Walked in to claim my 6 count free chocolate dipped fruit for my birthday reward. The store is within a plaza next to SOS. Conveniently located kiddo corner from the hospital too. Bright and welcoming inside. Staff was in the back so took a few minutes for her to greet me. I let know about the birthday reward and she took my email address. I was told the options for the reward regarding the fruit and if I wanted milk/white chocolate. She then went in the back and made my arrangement. Quickly packaged up with a box of sweet treats and I was on my way. The fruit itself was pretty fresh other than the strawberries were a little on the mushy side. I was calling around to get some chocolate covered fruit and had such a negative experience with the other branches. I ended up calling this branch 3rd and am so happy I did! The person who picked up the phone was actually nice and helpful. They were able to get my order done the same day which was even better. I had a horrible experience at this Edible Arrangements. It was actually my first time in, the woman said she wouldn't sell me what was in the case, because it wasn't fresh and by the time the chocolate started separating, it wasn't worth it anymore. Then she sold me a pineapple lollipop. I ordered an assortment of chocolate covered fruit for a friend (Including bananas and green apples) but what I got when I arrived at my destination, what was given to me were all chocolate strawberries. I didn't even want to eat then after that because the receptionist went to the back and stayed there, and sent another employee after about 25 minutes up to the front to give me "my order". The curiosity of it all is why would leave a customer that long in your lobby, alone? Also, the order was all wrong. Also, when I said excuse me, three times to have someone attend me. No one responded. It was only after about 5-10 extra minutes after making myself heard, did the other employee come from the back and hand me an incorrect order. I say stay away. read more

This review is for Edible Arrangements in Las Vegas 3754 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89121. I made an order online for my Daughters to receive edible chocolates for Valentines Day. The order was delivered on 2/14 as it was a suprise for my girls only one order was delivered the order was for 2 arrangements. I called Edible Arrangements and they had no idea on what I was talking after finally finding my order they said the order was not filled correctly. I was trying to coordinate this over the phone as I am in Detroit. The Representative said they would call my Daughter and arrange a delivery for the other arrangement. I called my Daughter on Saturday 2/16 and she stated she never received a call from anyone at Edible Arrangements. I called once again but I just cancelled the other order and asked for a refund. The Representative did the refund but no apology or concern. I just received my arrangement after I called in the evening to see what happened to my delivery. They informed me it was with my neighbor. I was informed by the District Manager that i would receive a note on my door if that was going to happen in the event i was not home I WAS HOME ALL DAY and never received a knock on the door or a note on the door. I have used this location TWICE and they gave me a completely different order TWICE! The first time I ordered the salted caramel banana truffles. When I went to pick them up they gave me a completely different order which had apple truffles mixed with banana truffles. To make matters worse the banana truffles were all turned upside down. The presentation did not look professional at all. The manager offered to correct my order, however when I found out that they did not have the same box available that would hold the truffles properly I asked if she could just correct the issue by giving me all apple truffles. The manager did correct the issue and let me keep the mistake so I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, the second attempt was worst than the first. This time I ordered a beautiful chocolate covered apple dipped in cranberries and pistachios for Christmas. I confirmed when I placed the order that they had the correct box and that it would be red/green like the photo in the catalog. When I picked up my order I received an all chocolate covered dipped apple that had NO red or green topping. When I explained that the order was wrong the manager got very defensive. She said she would fix the order after I had to argue with her about what I ordered. When the "corrected" product was done it looked terrible. Again, the presentation was not professional and there were actually parts of the apple that were NOT even dipped in chocolate that they had missed. The staff was VERY rude and the owner refused to speak to me even though he was in the building. I will NEVER go back to this location again. I am questioning the business as a whole since I called the corporate number to voice my concern and NO ONE has contacted me in several weeks! read more

I have came in this place two times and both times I had the worse experience. The first time I went in was to get some strawberries and they were not fresh at all. The second time is right now for Mother's Day I bought my mom $60 worth of fruits and they were not fresh at all. The cantaloupe, strawberries, and pineapples were dried. So embarrassing that my mom called me to tell me they were not fresh. This place shouldn't be opened. I called the manager explaining its the second time this happened and he told me go drive on the other side to get the fruits and bring them back and he will do a fresh one. Not worth my time to drive all the way back from west side to the east side with traffic and of course my gas being wasted. Worse manager didn't help me at all made it really inconvenient. I will never go back I wish I had came to Yelp first as I usually do to read reviews before buying. This place has bad reviews and I know why now.
