruits and balloons was at my door. I can make a fruit tray, but now, gosh finally, I know what the edible arrangement difference is! The presentation was impressive, beautiful and the fruits, strawberries, pineapple, green apple and grapes were all so fresh, cold and delicious. Way over priced for what you get. I could not believe that I paid $60 for a few pieces of fruit in a plain grocery store looking container and a ballon. So embarrassed to give that to my mom. I never tell her what I spent on her gifts, but I had to this time because it looked so cheap. Looked more like a $10 gift NOT $60. They used to have the best and sweetest strawberries, but now they're the smallest and tart-eat strawberries I've had. Definitely not worth the $50 a dozen price. The one ripe strawberry I got was a little too ripe. read more

Because the store located in the Whittward shopping center, couldn't hire good delivery staff(they used Uber?, car was far too crappy to be an Uber service) what my husband tried to do to make a lovely Valentine's Day with flowers and chocolate strawberries was ruined. The delivery came late and the driver informed me he left the flowers at the wrong address and the people refused to give them back, but not the strawberries? Sounds suspect. Anyway I tried calling the store they came from only to be hung up on 4 times because the call system disconnected after being on hold for so long!, I had to drive to the store locations to find out what happened, terrible preparation for what they know is a busy day!. I didn't know I was getting an edible arrangement from my significant other. She made an order and had it delivered to my work. Whoever delivered it dropped it off at a random building and never notified anybody or confirmed if they were in the right place. Couple days later the cleaners found it sitting at a table all gross and melted and leaking. That's when I found out where it was delivered. Waste of money and irresponsible of the delivery person. Edible arrangements is always my go-to spot when I want to make someone's day special. Today I walked in to the Whittwood location and inquired about a few gift items for a birthday. Unfortunately the tall skinny girl working the counter was completely useless. She couldn't give me any straight answers and was very insecure about the things she was telling me as far as what's available, how long it would take to be made and even something as simple as telling me whether or not my item could be delivered on time. She completely ruined my experience and I will probably never come here again. I'm definitely going to try their other competitors and see if I can atleast recieve some decent customer service. read more

Very disappointed with the costumer service I have received today. You cannot get a hold of anyone when you call their number. The phone service keeps you on hold having you press numbers to hold even longer and then it will just hang up on you. After asking the delivery person, who works for edible arrangements, why the calls don't go through he told me he doesn't know why and to call if I have a problem. This location is very unhelpful. I understand that today is one of there busiest days, but if they had there phones on and answering them, then I would have been more than willingly to pick up my order instead of it sitting in someone's car for who knows how long. read more
