When my husband arrived, he was told our prepaid order had been given to someone else. We were shocked that an order with our name on it could be handed to the wrong customer. The manager was dismissive, blamed it on being busy, and refused to offer a refund or even a small goodwill gesture. Thankfully, DoorDash stepped in and refunded our $64.15 order--otherwise, I'm not convinced we would have received one. Unfortunately, we never even got to try the food. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds matters. Driving 20 minutes only to have our order given away, followed by poor customer service and no accountability, ensured we won't be returning.

While ordering my food, I immediately noticed the adorable cow plushies displayed in the glass case near the front counter. I was so curious and had to ask if they were available for purchase. Our food came out quickly and everything tasted delicious, just as expected. The employees were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. After we finished eating, I finally asked about the plushies. They had three different ones available, but unfortunately the one I wanted was out of stock. However, one of the employees offered me a completely different plushie that wasn't even on display and I had to buy it lol. Overall, I had a great experience dining in. The service was excellent, the food was fresh and tasty, and I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was.
