I thought I'd get 75% sweet because I knew the drink itself might be very bland after trying it. It kind of tastes like it's half sweetened so I guess I made the right choice because that's originally what I was going for like other Boba time cafés there is a kiosk at the front and you could get your rewards points here and I like how the sticker on the cup automatically has my name on it, but actually when I try to print a receipt, nothing came out on the actual paper. The drink itself is pretty good so I will never turn down a visit to It's Boba Time!

After placing my order, I stepped outside to give others space. I came back about 10 minutes later and waited in line so I wouldn't be in the way. When I got to the front, my drink was already ready, but no one acknowledged me. There were three employees, two making drinks and one working the front. The employee at the register when picking up my drink (fair skin, glasses, multiple piercings) avoided eye contact and didn't acknowledge me at all. I had to try to flag someone down, and I wasn't the only one other customers were doing the same. That said, the other female employee who took my order was friendly and kind, which I appreciated. I get that it was busy, but a simple "I'll be right with you" or even eye contact goes a long way. Customer service and communication were definitely lacking during this visit.

The donuts were soft and pillowy with great flavor and texture! Not too oily (which is key for me when it comes to donuts) ! The service was very good. We were taken care of and made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. They were quick and efficient! We took our donuts to go but there were plenty of places to sit down and enjoy. My favorites are the chocolate eclairs and the "opera" cakes, which is a blend of white chocolate, mocha and tiramsu with shredded chocolate chunks on top. Its a bit pricey, but sometimes they have good deals so its a place worth checking out. My only gripe is that pastries are kind of small and pricey, however, its very good if you have the money.
