Do not recommend. They do NOT deliver to Baylor campus, just to the hands of a person. So, you are not able to make it a surprise to your student. After that they take your perishable arrangement to another city, and do not allow you to pick it up on the same day. They will not attempt to deliver a second time that day. It is very expensive (over $100) for a very small amount of fruit. They really don't care about repeat business. Want to treat your Baylor student, use a different company. read more

Best customer service regarding the Waco establishment! I'm in Hawaii and placed an online order for my son's birthday. He's in Texas (college). For some connectivity reason, the website keep spooling while I was checking out. Then, I get emails and paypal charges for 3 orders placed instead of 1. I call the 1-800...customer service. The rep tells me not to worry and that I should place a 4th order since the other 3 have not been generated and will not be processed. It just didn't sound right as I see the charges on my paypal account and I called my credit card company and they saw the charges too. Thank goodness that I didn't listen to him and called the store directly. The young lady who answered (Kay? Sorry I can't remember her name) saw 3 orders on her side too. She cancelled and refunded it immediately and my boys arrangement was delivered in the small window I requested! He text me that he ate the whole arrangement in 1 sitting. Wonderful customer service. Had a friend in the hospital and I mixed up the day she was supposed to return home. I ordered an arrangement and they attempted to make delivery but no one was home. They phoned me to let me know and asked when they should return to attempt another delivery. They took an extra step to make sure the arrangement reached my friend and that's rare these days! Appreciate the phone call and the extra time they spent to ensure quality. Will use again. read more

I was a first time customer a week ago, when I entered this store. The young lady that helped me was very personable, so I felt good about the transaction. That was the beginning and the end of the "good feeling. By the end of this transaction I decided not to use the establishment again. I don't know if it will be forever, but for now, I would not recommend the store to anyone, in good faith. I was so upset at the thought that my daughter's surprise arrangement would not reach her time, that I had to tell my daughter about the gift. She was at work. The delivery was supposed made between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. At 4:40 p.m, I called the store and spoke to the person who took the order for me.I told her my daughter would be leaving soon, did she know if the delivery had been made. She told me my delivery was enroute. I told her that my daughter had to receive the arrangement before 5:00. I told her my daughter had to leave the building by 5:00, when the staff leaves. She told me she would call the driver and see where he was, in relation to my daughter's job. I called her back and she told me that he was heading that way. It is now 4:50. I told her this was very disappointing. She asked me what I wanted her to do. I told her wanted my daughter to get her arrangement, as I had planned. She then offered to bring the arrangement to my home. I explained to her that no one would be at my home to receive the arrangement. She finally told me she would refund my delivery charge. I reminded her that I was a first time customer, and that this was not a good experience for me. I finally hung up with her. I then received a call from the driver who asked me about bringing the arrangement to the home. He told me that since there was no name attached to the address, he thought it was a house, not a business. I told him, my daughter was about to get off from work, it should be there by 5:00,or it was going to be too late. My daughter barely got her arrangement. I wish I could give less than 1 star. It started with ordering. First, they do not carry most of the items or arrangements they have on their website. Second, I ordered my arrangement over 2 weeks in advance of Valentines Day. On the day it was due, I called to check on my order around 3:00 and they said that they were trying to get it our today. I was so upset I couldn't talk. After calming down, I called back to get a refund and they told me to call back in a few days as they were extremely busy. WOW!!!! Absolutely horrible!!!! I called to see if an order I wanted to make could be delivered the next day. Jessica assured me that it would be. She asked me to order it online and call her back in 30 minutes. I did. Couldn't get through. No answering system working. Finally got them to answer and she says she still didn't have it. Call back in 30 more minutes. Called until 7 that night to no answer. Called the first thing next morning and she says she still doesn't have the order. Tells me to call customer care. They tell me I should never have ordered it online if I wanted the Waco store to deliver it. I tell them Jessica instructed me to. They basically say sorry about your luck. So, 121.00 later I still don't know if my daughter in law will get her gift or not. Will NEVER use this business again. Should have chosen one of the flower shops.
