They were making them for the World Series and I ordered a dozen and I have to say they not only looked amazing but tasted AMAZING. The frosting was so good and the donut was so light. Would 10/10 recommend anyone visit for great tasing quality donuts!

I think I found my new donut spot in Whittier! Besides the great selection, they have sandwiches and drinks too. For being in a small building, I didn't think it was that spacious inside. And just seeing how all the customers interact with the owners is awesome. Just from that alone, I would go back. But let me tell you, they also have creams puffs and coffee cake also. I haven't found a donut shop I liked since I moved to Whittier. Great thing is it's close to where I live. Weekend routine, grab me a jalapeños, ham & cheese croissant and a couple of lotto tickets.

I had to get donuts for a going away party for someone at work. I didn't know where to go but frequently see KTLA come by this location on my commute to work. I have to say that the hype is worth it! Ordered these for the Cast of the high school production of RENT. The donuts were delicious and the customization was great. Cast & Crew really enjoyed and appreciated them. Btw, the owner was very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I only gave them two days notice and the donuts were perfect. Price was also a great deal. Our go to donut shop, selection is always best early in the morning. This place is a neighborhood favorite, lots of traffic going in and out which is a good sign. The staff is always friendly, and greet you with a genuine smile. Our go to order is the iced coffee and 1/2 dozen donuts. They offer specialty donuts for each holiday, we love the Halloween, Christmas and Valentines ones best! I came in on Halloween morning to see if they had any Halloween-themed donuts available at the counter, and they did! The skeleton ones were a dozen for $30, and the purple/orange/black sprinkled ones were $1.50 each. Super reasonably priced. Will definitely be back to check out what they have for other holidays! Despite their being a Krispy Kreme across the street, I still prefer the quality and variety of Boston donuts and I'm glad they have been able to stick around with such a big competitor.

Mother Made Donuts in Whittier is an excellent spot to get a delicious, fresh donut. The donuts are made from scratch each morning, so you know you're getting a quality product. The ingredients are top notch and the flavors are unique and creative. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean and welcoming. Never coming here again. Expensive donuts that are stale. Lady over charged for my medium coffee and if I didn't notice she would've taken the high price she charged. How do you not realize you're charging $3 more extra dollars? Not to mention they charge extra if you use your card. read more
