Not only did I order my arrangement 3 weeks ago for Valentines Day I called them and after the witch who answers the phone hung up on me 3 x's she assured me it would be delivered before my wife got off at 5 pm!! They left it with the front desk and the recipient didn't get it until 4 hours later! On top of that.. The fruit looks absolutely DISGUSTING, BLACK, AND OLD.. I can see why this location only has one star! They fruit that was delivered was not fresh at all. Not only that they only delivered half of my order I called to make changes and they made the changes and of course charged me for it but did not make the changes on my arrangement and now they want to do my a favor by bringing what they left off back to the office..... you are not doing meany favors by getting my order complete!! I visited the EA on Fairmont in Pasadena , Texas yesterday after work. I purchase one of the arrangements from the refrigerator I asked if it was fresh, the girl working there said yes we make them daily. I went over the register and by the register on the counter they have a see thru 3 tier stand with pretzels cover with dark chocolate and some other kind of candy, they looked good until I looked closer I saw bugs crawling inside around the candy . I told the girl, she looks inside and says "oh yea I see them " and continues with my purchase another girl comes out from the back I tell her about the bugs , she looks inside and says the same thing " oh yes I see them" she walks away. WTF! Did I buy the arrangements? Well yes.. didn't want to but the transaction was already done. I didn't feel right purchasing the arrangement after I left. I ordered a LARGE edible arrangement well over $100, and the one delivered was incredibly small, nothing at all like the online picture. More kale than anything. I was terribly disappointed. Called the business to ask if I got what I ordered (I knew it definitely had to be a mistake) and was told yep - you got the large, just what you ordered, despite even sending a picture of the delivery. This is the worst place with the worst customer service! The manager named yessina (idk if that's how you spell it) but something along that line. Is beyond rude. Their staff doesn't know the right information. "The manager" hung up the phone on me when I asked for higher up manager and their names. Called literally over 10 times and then was placed on whole for honestly literally 20 mins and then I get this "manager" this is just horrible! Ordered a Mother's Day edible bouquet online to be delivered to my mother's home on Sunday May 14th. When you place your order online they ask for both the recipient's & senders' telephone number in the event no one should answer the door. In this case however, they only rang her doorbell and since she didn't answer they left with the bouquet back to the shop. I received an email quickly thereafter alerting me that there was no answer at the door. I immediately called the shop and asked why they didn't bother calling anyone. (my mother typically won't answer the door if she doesn't know the person) Making a simple phone could have avoided them leaving. That's the purpose of listing the recipient & sender's number. In any case, I called the shop, spoke to a woman who put me on hold while she called the driver. She quickly returned, told me he had already driven away, he couldn't go back so the delivery would be the next day and we ended the call. Mind you, my mother's home is literally down the street from their shop. As you can imagine, this didn't sit well with me considering that I felt it was their fault for not calling anyone to advise they were attempting to deliver a bouquet. So I called back and spoke to their head driver. At first he told me they were slammed with deliveries since it was Mother's Day, which I understood, then he told me they had hired several temp. drivers and they didn't know they're supposed to call the home or business if no one answers. Again, understandable however, not my problem. After going back and forth, he finally acknowledged they made the mistake of not calling and he offered to hand-deliver it himself which I really felt was the right thing to do. I hope next time they instruct their drivers to place a simple phone call to avoid a lot of unnecessary grief. Ordered online chocolate dipped strawberry bouquet 2/8/18 to be delivered on Valentine's Day and never got the delivery. I understand they are busy; but, never received any type of communication from the Pasadena TX Edible Arrangements location letting me know they would not be able to make a timely delivery. I called them yesterday regarding the delivery and based on the way they answered the phone I now know why they did not get the delivery done in a timely fashion. Probably very nice people run the business; but, not very professional. When I finally got to speak to someone at the shop, they did credit my purchase back to my credit card. Based on their reaction to my request, my guess, they have this problem a lot. I won't be ordering from this location ever again. read more

Worst service by far. I've used many different locations in the past and have never had an issue. This order was for my Daughters 14th birthday, it was supposed to be here by 10:00, it's now 3:30, still no arrangement. I called the store, no help, except a very rude worker who passed me to another worker, who told me it was still in the store, only to tell me no, that's the wrong order, it's on the way. I'm not sure they actually know where it is or what's going on in that store. SMH will never use this location again!!! The worst part is I could have picked this arrangement up at the store as it's only located 4 mins from my house, but my Daughter wanted it delivered so she would feel special for her birthday. My experience with the site was excellent, and the vendor that delivered the arrangement was on point. I ordered the same-day arrangement at 9am expecting that I would have a delay. I didn't. I ordered a arrangement for this place wasn't cheap either but my sister was worth me spending this much. I ordered this arrangement online and paid and confirmed the pick up time which was going to be at 11 am on valentines day. I understand is a busy holiday. But when you order something and they give you a specific time to pick it up and plan a surprise around this time i mean should be done at a certain time or just let a customer know. Well we didn't get this arrangement till a little more after an hour later!!!! not a cool thing to happen. Specially when you know your own sister gets off of work 2 hours after the original time they had given us. Spoke to the manager and was no help at all.
